Everything was great in this property, only problem is you need to park far away in a different structure. Also room numbers are missing on doors so it makes harder to be sure which is your room. Other than that 👍😊

Lower Studio Dorm Room
We only stayed one night in the lower level studio. It had most amenities including a kitchenette. But it was lacking in charm and felt like a college dormitory. A small dining room table with two chairs would have been better than than the dorm-style bench table they had. Otherwise for a night and being walking distance to Plaza Espana, it was all right!

Difficult weekend to be in Barcelona with the referendum going on, main reason for visit was to see a game at Camp Nou. That wasn't possible so will go back some time, would stay again at these apartments, good location, clean, well equipped and comfortable.

Overall, the location was good (10-15min walk to Plaza España), and that was the highlight of the accommodation. However, the facilities and condition was not worth the expensive rate/night. Also a few ridiculous rules, as an example, at the end of your stay, you are meant to take your bag of trash all the way to the bins on the square nearby, and throw it out yourself, despite paying a cleaning fee included in the price (I stay in at least one different hotel every month, and I have never had any of them make me do something like that). Worth if you have no cheaper option.

Before arrival we receive a text asking our arrival time and greeting us. Upon arrival we met fina who helped us store our luggage and gave us directions to historic places best places to eat and directions and how to use metro. Then we we escorted to our rooms ( just amazing) and showed how to operate the air conditioner where everything was and asked if we needed anything . We were greeted the next day by the manager who was even nicer this was a great place to stay very roomy and like home thank you so much it was just wonderful and great host to people from another country 😀😀😀😀😀

The lady administrator/concierge was exceptionally helpful, gave us a map showed us the best places to go, and how to get there on bus and metro. The only bad thing was one of the flats had a group of lads one night and they made a lot of noise until the small hours. Otherwise very good location for transport, well equipped and tidy place to stay with helpful staff and would recommend.

The apartment had all I needed for a few days stay and it was nice to be able to make meals. A grade school in the block created noise during the day and evening. Small shower.

Convenient for rail travel and for Camp Nou
My grandson and I stayed in a twin-bedroom apartment located in the courtyard at the back of the property. The apartment was perfect for our needs, and was a short walk from the Sants railway station which made the journey from the airport very easy. As per other reviews, you could hear (and feel) the occasional rumble from the Metro trains, but this didn't stop us enjoying our stay in any way. The free wifi more than made up for this in any case.
We were visiting Barcelona to do the Camp Nou stadium tour, and to attend a match, and the apartment was well located for this. It took approximately 25 minutes to walk each way, but it was a fairly pleasant walk so this wasn't a problem.
I would certainly stay here again if I was visiting Barcelona.

The apartments are located on a side street, which is quiet. They are within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets and about 20 min. away from Placa d'Espana. The apartments are tall, which means you have plenty of fresh air and they keep cool during the hot Spanish summer. The apts are nicely furnished overall. When we stayed, the bed for two people didn't seem strong enough to hold two heavy/obese people. It was a bed with wooden boards on the bottom and a mattress on top. I guess the wooden bed would have made noise if a couple attempted to be intimate on it. Next, the shower didn't have any support to put a shower gel or shampoo on. We took a shower with the door open. The kitchen is nicely furnished and you can even cook here if you wish. Overall, I would come here again.

Stayed here for two nights with my family and it was great. Everything we wanted, separate bedrooms, lounge and kitchen with everything we needed. Views were not great but didn't need the windows open as it had air conditioning! Location was great with the stations close by (you could hear rumbling of trains but it wasn't loud enough to keep us awake or bother us). It also had parking which was safe and secure which meant a great deal to us. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 4 nights, and used the apartment as a Base for our excursions around barcelona. Been to barcelona numerous times before, but hadn't stayed in the area of the station. We absolutely loved our stay. True you can hear the metro trains at certain times but it wasn't enough to disturb us. Vivienne at the front desk was fantastic. She was very attentive to our needs and gave us a complete guide to the city as soon as we arrived. Location is very good, you're roughly a 15 minute walk from Camp Nou and Plaza Espanya (where the magic fountains are close to) although the Barcelona Metro will get you anywhere in the city pretty quickly. You are situated right above a metro line which is good and bad considering your right near a metro stop but can cause a few issues if you have trouble sleeping. A School right above you does not help either! Wifi not great since we had to stand at front door to connect but these are only minor issues considering the service and location we had.

Apartment was clean and well presented. Small, but not cramped. We had 2 single beds when we had expected a double bed. Bathroom was clean, but very small. Building very secure and only 10 minutes walk from main railway station and 5 minutes from nearest underground. No clothes washing machine, which I would have expected at that price, but laundromat was only 2 minutes away. Plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, but neighbourhood was typical of those around stations, so not too salubrious, but also not threatening. Owner was very friendly and helpful. So a good experience, but expensiveforwhat you get.

There was no sign on the door and the small photo doesn't give you any idea of how hard it would be to find the place. It's off Finlandia C. Very nice, helpful lady who graciously did her best. I was first shown a room with no lock in a section holding maybe 8 rooms, some w/ private baths. She gave me a main key to this area and said nobody else was registered. But imagine, no locks on these doors except to the main area door... if others have also checked in. The AC wasn't working after 6 hours, so she moved me to Apt. on first floor right across from the office. This was a good room, could sleep four, nice kitchenette w/ stove, microwave, refrigerator, but only a single bottle of a generic liquid hand soap for everything, incl bathroom use! Not the right place in Barcelona to see the main attractions, but you can reach buses and the train to the airport is a long but doable walk. Too expensive, not safe enough for me, but yes, it was spotless, maybe because nobody is using it? Ask for a coffeemaker. NO BREAKFAST, and it is a bit of a walk to find a sit-down breakfast. Terrific pastry and crepes shops not too far away. If all the rooms were like the one on the first floor, I'd say it was OK. But it wasn't. The other problem was the noise of trains running night, making the building shake somewhat. My room was OK as to the noise was just a rumble. Neighborhood safer than it might first look. Friendly area.

Nice flat for rent, close to station
The location of this place is great - it's an easy 12-15 minute walk from Barcelona Sants station, or literally just around the corner from the Placa de Sants subway station. This wasn't by any means as fancy as a hotel, but it was comfortable enough and it was nice having a full place to ourselves. While we were provided towels, I do wish that toiletries were included as well in our stay - this didn't by any means ruin our stay, but we did have to run out to go buy some shampoo. The shower head was also a bit broad, so showering was a little strange... I'd definitely recommend this place (or a place like this) for anyone coming to Barcelona for a few days - having a full place was really nice when we were in town for more than a night or two.

It was a pleasant surprise to see Guillen waiting to check us in at 1:00 am! Because it is an apartment unit, it has a stove, microwave, and a refrigerator and he made sure we know how to use the appliances, and adjust the temperature in the rooms.

Myself and son stayed for 1 night. We were on a quick trip to watch FC Barca. The apartment was perfect for this. The area is a little of the main tourist areas. The room was clean and the manager spoke perfect English and was really helpful on arrival with local shops and route to the stadium etc. Will definitely use again.

Booked apartment with colleagues whilst attending conference at Fira Europa. Great location to reach airport and tourist attractions. Very close to underground and overground trains. Very friendly and helpful manager. Worked well for business trip with private bedrooms and huge shared living and dining area. Would definitely stay here again.

We could hear the metro trains passing underneath as it was a downstairs flat which was very annoying while you were asleep. You can also hear noises from the opposite flat.

The television has only Spanish channels. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent.

Decent value apartments for groups / families
Was in apartment 2 on ground floor with 3 friends staying 4 nights. Room ok, maid service disappointing. Office staff very helpful and friendly. Had to call to ask for replacement towels. Bed linen not changed during any of the nights. Room furnished with basic Ikea furniture, chairs a bit worn and uncomfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Shower pressure good. TV and wifi is good. Large fridge and freezer perfect for storing our drinks :)

I would refer this hotel to anybody and everybody traveling to Barcelona. It´s a very big place, with 3 bedrooms plus a double sized futon in the living room, so really you could sleep about 7 people comfortably! it´s extremely close to the metro station, which takes you all over the city. The only negative thing was weekend we stayed was extremely hot, and the hotel´s air conditioning didn´t work very well. It definitely didn´t ruin the trip...it´s a great place!

All the beds cave in right in the center. Our bathroom sink leaked. There is no one there. 2 ladies are in and out and your lucky to catch one of them. No tourist help. Your left on your own, with no phones anywhere in the apartment or complex!!

There was 4 people in a apartment for 5 nights and we were given 2 rolls of toliet paper. When we asked for more, they said it was a charge to our account!! Then beds caved in, right in the middle. All the beds. The blankets were beyond worn out and old! However, it is close to the main road, busses, and subway. It is very modern, EXCEPT the beds, bedding. No tourist help at all, office has no set hours, no local phones at all incase of an emergancy. Look elsewhere!

An Economical Option with Some Trade-offs
I would not suggest this location if a central location is most important. The price was reasonable although we found the refrigerator was not working (after we had bought items to store in it). It was replaced within a few hours with another one. There was no true privacy between the bedroom and the living room sleep area. We hadn't realized it wasn't a true two bedroom and only one bath within the one bedroom area made it difficult to share among four. Since we are a family it made less of a difference not to have a centrally located bathroom. The place was small so would not have been easy for more than a couple of nights. The transportation to the main tourist areas was not hard but the distance would not allow coming back and forth to the apartment to \"freshen up.\" The street was off the main street so quiet and there were restaurants within easy walking as was the subway. For a family, it was an economical choice with some drawbacks. The administration was helpful and pleasant.

Great location but noisy street
This apartment has a great location near to the mainline train station (Barcelona Sants) but in a very noisy street, with the school next to the apartment and a bar opposite. There were lots of noise coming from the school children early/late morning and from the bar and the street (traffic, people) late in the evening. Having read the review before booking we asked for a loft apartment to avoid this but on arrival was given a ground floor apartment which is in close proximity to the street, hence the issue of noise. The cleaning cart also turned up at 1.30am to clean the street and you could also hear the vibration of the underground below, so in reality you could hardly get any good sleep. The apartment itself was new and clean, one minor issue is there is no shower caddy in the shower room so you had to leave your toiletries on the shower tray which was an inconvenience. I would stay there again only if given a loft apartment.

Great sized apartment and it was great to have 2 bathrooms with the 4 of us. Apartment was close to the train station, shops, restaurants, internet cafe etc. Our only complaint was the oven in the ktichen was very dirty andf so were the kitchen cloths etc. the floors and bedroom were clean.

I stayed in Apartments Barcelona Station with a group of 6, and it was great. The comments about a children's playground nearby is true, and the noise from it can be a bit loud in the mornings, but it would not deter me from staying here again.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The one bit of advice I'd give is to look up the hotel on Google Maps and Google Streetview before you arrive. It is a bit difficult to find, and it was very useful to have an idea of where I was going and what I was looking for before I got there.

The Apartments was very reasonably priced & within walking distance - if you enjoy walking - of good stuff. Very nice kitchen, actually surprised by how nice it was. And the place was pretty big. Could sleep 7 max, if everyone is chummy.

Best hotel near Barcelona Sants
We stayed at Apartment Barcelona Station just for two nights. But I would still highly recommend this place. Before we arrived the apartment was ready. We had three bed room apartment. Apartment is safe and comfortable. There is a lot of room for 4 people. It has a nice kitchen but we did not cook. There are several restaurants on nearby streets. Vivian was very helpful. She told us where to go and how to visit the attractions. I can't wait go back.

Pleasantly surprised!
We stated here for a weekend and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it bigger and cleaner than I had expected. The location is absolutely perfect with a metro station just outside the apartment (Placa de Sants) and less than a 5 minute walk to the train station (Barcelona Saints) with a direct connection from the airport. There are also tons of shops nearby for anything we needed from supermarkets to electronic stores and other shopping. There are also tons of cute restaurants nearby and authentic neighbourhoods. It's also only a short subway stop away from many of the most important attractions in Barcelona. We took the double-decker bus tours, which stop 5 minutes away from the hotel. I would also definitely recommend this. Overall, we were very pleased with the apartment, it is safe and the staff is extremely friendly. Vivian was extremely helpful and helped us with everything that we needed. She made the stay highly pleasant for us. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this apartment.

We spent 5 nights here in May 2010 this is a great place to stay in Barcelona..a great location less than 5 minutes walk to the Metro Station and from there just a short ride to the main attractions...also less than 10 minute walk to Sants Estacio train station where you can catch the airport train. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was lovely...very clean, comfortable beds, a small kitchenette with everything we needed. Vivian who runs the place was very friendly and helpful with places to go and things to see. We will definitely stay here the next time we go to Barcelona!

I only stayed one night but these apartments are definitely worth it if you plan to stay for several days. It's just a couple of blocks from the train station Sants, has all dish-ware, pans, and silverware, fridge, microwave, iron with board, big closet, LCD TV with tons of channels, and free internet so you feel almost at home.

Die Front des Hauses ist sehr schön gestaltet. Die Übergabe des Schlüssel funktioniert per Telefon, auch völlig ok. Es war nur sehr unsauber im Außenbereich welcher die Zuwegung für unser Studio war. Das Studio selbst ist recht funktional eingerichtet, aber die Betreiber müssen das Schimmelproblem im Duschbereich beheben. Wir bemerkten bei unserer Rückkehr am späten Abend, dass es eine sehr lebendige Hausgemeinschaft gibt . Aber irgendwann bin ich dann gegen 1 Uhr nachts mit dieser Hintergrundbeschallung dann auch eingeschlafen. Morgens kommt man gut hoch, da ab 7 Uhr bei offenen Fenster die Kommunikation der anderen Bewohner wieder aufgenommen wurde. Wenn es aber Mal ruhig ist, merkt man dass die Bahn recht nah vorbei fährt. Fazit wir waren froh dort wieder draußen zu sein und auch froh nur eine Nacht gebucht zu haben. Man klingt das spiessig und das mit Anfang 40....
