The first night I mentioned the AC wasn’t working and they ignored me so basically the first night I slept in a sauna. The next day they went to fix the ac and when I came to the room tired at night I was a huge hole in the roof and the ac didn’t work. So they have to moved me to another room but basically I stayed in the new room for like 8 hours.

Nicely located where its just the right distance from everything you need. The facilities are a old and it shows. Elevators are small and are basiclly falling apart. It looks like the rooms were renovated in the last few years, they are nice, modern, and clean.
The fitness center is dissapointing. The machine has been broken for over 6 years. Do they ever plan on fixing it? Its very strange that every single NH hotel has the same exact machine, broken in the same exact way.
While this particular property isn't the worst or best, its in an acceptable state for NH hotels. I am sure there are better places to stay, but there is something about this hotel chain I like thats unique and always there no matter where.

It is a very nice hotel, that seems to have been recently modernised, making it very contemporary. The rooms were a good size and comfortable. We had rooms facing the street but did not hear any road noise. There was some noise through the wall but nothing major, mainly from inconsiderate guests. We were given room 129 after having to wait an age to get into a room. We arrived in the morning and I already knew that the check-in time is 3pm but was hopeful that we could get in earlier. We had to wait till 3pm and had to ask a few times at the reception before we were given a room and when we went up, we were informed by the cleaning staff that it was not ready! So we went back down and Isaac at the counter, gave us vouchers for free drinks while we waited. It was after over an hour before we managed to get into the room to rest (past 4pm!!). This room had warped floor tiles at the entrance to the bedroom and the bidet was located next to the tub making it tricky to climb into the bathtub to have a shower. Some days the tea bags were not replenished. The rooms were reasonably maintained daily though there were obvious spots where it was not cleaned! The location was close to bus stops and the metro at Sants. There are quite a few interesting food discoveries nearby as well. I was pleasantly surprised that I could seek the advice of medical doctor for free and Isaac helped me out on this. The medical team at the hospital quickly helped me sort this out and I purchased the meds from a pharmacy down the block. Another shout-out to Laura for arranging my move to my son's room (126) after he checked out. This room had a little bit more space and the bidet and toilet were located away from the bathtub! The staff at the reception were generally friendly.

Rooms were small. Since this was rated as a 4 star property, we were expecting it to be better than NH Madrid Ventas but it was in the same class/category.

Overall stay was satisfactory. Upon checking in, male behind desk appeared to much trouble to inform us of any of the hotels facilities. When another guest came out of lift, receptionist left us half way through checking in, to deal with other guest without any explanation . Thought this was rude. Had to ask on a number of occasions for more milks etc. Only 2 left normally.

The room was much smaller than the one indicated on the image. It was on the first floor right behind the lights. Loud & the bathroom was leaking - we had a massive water puddle in the bathroom all throughout our stay . I’ve often stayed with NH hotels all over Europe and have consistently been happy. I booked a wheelchair accessible room, however the room was not available. The staff ended up upgrading the room to a bigger room, however the bathroom was not very accessible.

It is a good potentialshall property. We had 2 same rooms for 4 nueghts. One were better than the other ( for no resones). The recipshein staff notify the floor class but the problems came bach and forth( missing bathrobe, coffee glasses that were not refresh, not giving the bar-card as promised). The bathroom is great. And the recipshein staff is kind and welcoming. The hotel location is good.

We simply enjoyed our stay here! We booked the room with terrace which totally worth it. Get nice daylight in room every morning, huge bathroom with two sinks and mirrors so we both can get ready at the same time.
And when we inform that we have a dog stays with us, housekeeping immediately brought us a comfy dog bed and two bowls for our dog. It's really sweet and thoughtful:)

Good location and friendly staff. However the air conditioning was working but not cooling AT ALL, and the walls are so thin that all noise from adjacent rooms and hallway could be heard. Especially tha banging of the doors once the staff start working in the morning. Don't expect a peaceful sleep at all in this hotel.

I was not looking forward to my stay, based on staying at another NH hotel at the beginning of my trip, but the Sants was extremely accommodating. I needed a very early check-in after returning from my cruise and within 30 minutes of my arrival, I was in my room. Robe and slippers waiting (I had neither ay my previous hotel). My room was clean and cozy. I had a flight late that evening and the staff was very concern because they thought that there was a problem because I was checking out. The area is great.

I booked the airport cab from hotel desk and after dropping me in airport the taxi guy asked that I need to pay the 14 Euros extra for hotel.

Really expecting a lot but was so let down. The reception is lovely and some staff are very nice however some are incredibly rude and unhelpful. The initial first impressions of an impressive looking reception are then let down with the smell in the room. My goodness the smell of sewage is awful and the noise from shutting doors is relentless. No coffee facilities in bedroom and no iron in the room. A 4 star hotel with 2 star qualities.
