I had to leave the hotel very early in the morning, and there was a room full of preteen boys next to me who were playing football in their room next door to me between 4am-5am in the morning. The breakfast bag I was given to take away in the morning was also quite poor - three snacks and one apple juice carton.

extremely hot. public spaces not adequately air conditioned. ac in room was leaking and very loud. there is no chair to sit in room, no mirror, no place to hang clothes. toilet area has no place to wash hands - have to go to shower for that and shower is inadequate - need to push water tab every 15 seconds for water to cont running. night staff do not speak english. NO place to get some work done in the bldg - only one space and VERY noisy always

Solo female traveler. This was the best hostel I have stayed at in Europe. The check-in process was easy, rooms were clean with free locker, key makes it easy to access both door and locker. Included breakfast was nice as well! Would highly recommend.

Great for a night

15 minute walk from the train station, very clean and quiet. The only downside was that there are no curtains on the beds in shared dorms. Just gives you that extra privacy that goes a long way. Breakfast is basic but free

We were rudely awoken by staff and asked to move room because of a double booking at the hotel.
Had staff walk into the room 7 times and ask that we leave the room immediately to another room. They gave us 5 minutes to pack up and go to the other room. I didn’t appreciate being woken up like that and having people walking in and out. We had paid a lot of money for a private room during primavera.
I just felt it was completely unprofessional

The staff are sharp and straight to the point, if your staying in the dormitory, you have a locker, you have to pay for a towel but other than the most basics covered its decently priced given how busy and pricey barcelona is.

Woke up with 15 huge and sore bug bites of some kind every morning. There is no soap in the bathrooms, you have to pay for towels. The breakfast is fine (bread and cheese, nothing special). Our roommates were smoking in bathroom the entire time. Screaming children run the halls every night. Overall a pretty bad stay. I wouldn’t go back

The hostel really impressed me, the rooms are a good sized and the lounge area is very comfortable.
The breakfast is really good and offers a variety of choices.
The location is pretty accessible to the public transport so you don’t have to walk long distance with your luggage.
I really recommend the hostel for your staying.

I was surprised by how nice this hostel is. In the rooms, there are 4 bunk beds and each has a light and an outlet, as well as a locker underneath the bed which can be opened with the room key. It also included breakfast, and for €28/night I thought it was very reasonable. The one problem was that my key stopped working the last night and I couldn’t get into my locker after showering, so I had to go down without a bra on & without shoes to get them to fix it. The elevator also only worked half the time.

A bit far from center and important places, staff was good , problem is as a hostel some guests are really annoying such as 3 men was snoring and staff could not do nothing as I expected. Somehow most of things was good like open breakfast ..

Great place to stay. Is not in the city center but it’s close to a metro station (around 10 min). The staff is awesome. Breakfast it’s nice. Lunch and dinner is around 9.80€. It worth it! I really recommend.

Don't stay here unless you're in high school

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a hostel. I realize at every hostel you run the risk of unpleasant guests, but because of the large quantity of rude and disrespectful teenagers present, I got the impression that inconsiderate behavior is the norm here. Dozens of teens were congregating in the long hallway screaming, shouting, and kicking things during a typical \"quiet time.\" After letting the front desk know about the noise at midnight, at 12:30am they said they were going to send a guard up. Around 1:30am it became quiet enough to sleep. Throughout the night and into the early morning, the 8 of us in our room were repeatedly awoken by teens banging on our door. I could only manage one night here.
There are so many hostels in Barcelona. I suggest selecting a different one closer to sight-seeing locations.

we had an amazing time, hotel staff were very nice people, free breakfast a big plus! the only downside i experienced was other guest checking in at 3am and disturbing other people already sleeping, but anyways it is a room for 10 people, i should have expected that, other than that it's a great hostel and would be perfect for groups of people travelling together.

Convenient and Clean Hostel

The hostel is a little further away from the train station than I usually choose, nearly a mile, so my choice was largely determined by price. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The hostel is in a modern building with a large reception area, dining hall and outdoor patio. The lady on the reception was very kind and courteous and explained the various workings of the hostel when checking in. A large lift gives access to all the floors. Our room was a fair size compared with some hostels I have stayed in with a private shower and toilet. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. The room also had a small balcony with table and chairs. A buffet breakfast was included in the price. The wifi connection was excellent. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

The service was great. Quiet community but close to the metro. The people I met there were awesome! Barcelona was definitely one of the most beautiful cities I've been to. Although be warned when it says YOUTH hostel they mean it, there were several groups of younger kids and I'm 22.

Don't come here unless you have no other choice!

As a person who has been to a lot of youth/cheap hostels, this is by far the worst experience so far... I've never seen such unrespectful guests, the beds are terrible, the wifi doesn't work and requires daily subscription and the kitchen staff is pretty rude.

If you have an extra 2-3$ / night, go elsewhere!!

EXCELENT hostel, best one I encountered from 2 months of travel. Arrived to a very cheerful receptionist. The place is bright and fresh, a really pleasant ambience. Huge roooms, no cramping. Amazingly delicious and professional free breakfast. The area is very nice, do not be put off that it is far from the main Barcelona attractions because public transport is so easy and affordable, this place is an absolute jem.

Really incredibly good accommodation. Very professional establishment. Large relaxing area with a nice ambience. Great kitchen set up. SUPERB free breakfast. Really big rooms with private bathrooms. Unfortunately the showers are difficult to control, you must always hold down the button to have it on. Always found there was a wait to be served, which is an annoyance but I guess they cannot control this. The staff were bright and happy always. Don't be put off by the distance from the centre, the area is gorgeous and public transport is easy and reasonably priced with a 10 trip ticket. So amazed that there is such a great place at such a cheap price!

Huge, dried booger in the wall near the pillow. If you really need to know more than that, the room was littered with trash from former visitors; appears to not be regularly cleaned. Gross shower floors are to be expected, of course, this is a hostel after all. But, this one in particular sinks to new lows.

This hostel was memorable...in all the wrong ways. The check in process was smooth, however once we were in the room and plugged our phones in to charge, the fuse gave out and shorted my phone charger. I asked the front desk for a replacement and they did not help. After coming home one night, some random guy was sleeping on my bed and when I went downstairs to ask for new sheets since he was on mine and wouldn't move, they also refused. The food in the cafeteria is bad, and there is a guy named Dave that promotes some company that gets hostels together for outings, it's a total scam. He said we would get a ride to a restaurant, burger and fries for dinner, an open bar at the restaurant, a ride to a club with free cover and two drinks, all for $10. When we got to the restaurant, he claims the special he gave us was for another day and there was no food or drinks so he'd give us extra drinks at the club. Well, after the first drink Dave was nowhere to be found. Avoid him and his scam, and this place altogether!

Purtroppo la nostra è stata un'esperienza molto negativa. Vero che è un ostello e quindi molti servizi non ci sono ma allora dovrebbe essere solo quello e non adibire alcune stanze ad \"hotel\". La camera era vecchia e sporca, senza tv, senza comodità basilari. I rubinetti del 1940 e i lettini scomodissimi. Una struttura che ha solo due phon da poter dare ai suoi ospiti e che non sa chi li abbia (mai che gli venisse in mente di prendere il numero della camera). Una sera sono stata un'ora con la receptionist a cercare un phon per asciugarmi i capelli. La stanza non era insonorizzata ma si sentiva tutto, soprattutto l'ascensore accanto che ripeteva continuamente le stesse frasi (ovviamente). La colazione molto scarna e ripetitiva con prodotti scarsi. Lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile (UNICA COSA POSITIVA). Il prezzo pagato non vale assolutamente quello che abbiamo ricevuto anzi se potessi chiedere un rimborso, lo farei subito. La posizione per fortuna era buona...è circondato da tante fermate di autobus e metro. In linea generale è Pessimo!!

Le petit-déjeuner inclus n’était pas bon, probablement du premier prix.
La literie est confortable. Petit plus : la terrasse et la possibilité d’arriver à n’importe quelle heure.
