We stayed here for a week and had issues with the sink clogging and the safe not opening even though we requested the code to unlock it. I ended up giving up on contacting them as the safe wasn’t too much of a concern as much as the sink.

Very convenient location to metro, food, market .

Very comfortable, we had 3 teenagers, 1 20 yo and 2 adults. It was comfortable and we made it work with one bathroom. Market very close could get food and wine to enjoy. The full size refrigerator and dishwasher were great! There was a cloths washer. It would have been great to have directions on how to use the cloths washer.

Alright.

It was nice staying in an apartment but we had to wait a long time for the rep to come give us our keys even though we had an appointment time! The apartment is run down but clean. Bathroom is clean too. Washer runs well. Neighborhood is ok. Not close to city center. But the cafe downstairs is great!

Great stay, good location next to metro.

Great apartments. Right next to a metro station which means you can get anywhere. Nice and clean. Only 1 toilet roll though so buy more! Don't worry about the no reception thing, staff member turns up on time to meet you with your keys.

Nice apartment, quick tax (7-8euro)ride from dock

Natalia met us at the apt. late so the late fee applied as stated in the agreement. Natalia was great-warm & friendly & really answered all our questions nicely in clear English which was also very helpful. She made sure we knew how to work everything even though it was already late. She really made our stay pleasant! The apt. was clean, neat & as described in the ad.

Could be better equipped

The staff failed to provide the extra set of sheets for the 5th sofa pull out bed. There was only 1 roll of toilet tissue for a 3 night stay for 5 people in the apartment. And to top it all off, they charged us extra 20 Euro's in cash for checking in after 9pm even though it clearly states that you can check in till mid night. We were also charged what they called \"tourist tax\" for 5 which totaled to another 37 Euro's, which of course they wanted in cash.

Perfect location!

We stayed for 3 nights in one of the apartments and found it suited us perfectly. The location was only 30 seconds away from a metro stop (which we made use of at least twice a day), 30 secs from a lovely bakery and 1 minute from a supermarket. Despite this, it was quiet (you can occasionally hear the metro trains underneath but it isn't disturbing) and felt like a safe area for us 3 young women. The apartment itself was really clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The air conditioning wasn't the best but I didn't find myself overheating at night at all, even with 3 of us sleeping in the same room. We had some difficulties with our transfer but the people running the apartments went out of their way to meet us there and make sure everything was okay, which was excellent! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again or recommend to friends.

Nice apartment but needs a little improvement

Booked a late arrival at the cost of 20 euros but had to wait 2 hours as the room hadn't been cleaned yet, 12.30 am before we had the room to ourselves after a long journey. Was told some compensation would be offered but all we received was an email apology. Also struggled to sleep as the waste/water pipes for the building ran through our bedroom, had constant ticking of pipes and flushing of water at all hours of day and night. Overall we left a bit disappointed as it was a very well presented and convenient apartment.

Loved the apartment. Designed for comfort, had all of the conveniences, loved the sorrounding city area (especially the bakery on the corner), a step away from transportation.

One hint for the people at habitat. As an older couple would Reccommend installing a strong bar for safety in the shower.

Family summer holiday weekend

Hotel a bit far from the centre but very accessible. Very neat and tidy. Every essentials in the apartmen from completely equipped kitchen to laundry. There's a supermarket just 3 doors away. Metro station for the L1 Redline Train is just 7 minutes walk.

교통 최고 .편한 숙박시설.

에스파냐역에서 버스타고 짧은 2정거장을 가면 길가에 위치해 있고 걸어서 7분 정도면 에스파냐역에 있는 아레나쇼핑몰까지 갈 수있어서 교통이 편리했다. 4층 401호에 4명이 3박4일 묵었다.세탁기도 깨끗했고 기본 세제도 제공되었고 작은양의 양념세트,커피도 제공되어 유용하게 사용했다. 버스타고 2정거장이면 산츠역에 갈 수있어서 몬세라트까지 가는 글로리아버스를 타기 쉬웠다(버스비5.25유로)
또한 마케도니아 슈퍼마켓. 니들 슈퍼마켓도 2정거장 거리에 있어서 좋았다. 옆건물에 빵집은 초코크로와상+커피세트가 너무 맛있었다(2.1유로). 아쉬운점은 히터가 스위치가 잘 켜지지 않아 보일러를 작동할수 없어서 추웠다. 거실에 있는 쇼파베드도 펼쳤을때 크고 폭신하니 잠을 편하게 잘 수 있었다.화잘실도 깨끗하고 샤워부스도 컸고 따뜻한 물도 잘 나왔다.하지만 핸드비누만 지급되고 샴퓨,바쓰워시,치약은 준비되어 있지않고 꼭 가져가야 한다. 주방식기들도 깨끗해서 사용하기 좋았다

Bij aankomst probleem met electriciteit in appartement waardoor we weer moesten verhuizen naar een ander appartement. De 2e en 3e nacht zijn we nog in een ander appartement geplaatst. De staat van de appartementen waren slecht, niet schoon, slechte bedden en een zeer slechte service

Pobyt rodzina 2+2. Niestety ale pomimo rezerwacji 4 osobowej 1 nocy przed snem okazało się ze sofa jest nie sprawna i spanie możliwe tylko w opcji złożonej przez co 3 osoby męczyły się razem. Pobyt 2 noce i pomimo zgłoszenia rano nie naprawiono sofy.
okolica ok jeden minus bardzo słychać każdy pociag metra i autobusy o czym w opisie nie było słowa. Dodatkowo pobierana jest kaucja szkodowa 300 eur o której nikt nie wspomnial na stronie. Mail do firmy odnośnie rekompensaty bez odpowiedzi Tak samo jak nie zwrotu kaucji.

Mal no, pero bien tampoco

El apartamento en general bien!!
Los problemas:
- el ascensor averiado 3 días
- las manifestaciones que impiden trabajar y disfrutar de la ciudad
- el servicio post venta (2 semanas después, aún no he recibido la factura después de reclamarla 3 veces)
- muy caro en relación a lo que ofrece el apartamento y el entorno

Appartement très bien placé. Nous avons attendu une heure pour la remise des clés avec des excuses bidons et la personne ne s'est même pas excusé sinon tout le reste était plutôt bien sauf la plaque vitrocéramique qui ne fonctionnait pas.

Tolles Apartment in Barcelona - komme gerne wieder

Ein schönes, modern eingerichtetes und gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit vier Betten in zwei Schlafzimmern. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine.
Es liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Placa Espania direct an der U-Bahnstation Hostafrancs.

God placering men...

Lidt skuffende oplevelse. Vært ankommer 20 minutter for sent med nøgler til at lukke os ind kl 00:45. Aircon virker ikke ved ankomst, og der er ikke gjort særlig godt rent. Aircon/varme bliver dog lavet. Opvaskemaskine var også i stykker men bliver også lavet. Bare ærgerligt at det ikke var OK ved ankomst. God placering tæt ved metro.

見栄えと交通の便は良いが…

4-1という部屋に泊まりました。
見栄えも良く、交通の便も良く(最寄のHostafrancsは徒歩0分、たくさんの路線が走るEspanyaは徒歩5分、新幹線が通るSantsは徒歩12分程度)、観光には向いていると思います。
ですが、部屋に着くと小さなアリが数匹…撃退しても毎日どの部屋からも出現して(特に水場に多かったように思います)、寝るのも少しためらわれる程でした。

バスアメニティはシャンプーリンスボディソープのみ。日本にあるような洗顔・綿棒等はありません。
シャワーは時々止まることもあったので時間がかかりました。。

また、アパートメントということで毎日ハウスキーピングが入るわけではないので、タオル等気になる方はご自分で複数枚持って行かれると良いかと思います。

たまたま4-1がこういった仕様だっただけかもしれませんが、もし部屋が選べるのでしたら4-1以外を選ぶことをオススメします。
それ以外の点においては、部屋も広くゆったりとしていて、特に言うことはありません。

Het appartement was niet schoon en zag er vies uit. De muren zaten onder de vlekken
Op de bovenste etage (met fijn terras) geen enkele nooduitgang en ondanks de hoogte toch een mierenkolonie
Bagage moesten we de laatste dag zelf ergens zien op te slaan
Borg van 300 euro betaald en na 2 dagen mailen te horen gekregen dat dat wel 2 weken kan duren voordat het terug gestort wordt
Geboekt naar aanleiding van de goede recensies op Expedia.

God beliggenhed, men dårlig lejlighed

Beliggenheden var god, tæt på Plaza Espana og tæt på metro. Metroen kunne man dog høre og mærke hvert 5. minut, da lejligheden rystede, når den kørte under bygningen. Man kunne ikke stå oprejst, når man tog bad (er under 2 meter), og det dryppede ned i stuen fra badeværelset ovenover (vi underrettede ejer, men intet skete). Gulvet var beskidt ved ankomst. Det ene værelse havde ikke aircondition, hvorfor vores børn måtte sove i stuen.

Appartamento in posizione comoda, vicino metro

Posizione strategica, vicino Piazza Espana e alla fermata metro, subito sotto vi è un discreto ristorante e una panetteria con possibilità di fare colazione. Noi siamo stati in due famiglie e non lo consiglierei ad altri. Pur con sei posti letto, ci sono una camera matrimoniale e una cameretta con due letti singoli, gli altri due posti letti sono ricavati da un divano letto del soggiorno. Ma un solo bagno, posto nel passaggio tra il soggiorno e la cameretta rende l'appartamento poco adatto alle necessità di 6 persone. La cucina invece è completa di lavastoviglie, microonde e tostapane, con posate, stoviglie e pentole. Se dovesse servire anche una lavatrice e in dotazione due tabs x lavastoviglie e una per lavatrice. Ingresso generale con combinazione e dell'appartamento con chiave intelligente. Tutto sommato lo consiglierei x quattro persone, meglio se di un'unica famiglia.

Bad treatment for clients

The apartment was ok, as described. The shower didn't really work that well and we heard some disturbing loud noises during the nighttime, but otherwise the apartment was still good. The negative side: When we arrived, they accused us of not paying the accommodation and tried to make us pay it again even though I had all the receipts from the payments. We also had to pay some extra taxes that we were not aware of. This is why our arrival to the apartment was not nice at all. Also the apartment has very strict rules about leaving the place clean - if not clean enough, they will not return the deposit. I had no idea we have to do some cleaning ourselves, it's not said anywhere in the description. I wouldn't recommend this apartment because they didn't treat us nicely.

The area, however, is lovely and has many shops and cafes and restaurants. The cafe downstairs is absolutely great.

Bien situé , seul point positif!

Ils nous ont annulé 1 nuit/3 dans nous prévenir.
Nous ont fait attendre pendant 2h pour Check in en nous disant De se débrouiller !
Ils ont prélevés le montant total à notre Check in même s'ils ont annulé une nuit, ils nous ont demandé de repayer doublement les 3 nuits lors de notre Check in
Ils nous ont remboursés par la suite heureusement
Je déconseille vivement et SNCF voyage nous ont pas trouvé De solution et nous ont laissé ... y a aucun intérêt à réserver avec SNCF c'est la pire agence qui existe !!

Fem på ferie og lejligheden havde en fin størrelse

Lejligheden lå i et dejligt og meget hyggeligt kvarter. Alt i lejligheden var godt og fungerede rigtig fint. Dejligt med både opvaskemaskine og vaskemaskine. Lejligheden lå tæt på metroen, hvilket vi var meget glade for, når vi skulle rundt til seværdighederne. Alt i alt var vi MEGET glade for lejligheden og dens placering i Barcelona. Tæt på gode indkøbs muligheder. Vi anbefaler stedet og har kun gode ting at sige om lejligheden..

No está mal .. pero con esos €€ se espera algo mas

Bien en lineas generales, pero el servicio es muy mejorable. Si llegas un fin de semana tienes que estar coordinado con la persona que te entrega las llaves, porque allí no hay nadie que te pueda ayudar. Otro asunto es que intentan cobrar un 4% de comisión por los cargos en tarjeta. Respecto al apartamento, con el precio que cobran, pueden facilitar mayor numero de toallas y sabanas para la estancia. A nivel de equipamiento, indicar que es muy completo, solamente se echa en falta una plancha y la tabla de planchar y mas perchas en el interior del armario.

Wir haben telefonisch den Zeitpunkt unserer Ankunft bekanntgegeben.
Schlüsselübergabe klappte perfekt.
Leider befand sich unsere Unterkunft im Erdgeschoss. Es war recht finster und der Innenhof war ziemlich häßlich!
Außerdem hat man im EG immer das Gefühl, dass ein Erdbeben ist, wenn die U-Bahn fährt.

Wir verbrachten 4 Nächte in diesem Appartement. Die Lage zur Erkundung dieser wunderschönen Stadt kann nicht besser sein. Vom Flughafen kommt man mit dem 46er Bus in einer knappen 1/2 Stunde zum Placa Espanya. Mit dem T10 Ticket kostet das einen knappen Euro.
Dieses Ticket kann ich nur empfehlen, ebenso 2 Tage \"Hop on-hop off Bus\". Das Barcelona Ticket ist für mich hinausgeworfen Geld, viel zu teuer!
Am Placa Espanya kann man auch in der ehemaligen Stierkampfarene sehr gut und günstig einkaufen.

arrivée tardive, nous avons pris un taxi pour rejoindre notre hotel appart. Une personne nous attendez compter 20 euros à donner au portier.
appartement confortable, proche du metro et de la place d espagne. bon restaurant au pied de l'appartement. proche
d une superette, boulangerie, et marché le samedi matin.
il faut prendre le bus rouge pour la visite la plus intéressante.
téléphérique couteux avec une longue file d attente.

Bellissimo appartamento moderno

L'appartamento che abbiamo preso per questa vacanza era dimensionato per sei persone, per fortuna fossimo solo in quattro perché ci sono pochi spazi dove appendere vestiti, cappotti e asciugamani vari, inoltre il bagno è troppo piccolo. Gli aspetti piacevoli dell'appartamento comunque alzano la media, non solo la bellezza dell'abitazione ma anche la vicinanza alla metro (forse dieci passi o meno), un posto sotto casa per bere una sangria decente e un panificio/pasticceria per colazioni da campioni. Se dovessi tornare a Barcellona soggiornerei di nuovo in questo appartamento.

Grazioso appartamento con tutte le comodità, a 100 metri dalla fermata del metro e a 3 minuti a piedi da Placa Espanya. Confortevole, silenzioso, ampia terrazza, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, macchina per caffè..ecc.

Hôtel bien équipé et bien placé !

Après un accueil particulièrement chaleureux et pétillant, nous avons pu profiter de chambres donnant sur une cour intérieure (calme apprécié, donc) et d'un appartement bien pensé, avec les services nécessaires (les petites attentions comme quelques sachets de thé ou des mini-bouteilles huile/vinaigre sont appréciées).
L'appartement est très bien situé pour accéder aux transports en commun.
Belle expérience, donc !
