Stayed here for the England game against Andorra. Hotel is in a great location, if you want to stay out of the main areas of Barcelona,Metro is across the road and is easy reach of the centre and s short metro to espanyol fc where our game was. Breakfast is good, tge rooms were clean and our stay was comfortable. I would return again.

One of the electrical outlets was falling off the wall and one of the usb ports wasn't working. Not worth the money.

Arya Stadium

This is the closest hotel for a family visit. The Nou Camp is in walking distance and the centre of town is a short trip on the metro. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is not included so I’d recommend going to a local cafe for an authentic experience.

The stay was great . It was near the soccer stadium , and it was close to public transportation so you could get to the main parts of the city with in 15-20. Only thing I wish they had early check -in for people coming from overseas and that you need reservations for lunch and dinner . Other than I recommend!

Horrible experience with evening staff

My experience went from great to horrible quickly. There was an error with my booking that seemed to be corrected quickly with great service when the daytime management staff was on site. My experience with the evening staff couldn’t be more opposite. The triple room I had been upgraded to earlier by the daytime staff was actually a double. No rollaway bed was available so I attempted to book a second room for the night to quickly fix the issue and get some sleep. This resulted in an hour long battle with the evening staff who managed to call me a liar, mock my frustration and ultimately make my stay so uncomfortable I booked a different hotel for the rest of my 5 day stay in Barcelona. They also criticized me when speaking to each other in Spanish, not knowing that I understand much of what they were saying.

Front desk was very helpful and friendly, and spoke several languages which was helpful since my Catalan is rusty. Location was super convenient and the hotel was modern and clean. The room was a little “dungeony” being located under the pool and had no windows, but the room itself was appropriate for our needs. The laundry service was easy and efficient and the continental breakfast was good and had some variety. Overall, a great value. I would stay there again.

loved the balcony in the room. Breakfast buffet (paid) offers a great sampling of charcuterie and cheeses. The in-room air conditioning is very eco-friendly and can be too mild at times, but you can totally sleep with the windows open in Barcelona. The swimming pool was a little small and cold.

The hotel was nice and very clean, the staff was excellent and the breakfast was very good. The location was a convenient 2 min walk to the metro stop. It was a 30min transit time to the city center. I found the metro system to be phenomenal and very easy to use/navigate. As always I relied on the Citymapper App which did not disappoint. The only issue was that the air conditioning on the 6th floor was very poor. It was too warm to sleep comfortably each night and I am not typically easily overheated.

The hotel is new, modern and beautiful. The breakfast was great. However!! I did not sleep. I flew in from Canada overnight and had a 24 hour layover. The room I was in 105 above reception was horrible. You could hear everything all night long. I complained to reception and they informed me they knew of the issues of that room but because I was only going to be one night is why I was given it. I am a humanitarian worker going to Ukraine and had to delay my trip once in Poland and pay more money for a hotel so I could actually rest. I was highly disappointed in the staff and hotel for this. No compensation no offer to do anything.

Pros: the location of this property is 2 minutes from the nearest metro, you can access everything in the city within minutes. Tons of restaurants around the hotel to eat at and you're actually in the city despite this hotel being affordable. The staff at the front desk are super helpful and kind, and do their best to accommodate guests. Also, the hotel lobby smells really good! Our room was clean, bed was super comfortable, and bathroom was really nice.

Cons: the hot water in the bathroom doesn't get super hot, like I like. Also, our mini bar didn't get cold at all it was room temperature the entire trip so we couldn't have cold drinks the entire time we stayed. We asked the front desk 3 times if it could be fixed, and each time we were told the maintenance guy would be out the next day. Well it never got fixed.

I don’t know nothing about the property because I don’t go . I called to customer service if they can help me to get my money back . I feel sad because supposed it the hotel doesn’t want to give me my money back . I can’t go to Barcelona to put my child in dangerous to the condition of that country right now it’s no safe for the situation about the manifestation of Catalan people over there.

The hotel is clean and modern. Ours was an internal room and was modern and well equipped with a large en-suite. The only negative, it was a bit noisy at times because it looks into the reception area.

Room was exactly as seen in the picture. Very clean and felt new. Shower was excellent. Location is really good especially if you are going to the stadium, its really a short walk with loads of restaurants close by. However, if you are a light sleeper and is sensitive to noise, you may be disturbed by the noise from the entry during breakfast and from outside cars and trucks as the room isn't sound proof. Also, our toiletries weren't topped up when the room was clean so we had to ask for soap when we ran out. Otherwise excellent place

Hotel is faultless, immaculate rooms and the staff can't do enough for you. Location is perfect, only 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely revisit. This hotel is worth much more than 3 stars.

The hotel staff was very welcoming. Location is perfect, close to the Metro. The room was comfortable, the bathroom spacious and good shower. The only negative comment I have is related to not having access to shower or wash facility on the morning I arrived after 24-hour flight. Access to shower in the pool area would have been very welcomed

This is a really lovely hotel. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. It is near Camp Nou stadium which means it is a bit far way from the beach and town center but other than it is a great hotel!!!!

However I would recommend a full length mirror in the rooms, a light on the balcony along with a table. But these are just small things.

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 3 nights. We both thought it was a great hotel and would definitely stay here again. The rooms were clean, the pool area was a nice space to cool off in after a hot day and the staff were great. We asked the staff on several occasions for tips and advice and they were always more than willing to help.

The ONLY thing that was missing was a full length mirror or a mirror to do make up in. The only mirror was in the bathroom which wasn't ideal. We mentioned this to the staff and were informed that other people had complained about this too. Nevertheless, we loved our stay and would come here again the next time we're in Barcelona.

The property was renovated and attractive. The only thing we didn’t appreciate was that there wasn’t bottled water available to guests staying at the hotel (not even for purchase) on a few nights. This required us to go out and find a place that would sell us water bottles.

American Travelers on Holiday. This property is a little off of the beaten path, but so easy to get to and near metro stops as well as directly near the airport train line! Clean and Nice. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and bakeries. Everything you need is nearby!
