The apartment was spacious and convenient for families, but it wasn’t very clean. I didn’t feel safe in the area, or in Barcelona in general. On our first night, we arrived at 1:30 a.m. and the digital door lock wouldn’t open — it seemed faulty. I spent 30 minutes trying to reach the so-called 24-hour support line before someone finally responded, but the door only worked eventually on its own. There was no physical key, which I think would be a good backup. There was also noise during the night, which made it difficult to sleep.

Good to stay. Very near to the market and we were able to buy groceries to cook. Will stay again. Stayed 2nd time. Happy with the nearby metro stations. Go everywhere 2 0 mins.

We had a ground floor apartment. Before we checked in the communication with owner was great, once we arrived that changed. After the first night we contacted the owner because we found cockroaches in the livingroom/kitchen and bathroom and because the stove was broken. We received no reply (our stay was a total of 4 nights..). The washing machine has mold, and the small terasse that goes off the apartment is covered in pigeon poop.

Our apartment was very nice. It was in a quiet neighborhood, with groceries and restaurants only a couple of blocks away. Despite the name, it was a 15-min walk from the Barcelona Sants metro and train station. Since there is not a front desk, getting into the apartment requires that the property managers send a code for the front door and a code for the apartment, or use of an app. The apartment itself was well-equipped, except the light switch in one of the bedrooms did not turn on any lights (instead, there were portable lights that were switched on by hand. Wifi worked well.

The apartment is spacious and well maintained. It has two private patios and a room with a washing machine and iron. The living room and kitchen-dining room are spacious and very well equipped. All areas have their own air conditioning, which is appreciated. We loved the area. Very close to Sants Station, with metro and bus station less than five minutes walk away. Shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, very close. The only downside was that we didn't have wifi until the next day, because there is no signal with the access data and we didn't receive that information until the next day. But even so we managed very well. I recommend this place if you want to be comfortable and well located in Barcelona.

We weren’t sure we had a place to stay until we called four different numbers to get ahold of someone but for the price it’s good and close to transit. The property is pretty old but it was spacious and we got good sleep.

The property was large and comfortable, plenty of room for eight adults. The lift made our room on the second floor easily accessible for disabled people and those with push chairs.
The only down side were the showers wetting the floor and making them unsafe. Towels are provided to try and avoid that situation, but not big enough for the amount of water. The showers however were great, powerful and hot.

El departamento no fue el de las fotos que rentamos, Demasiada humedad en las paredes, en los aires acondicionados y hongo negro en los baños y mueble de la sala agujero en las sillas del comedor, hablamos en varias ocasiones y no nos atendieron en el número de emergencia que nos dejaron , nos tuvimos que salir en ese momento de la propiedad y no nos quisieron reembolsar el total del pago
