I felt super recharged for my connecting flight after spending a night here. It doesn't have a lot of amenities, as it's only a transit hotel, but the room is clean, comfortable, and the staff is very helpful.

The room was cold, but the heat worked with no issue. I was afraid the twin sized bed would be way to small, but it was perfect for my six foot frame with room to spare. It seemed longer than a regular twin. The room had two water bottles and is right next to a food court, convenience store, and Dunkin Donuts. I had a wrap from Dunkin, which had no business being that good. I was going to get another one, but I went to sleep and woke up with no time to spare. The shower was great. I didn’t like that they didn't supply wash clothes, so I used one of the two hand towel to wash with. I really liked the hotel. I emailed them and checked in and out at odd times. Overall, it was very clean and convenient, other than the fact that it was so far from my gate. I would definitely stay their again, even if my layover were 5 or 6 hours instead of 10.

My parents and I always stay here when we return to China. It’s convenient and clean, even though it’s small. It has everything we need, and it’s close to the Korean Air lounge, which is a great place to relax after a long trip.

Located right inside Terminal 2, the convenience is unparalleled. Situation right across from Gate 252, one could literally sleep in until just before boarding time. The room itself, though small, was clean and well-maintained. Everything was in working order, though I keep forgetting to bring an international charger, but that’s on me.

That was seriously the best money spent for a hotel in years. It’s teeny tiny rooms. Like very tiny. A bed and a bathroom, BUT it’s extremely dark and almost sound proof. Stayed there on an eleven hour layover between Bali and MSP. I slept a solid six hours uninterrupted. It helped greatly with jet lag. Check in was fast, friendly and efficient. Smack in terminal

We had an early morning arrival into ICN from Vietnam (around 6:00 a.m.), with our next flight to Chicago not departing until about 10:00 a.m., so we decided to book a room at the transit hotel—and it exceeded my expectations.

The room was extremely clean, and the linens were fresh and smelled wonderful, which is always my first indicator of comfort. The room included a private shower with soap, shampoo, and lotion, as well as a sink. A very thoughtful touch was the house slippers provided for both of us. Most importantly, we were able to get a few solid hours of sleep, which made a tremendous difference before our 12-hour flight back to Chicago.

The hotel is conveniently located in Terminal 2, which made everything incredibly easy. I’ve traveled through ICN before and we ended up trying to sleep in airport pods. That experience was loud, uncomfortable, and not ideal, especially when you don’t feel secure sleeping with your belongings out. This transit hotel was a completely different (and far superior) experience.

Check-in was seamless and fast. I provided my name and passport, received a key, and was in my room in under a minute. Check-out was just as easy—handed back the key and headed straight to my gate, which was only a few minutes away.

Overall, this was such a pleasant, stress-free experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend this transit hotel to anyone with a layover at ICN who wants comfort and convenience without leaving the airport.

In between flights, needed to stay in a hotel in airport location. Originally booked a hotel outside hotel, then we found this transit hotel inside of Terminal 2. This one is much convenient than any outside hotels. Nice, clean, quiet, easy for airport shopping. Close to all the restaurants. Most important, no need to wait for the custom checks since it is in the gates area, near gate 250. Will stay again. By the way, Incheon airport is the best airport over all.

Highly recommend for a layover!! Right next to terminals, shopping, food court, buffet, etc. Room is small but it has all that you need! Water, bed, toilet, shower, sink, tv, slippers. Make sure you email them all your information regarding flight information. They speak English very well. Book early they fill up!
