The room was very nice. The bathroom was gorgeous. However, one of the rooms didn’t have an A/C unit which made it very warm and uncomfortable. Besides that, it’s a nice property worth staying at.

Convenient location, especially with the direct aerobus to/from the airport which is 2 blocks away. We rented 2 units, both were clean and had what we needed as far as cooking, dishes, etc. Very spacious with the convenience of a washer. One unit smelled heavily of residual smoke despite multiple no smoking signs. Not really the fault of the property manager, but as a non smoking family it was not pleasant. Beds were not very comfortable, very hard. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

For mine opinión. The place is well Located. However it's difficult for parking. Weekend is worse. Since there's many local activities and locals drivers get all the available parking spots thatcare free. Regarding the place. Mattresses are very soft for mine choice. It sinks in and you. Don't rest well. That is the only inconvenience I can't say. Aside from that place is well located. Easy to find. And communication is great.

Very nice and clean apartment. It had ample AC which is great because it was very hot in Barcelona. Communication is excellent. They used WhatsApp to communicate and someone responded almost immediately every time we contacted them. There is a lobby and someone at the desk that can assist with checkin and store luggage. Wasn't required to do any cleanup prior to checkout other basic tidying up. Beds were comfortable, towels were plentiful and linens very nice. No complaints whatsoever.

I decided to stay this property because I have 3 little kids and hard to find 2 hotel rooms connected each other so we can stay comfortably. This apartment seemed ideal place for families with multiple kids so you can enjoy family trip together and have 5 beds.
However I missed a big point that hotels are 24 hr managed and controlled environment with lobby and security staff. Unfortunately this place is not. I am writing this review 7;45 Am in the morning with no sleep since midnight last few nights.
The place is literally Wild West after 8pm. No staff no lobby and no security so you are by yourself with crazy loud partying neighbours. And you are in a foreign country not sure if you knock the door to warm crazy drunk people 5am in the morning.
These is a probably hostel style environment where young kids come and party nonstop. And no limits. Very loud rap music, constantly people coming and going with loud door bumps, many drunk 20+ People in a 70square meter dancing and screaming till midnight to 8am. Doors are also very thin so they don’t give any filtering or comfort, you hear everything real time. Hard part was to trying to explain why a girl screaming so loudly when your 10 years old daughter woke up 5 am because of excessive screaming due to probably having sex party.
Reported 2 times to management and once they sent someone which was the only night we could sleep little bit early.

Glad that this is our last day and few hours we will be heading to airport.....

We had a great stay at Fira apartments staff were friendly and location was very good. I thought they would have an oven as it was an apartment so that was disappointing. We also requested a change of sheets as we stated for 4 nights but were told
We would have to pay for clean sheets which was also disappointing. Other than that we had a great stay.

Where the hotel was, excellent near the magic fountain, but on arrival I was asked for £170 deposit for stay when the room was already paid for !! was not expecting this and it doesn't state this amount in any paperwork. The reception area was lovely but always locked. Told it would be open for 11am but never was

Perfectly located for visiting Barcelona. Hop on Bus a five minute walk. Good resteraunts at the Old Bull Ring Mall and surrounding area. The Metro train also has a station close. If you are driving book your parking with your room and save money.

The location is excellent, you can find grocery stores and fruit stands nearby, also the metro Line 1 (red) is at 5 minutes walking distance.
The bed is comfortable, the house is clean.
We only have one not so satisfied point, the guests of made to much noise, even at 4AM, we could not sleep well with that.
Besides, there is no place to hang the washed clothes, there is no oven, and the kitchen heater doesn't work very fast.

Family of 5, we stayed for 3 nights. Really good service upon check-in/out. Very helpful in providing information, professional & personable. Briefly saw other staff & they were also pleasant. Room was just right for us. Bathroom spacious & clean, liked the 1/2 bathroom. Washer good & clothes stand was provided. Kitchen & living area air conditioned. It would be nice if the bedrooms had AC, we had 4 very hot days(July)in Barcelona. We found the keys tricky to use. Walking distance to shops & small eating places. A few more minutes to Magic Fountain & very large, modern & good shopping mall(centre). Location good to airport. We had to use taxis service due to our mobility issues, costs was decent as we were close to most of the attractions.

Location was great! Staff was very nice and helpful.
The owner came to our room and took a picture from the wall without letting us know first. Was strange:(. But in general it was amazing! We loved it! Walk to museum and watch the fountain in the night time was blessing! Very close to the grocery and mall. Inside the mall there is a grocery and many restaurants. Busses and metro are very close. 20 minutes walk to beach and Catalunya square. Shopping and many good restaurants.

me and my Friends had a great stay here, really spacious, clean, close to everything..staff all friendly and welcoming also spoke great English...bathroom was a little small for 3 ladies to get ready in but was tidy..and it can be pretty noisy at night as there’s a little bar outside but other then that my stay here was really pleasant definitely recommend or even stay here again :)

The Fira Centric Apartments are amazing! We stayed here before, back in 2015 and it was great! the location is spot on! Right next to the metro, and buses, you can also get the aéroport buses to Plaza Espanya which is only 10-15minutes away, but it drops you right where you need to be. The street that the apartments are on is quite quiet, which is nice, and you are close to Montjuic and also have the magic fountain on your doorstep. There is also the arena shopping mall, with food places and a big supermarket inside. There is a pizza slice restaurant over the main road of the street.

The apartment itself is nicely laid out, the first time we stayed here we were on the top floor, which was a 2 bedroom with the outdoor terrace! This was an awesome room, we didn’t get this one this time, we did have one on the 1st floor though, again with a similar layout just no rooftop terrace to lounge on. But that was no problem it’s just meant we had to go out earlier to enjoy the weather :) Haha!

The bedrooms in the 2 bedroom apartments are on either side of the apartments which is nice and can be ideal for couples or friends or a couple and two friends. The beds are all singles however we moved them together to make doubles as we were two couples in there. You have a microwave, fridge and freezer, a small hob, a nespresso machine, a washing machine and a toaster. Pots, pans and plates etc are all provided, as is a hairdryer in the bathroom! So do not worry about bringing one :)

I had a great time staying here. Location was perfect, close to shops, cafes and public transport. Place was clean, and the kitchen, washing machine and bathroom were great. Only small complaint was that the beds were quite small - I am quite a tall person.

Not great value for money

Apartment was quite small for a family of six, beds were terrible and a health hazard, cheap ikea frames on half the beds. Kids were falling and slipping off in the middle of the night. Noise was terrible too, not sure if it was within the building or outside but walls are thin and you could hear everything.

Location convenient however and the design of the rooms were nice, water pressure for the bathroom shower was nice too

When booking they should tell us that they don't open till 11 am. It was inconvenient since we came from a cruise. You are out by 9 am and no where to go except wait since you have your luggage with you and no place to leave your luggage. If there is, he should have told me since I asked him thru what's up text and didn't answer me. I was able to call him thru what's up. He didn't show up till 11:30. You must have roaming on your phone to be able to get hold of the person in charge.
We didn't need anything else since we stayed only for 2 nights. No toiletries at all nor kitchen towel . Just be prepared. Otherwise it's a decent apartment close to aerobus. Location is superb.

We also found it very difficult to locate the place as the signage is very small and can only be seen through a magnifying glass. Overall we enjoyed out stay.

Small suffiicent apartment for large group

We booked a three-bedroom because we are a family (mom and dad) traveling with three children. Had we booked a hotel we would have had to book two rooms. This way we paid the same for the apartment as we would have for only one hotel room--a huge savings for us.

From a sleeping perspective, the three bedrooms were perfect. Granted they were all single beds.

There were a few cons: Fira Centric has two buildings, next to each other. We were not staying in the one where the attendant was situated. And the keys we were given to the front door did not work in the other building. Therefore, if we needed to speak to the attendant, we had to call. No biggie. However, two of the three days we were there, the attendant was nowhere to be found--like the gate was pulled and you could not get into the reception area. Also, Fira advertises an airport shuttle. The Fira hotel may have one but not the apartments. Tip: book the Aerobus instead. It drops you off one block away, at Plaza Espana.

Our biggest issues, visiting Barcelona in summer, is the air conditioning was insufficient. There was one wall unit in the living room that cooled that space off nicely, but the bedrooms are all away from the unit so were almost unbearably hot to sleep in.

Finally, this coffee lover could not take advantage of the lovely Nespresso machine in the galley kitchen as there were no pods available and no warning that we should have arrived bearing our own.

It seems the reception is not always open. It was lucky that it opened the night we came. I have seen a couple with their 2 suitcases waiting by the door and found nobody in the reception office.
The day we left,the office was closed again and we have to borrow the phone from the sushi place to call the caretaker and was told to leave keys inside the apartment. We had to use a card to make the door locked without the key.

The wifi was nonexistent. Not a safe street. Strip club at the end of the street. People knocked on the door at 5:30am. Apartment is clean and efficient. Washington machine in the unit. Staff is only available between 10:00am and 4:00 pm. The are nice and give you a number, but don't answer at night when you're locked out.

The Apartments are ideally located for anyone looking for a quiet relaxing break. The Tour Busses stop at either end of the road, Airport Bus at the end of the road as is the Metro. The Apartment was clean and comfortable. The staff could not of been more welcoming and were contactable via mobile throughout our visit. I would recommend this accommodation.

Tomamos un apartamento de 3 habitaciones, 1 baño, sala, comedor y cocina.

Estaba muy bien dotado y era cómodo.

Me gustó que nos guardaron las maletas mientras nos daban el apartamento y había una persona a la cual comentarle varios asuntos. Sin embargo no me parecieron amables ni diligentes pues se dañó el inodoro y no nos dieron solución.

La ubicación del edificio fue conveniente porque queríamos recibir el nuevo año en Plaza España y está a muy pocos metros. Sin embargo me parece que la ubicación puede ser lejana dependiendo de las zonas que se quieran visitar

短い滞在では、日数分のタオル、着替えを持ってくることをおすすめします。

シングル4台で予約しましたが、シングル2台とダブル1台に、断りもなく変化されていました。

Fikk til å med beskjed om å kjøpe toalettpapir selv.

Var veldig strengt med innsjekk fikk ikke rom før eksakt kl 16:00, selvom rommene var klare.

Une des chambres très bruyante (celle côté rue) prévoir les bouchons d oreilles
L appartement est sympa et surtout très bien situé (proche métro et gros centre commercial)
Par contre dimanche matin réception fermée on a pas pu laisser nos bagages en consignes on a du revenir à 11h vider la chambre et la toujours personne
On a du téléphoner 3 fois avant que quelqu'un nous répondu et le mec est arrivé 15mn après

Appartement pas isolé du tout on entendait tous les bruits, les gens parler se déplacer tous les bruits des appartements voisins.. fort désagréable et difficile pour dormir. L'appartement est certes spacieux et bien placé mais ce manque d'usolation pose vraiment problème. Par ailleurs notre four ne fonctionnait pas

에스파냐역과 가깝습니다. 타월은 이야기하면 교체해줍니다. 1회용 비누와 바디워시는 제공됩니다. 객실내 취사 가능하고 세탁기도 있습니다.
이른 시간 짐보관은 미리 이야기하고 객실 내 캐리어를 두고 나가면 직원이 출근해서 로비옆 보관장소에 보관해줍니다
전반적으로 괜찮습니다.

立地と価格を考えるととてもお得だと思います。滞在者が夜中まで騒いでいることが多いこと、チェックイン時とチェックアウト時に受付の人がいないことがあるので要注意です。日本から来る方は、Line Outはスペインでは電話をかけられないので、覚えておくと良いかもしれません。

給了酒店的房費，但沒有服務可言，我們租住5晚，沒有人來做清潔，我到接待處問，他們回覆在我們退房前不會有人做清潔！我們要自己到接待處領取廁紙，垃圾袋，然後自己包垃圾，再拿到樓下丟掉！！
另外，接待處只有星期一到五限定時間才有人，我們星期五到，發現沒有電熱水壺，聯絡他們後，回覆是星期一到接待處問！！
還有，速慢速wi-fi，不停斷線，我們被迫用自己的數據上網，向他們反映，回覆是他們系統設定每小時會終斷連線！！
總括：以這個價錢，可以有很多其他選擇！
