We stayed there for 6 nights. It was a bit pity that we couldn't use the kitchen for proper cooking but they provided hot water, tea, coffee and microwave. The owner was super friendly and helpful. They made our stay pleasant. It was just in front of a metro(subway) station, so it was easy to get to Bcn centre. The room was small but it was enough to put 3 people's stuff and sleep. Hot, strong shower. They clean the room everyday. Breakfast was good. Especially coffee. The best hostel coffee I've ever tried. We'd like to stay there again if we are back to Bcn.

We had to cancel and go one day early which he agreed nicely, thank you very much at this high season time.
You can enjoy the roof top terrace and table-tennis table. The parking is just 7 minutes walk from the hotel and free.
Nearby there is a street where you can enjoy tapas, the area is very safe.

2 nights with a friend to visit Barcelona
The Hostel was a very good choice, not expensive and 1 minutes from underground, or 8 minutes from downtown. The breakfast was huge and the coffee very good. The terasse at top flor was clean and offer a great view with gardens. The room were clean. The only thing is that because the corridor is narrow and long, it is sometimes noisy when people pass through the corridor. Good choice.

The owner of this place, Peter, is an Extremely, Extremely, frugal person to say it nicely. Did not expect much, even worse than I expected, room was not very clean, we had to clean and wipe the bathroom ourselves. Also extremely small, half the size of your college dorm room. Breakfast was extremely small and simple, and he charges you for extra breakfast, everything has an extra charge, because again, he's the most frugal person you'll ever meet! DO NOT recommend this place!

Practical and economical accommodation
Albergue Studio Hostel is simple and inexpensive accommodation located about 15 minutes from the centre of Barcelona by metro. We had a small room with a VERY small en-suite (but some other rooms have shared bathrooms). The beds were basic and comfortable enough. The room was painted in cheerful colours, and everything was very clean. The bedding was adequate (sheets and blankets and a comfy pillow). Room service is daily, but it was limited to airing the room and emptying the bin - if you want your bed made, you do it yourself.
Breakfast was included. It consisted of a glass of orange juice, half a baguette (with butter plus jam and chocolate spread), a plastic-wrapped cake and tea/coffee.
The owner was very friendly, cheerful and helpful - happy to give us maps and advice.
The guests were mostly young couples or families. It was quiet at night (no loud partying while we were there), except that the doors in the corridoor sometimes banged at night.

We stayed there for 4 nights, for the price we think it's a bargain as later we realised how expensive Barcelona is. We stayed in a twin bed room with private bathroom. The room and bathroom are very clean and they did clean the room every day. The breakfast we very good again, simple but filling. You get a glass of nice taste orange juice, 1/2 french stick, a mini muffin and choice of coffee or tea. Also on the table there individully packed jam, chocolate spread and butter. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the location can't be any better, only very very short walk from underground station. Most of night were nice and quiet apart from one, but don't forget, it's a 'hostel', it's supposed to attract young people who travel in budget to stay there, so we knew what to expect. If we are to travel to barcelona again, will defo choice Albergue again.

Great place for a short stay
Rooms are very clean and tidy, but small as this is a Hostel. Our three bed room two bunks and one more single was adequate for a two night stay. It had en-suite bathroom which was small. There are communal areas, dining room for breakfast (provided), roof terrace, two PCs available near reception and wi-fi throughout. No eating or drinking allowed in the rooms. Overall as described. As they say - a place to sleep not to party... Location is good, lovely town centre & Metro just a short walk away with plenty of pubs and restaurants.

Fantastyczni właściciele. Małe pokoje, ale z łazienką. Czyste i zadbane. Śniadanie niestety, po którym nasz brzuch na pewno nie będzie miał siły na cały dzień (pół bagietki, kawa, babeczka, dżemy, masło). Warto się zaopatrzyć dodatkowo w swoje pieczywo :) Pobyt przyjemny, warto się w tym miejscu na pewno zatrzymać jeśli celem jest aktywne zwiedzanie, i tylko nocleg w obiekcie.

De kamer ziet er niet mooi uit, maar hij was schoon, heerlijke eigen douche en toilet. Het personeel was super vriendelijk. Tijdens het inchecken een ontzettend gezellig gesprek gehad, ook met de kinderen. Groot voordeel is gratis parkeren in de buurt, en direct bij metro station. En ook niet onbelangerijk ... prima verzorgd ontbijt.

Enkelt boende med 1 minut att gå till t-banan. Endast 7 hållplatser till Placa Catalunya. Litet spartanskt rum med litet badrum och minimal dusch. Dock är det väldigt bra tryck i duschen. Bra sängar! Något lyhört. Ligger i ett lugnt bostadsområde av det finare slaget. Takterrass på innergården med bord och stolar. Enkel frukost bestående av te, kaffe, choklad, juice, bröd, smör, ost, marmelad och muffins. Finns mataffär och restauranger i närheten. Hop on hop off busshållplats 3 minuter bort. På det hela taget ett bra ställe att övernatta på några nätter.

Pour le métro, ne pas le prendre la station Reina Elisenda juste à côté de l'hotel mais à Sarria, comptez 5 minutes de marche. Attention il y a 2 compagnies de métro à Barcelone et les tickets 1 déplacement ne sont valables que pour une compagnie, contrairement aux tickets 10 déplacements qui sont valables pour les 2.
La chambre est en sale état et petite mais propre c'est le principal. Le personnel est super accueillant et donne de bons conseils. Petit déjeuner de qualité mais pas à volonté (suffisant pour nous). Chambres calmes lors de notre séjour.

- EXPEDIA lo ha proposto come hotel situato in centro, invece era necessario prendere 2 linee di metro e 25 minuti di tempo per raggiungerlo.

- gli asciugamani non venivano cambiati. Solo dopo qualche giorno abbiamo appreso dal proprietario che bisognava mettere gli asciugamani per terra per farli cambiare.

Es ist ein Hostel!
Wer auch mal auf den Komfort eines 4-Sterne-Hotels für ein paar Nächte verzichten kann ist hier richtig. Das 3-Bett-Zimmer war nicht groß aber funktionell eingerichtet. Bad eher klein. 1 Klapp-Hochbett. Die Matratzen waren wider aller Erwartungen sehr gut. Das Frühstück vollkommen ausreichend. Gute Metro Anbindung allerdings braucht man zum Zentrum gut 20 Minuten.

Un poco pequeña la habitacion pero en general bien al igual incluia desayuno solo supimos dia siguiente nos nos dimos cuenta ni se nos comento, lo que es incomodo el baño seguro no tenian y en la parte escaparate hicieron uno pero la verdad demasiado pequeño e incomodo creo dando un poco espacio hacia el fondo que se puede hacer reduciendo el escaparate quedaria mejor , solo se puede bañar de pie y si se mueve cierra la llave.transporte cerca.
