The rooms the staff everything about the hotel is top-notch. Every single staff member exudes professionalism. Special shout out to Munir. He knew we were going to the Barcelona game and left us some Barcelona memorabilia in our room. Completely unexpected very thoughtful touch. Highly recommend the hotel.

This is a gorgeous hotel and all the staff were fantastic. We stayed in a room facing the train station which was always very busy, the noise from outside was quite loud. It was a really windy weekend and you could hear the wind outside all night and cars with their horns etc so we did struggle to get a good night sleep. I would expect for a 5* hotel the rooms to be more soundproof. Other than that I can’t fault the hotel.

I always choose Nobu for its consistent luxury, but this stay in Barcelona missed the mark. The room was not cleaned to the expected standard, and the AC was far too noisy for a peaceful stay. Most surprisingly, the food at the restaurant was only average—certainly not the high-caliber culinary experience Nobu is famous for. I hope the management addresses these service and maintenance gaps soon, as the property itself is beautiful and the brand deserves better.

So, it really wasn't a great experience. I was going to mention all of our issues upon checking out, but wasn't even asked how our stay was.
1. We were told that we paid for a view room ....and put on the 3rd floor overlooking a city street and a busy/noisy construction area.
2. We were told at check in that if we wished to dine in the restaurant we would have to make a reservation. However, we could always dine in the hotel bar with no reservation. We chose the latter. However, when we went down for dinner we were told that the bar area was blocked off for a private event (we were not told this when checking in). it was 8pm and we didn't want to go out as we had a busy travel day the next day. Unfortunately we couldn't eat in the restaurant, as we didn't make a reservation. So we ordered room service. While this was not what we wanted we have to say the food was excellent.
3. from 5-7pm we heard constant music and pounding. We were told by the hotel that there was a fitness class below us, on the 2nd floor. It was so loud in our room that we could hear everything.
4. Due to the loud music we decided to put the TV on to block it out. Unfortunately the TV was not working as it \"lost connection to the server\". On the home screen it said. \"Welcome Mr. Han Li (not us, another guest who probably didn't want someone else to see his name, privacy laws, etc.). It took 1 hour to resolve the issue with IT having to come to our room.
5. Shower flooded, almost immediately when turned on.

We stayed at the Nobu in Barcelona for three nights and enjoyed it tremendously. The rooms were very clean, well appointed and comfortable, with great staff and a great concierge service. The restaurants were very good, with great service, and the view from the top floor is wonderful. Transportation to the old quarter and Sagrada Familia is easy and there are many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was great. The front counter was great. The info that none of the spa is included in the price you pay should be in bold letters. There was a cost to use the sauna and steam room as well as pool. Ridiculous. Everything has an additional price. There was no way to purchase waters and snacks that were not over the top cost wise. $4.59 euros for a Coke Zero is completely insane. And to use the sauna for a short time cost $19 euros. But they did give a 20% discount. Wow. Big deal. There should have never been an additional charge. I u Serrano the massage costing more but the hotel was presented as a spa/ hotel. And I wasn’t the only client who wasn’t happy there were two others with the same opinion. And the poor girls at the spa desk were getting hammered on and that wasn’t fair either.
I also thought there should be a store to purchase items a little bit more economically without having to search out a store.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with the news of a room upgrade from umi to sake suite which was great news. After having difficulty with the TV in our original room we were kindly moved to another without fuss. The staff were great and very accommodating whenever we had questions. The breakfast was great and so was the spa overall a great stay would definitely recommend

Cleaning staff rude - not giving a great impression. Wall in room had stains on them. Room rug was dirty. Window blind stopped working. Overpriced and room not 5 star quality. Rooftop views were nice. Lobby area was nice. Room lighting and bathroom lighting inadequate. Noise from building works outside. For the price paid it was a let down.

Hotel was as luxurious as expected. The room amenities we well appointed and we particularly loved the room controls available (including opening/closing the shades). The rooftop bar was also spectacular, with amazing views across Barcelona. The neighborhood near Sants is always busy and was a little surprising but it did not interfere with our stay at all (no outside noise heard from the room)

I want to love this hotel but I didn’t. Our room faced a carpark, it had a sofa area as we paid for a better room but it was so tucked away you would never use it and as our view was a carpark we had to keep the curtain’s shut. You need to book a higher floor. The room was nice, bed was very comfy but staff were ok nothing standout. We went to the pool and lied on sun loungers. No one on either occasion came to ask if we wanted a drink we had to go to the bar. They could have made a fortune out of us!! The views were incredible. Location was great as right next to subway and 10 mins to central Barcelona. I didn’t by anyway hate it just wouldn’t go back.

All staff were amazing, really welcoming & helpful. The beds were very comfortable, pillows especially - however queen size beds are not practical for sharing, should have been a king / super king. Room was booked for 3 people but they only left 2 of the cups & saucer and only two glass wear for water / wine etc. The rooms definitely aren’t sound proof, could hear the hoovering above us, people in the corridor & also the construction work across the road. We had to ask for more milk & coffee as this wasn’t replenished. Overall I would recommend the hotel but just some things to be aware of.

The staff here is amazing. Super helpful. Loved that my room was ready when I arrived early. My room was cleaned in a timely manner each day and the bed was perfect, especially after a long flight from the US. The only downside was I found a lot of long red hair in my bath towels and floor on day 1. I didn’t like that. I was solo so I used the other towels that did not have hair. This Nobu is older (or at least my room had signs of that). The rooftop view is spectacular. Love the proximity to the metro and train station. I would stay again but maybe upgrade the room. The area felt safe to me to walk alone at night (and I did at 1a/2a).

The rooms were beautiful, especially the corner suite with panoramic views, the beds, pillows, or the highlight of the stay as they were amazing to sleep in stand-up shower was beautiful with Glass views of the city not much activity around the hotel. You must take the L3 or L5 line to the major parts of the city, including La Born and Gothic area where all the fun restaurant shopping top bars are, but it's about a 20 minute subway right to those areas. try to get down to the beach area, especially along the walk where the beaches are towards the W hotel.

Good location near placa catalunya, transit metro and 3km or less walk to Gothic quarter and La Boqueria. All staff were exrra friendly and helpful. The hosuekeeping staff werer truly great. The view from the rooftop patio is divine.bravo.will come and stay again.

The hotel itself is great - good staff and service and very clean. The down points are the area, pool/ roof top and the cost of drinks.
I have stayed in some lovely hotels but it’s really an odd choice for the nobu to be in this area of such a vibrant city like Barcelona. There’s nothing close by but a large supermarket, a bus station, a few cafes and a huge building site. Every time we left the property it was an uber or 30 minute walk to the main areas of the city.
The roof and pool are tiny for the size of hotel and as this was the main reason we picked the hotel, 6 beds and a few chairs was a big disappointment.
I understand that drinks are always more in hotels but in a country where good wine is plentiful and cheap, €14 for a tiny glass of rose in a plastic glass is crazy and more than soho house etc.
It’s worth looking at alternatives in the same price range but in better areas which is what we’ll do next time

Everything great, but wrong information provided regarding luggage - due to which we had to pay for luggage €80 at the station and missed our train booking that we paid €220 .
Close to train station but The hotel location is not ideal for tourists, bug the rooftop bar and views are amazing.

Rooms are very large. Bed is very comfortable.
The view from the restaurant on the 23rd floor is fantastic.
The rooftop pool & bar is highest in Barcelona & 2nd highest in Spain. You can eat there as well.

This property embodies signature elements of the Nobu brand, comfortable King size beds with soft robes, large towels, rain shower, subtle lighting and amazing views from the restaurant and rooftop terrace. Staff at reception were very attentive and the guest services staff helped make arrangements for padel and storing our luggage. There were many cruise ship guests arriving/departing during our stay but the hotel staff keep the flow of people moving smoothly. Also the hotel is right across from the Barcelo Sants train station and three Metro station entrances, a plus for easily getting around the city!
