Staff were very courteous on arrival and were upgraded to a superior room . Location was excellent for our needs. Marc was excellent and friendly and named a few restaurants for us to try. Would definitely stay here if we were in Barcelona again. Highly recommend.

Clean, quiet and comfortable rooms! The staff was great too.

The location is very centrally located too if you use the metro system (super easy to use- just route via Google maps and buy a 12€ 10-use ticket at the kiosk machine at metro entrances).

A huge amount of restaurants in the area as well. Check out Cups & Coffee, or Honest Greens. Mercadona and Condos stores are nearby too.

Would definitely stay here again when I come back

We only had contact with a person in the front desk. She was very cordial and made us feel welcomed. The process is a different story simply because city requirements to fill a form with personal information. The checkout was quick and easy. The room was clean, convenient and well stocked. The location was convenient (we only planned to stay a quick night). I highly recommend it and will likely stay there again when we return to Barcelona.

Great Hotel, I highly recommend! The rooms were clean and as pictured. The staff was extremely and constantly nice and helpful.
Also really enjoyed the neighborhood, it was safe and close to everything. Not too crowded as well.

I stayed in NH hotel for 6 nights. The room is clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable. There is no electric kettle in the room. However, the front desk arranged an electric kettle immediately after I made the request. The service is good. I would stay in NH hotel again.

This hotel was great for value. Location is just out of the city center and right by the metro. Every room has a balcony. staff was super friendly and lovely. Only thing is you can hear the room you’re adjacent too. So if that will really bother you but it was fine. I’d recommend.

24/7 front desk is very nice! The staff is professional too. When we have issue with the card for locking the door, the staff offered to go upstairs and check it with us.
Good customer service! Love the luggage storage as we had late flight, we just kept the luggage in the front desk and went back to take it, all went very smooth.

Let me start by saying the staff was wonderful! They were very nice and helpful. The property was pretty clean and all requests were dealt with in a timely manner. It is in a great area with many local restaurants that provide great food and reasonable prices since it is not in a tourist area. Bus and Metro station were within walking distance. The downfalls of the property were that Expedia showed they had laundry facilities. That is untrue. There is a Laundromat around the corner. However, if you wish to use the laundry service the hotel provides, it is ridiculously expensive (over 4 euros just for 1 pair of underwear). This can quickly add up to more than what you pay for the room itself. Not to mention your clothes will be sent off site and it could take a few days to get them back. The shower stall is tiny making it very hard to shower. If you are a woman, it is nearly impossible to shave. The linens were of very poor quality, bedding and towels both. I would stay there again while in Barcelona due to the fact that the staff was incredible and the location is perfect if you want a safe way to see the real culture of Spain.

I really liked staying here. I was on the top floor, room 801, with a full corner terrace. Stunning views of the city, and mountains. The area has many great shops, bars, and restaurants. Estación Sants is just a 10 minute walk and Barca Camp Nou stadium only 25 minutes walk. Nearest metro is Les Corts.

Disappointing hotel.

I would like to give this hotel a better rating but I find I cannot, the staff were very helpful, the restaurant was nice with good for and not to badly priced, the restaurant staff were excellent. Now to the rooms, clean and well appointed with excellent beds, but there it goes downhill simply because of the lack of sound proofing in the rooms, I could hear next door yawning and that is not good, the one other thing that is disappointing is the wifi , in this day and age to have low speed is not acceptable, especially as they do have high speed in the premise, but that comes at an extra charge.

The hotel and the rooms were VERY basic. I have stayed in many NH hotels before in Barcelona and Madrid and expected more for the price. The breakfast was sparse despite being $20 each, there was no fitness facility, and there was a terrible smell every time we passed by the reception. The reception staff was OK, not overly warm and the gentleman who managed breakfast was downright grumpy. We stayed here because it was a convenient location and that’s truly all we got out of it. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The breakfast experience was very poor...The hot items were cold, Limited food options. Uncomfortable set up and limited space. Inferior to other NH hotels. No ice available to take to the room. The guest
room and bathroom were large, and very clean. Wifi and TV were OK. No luggage ramp at the hotel entrance.

Breakfast was wonderful. The staff on point, the place very clean. The only complaint, there were no washcloths but maybe that is a Barcelona thing. We loved the place, highly recommend, a little out of the way, but safe, bit we felt Barcelona was an over all safe environment.

I suffered whole night and was sweating. It takes at least 30 minutes for the air conditioning to start in the room. Room phone was also not working. I complained to the manager on duty. He offered smaller room with single bed but the condition of Aircondition was the same, pathetic. Finally the manager asked me to take up with the management.

Good hotel, with modern styled bedrooms of good size. Bathroom very nice too, and rather spacious. USB charging ports available at each bedside table: very handy! Friendly hotel staff; cleaning every day. In the erea around the hotel there's plenty of places to eat and drink (hint: try Hidden Café!), some small convinient-stores (some open on sunday) and within about 7 mins walking-distance also shoppingmall L'Illa. Metro isn't all that far away too (easily walkable)

Room was spacious enough and the balcony was a nice surprise.
Some building work could be heard in the morning, but as I was leaving the hotel before 10am it wasn’t too bad.
I would stay here again.

Was quite impressed with this hotel. Not in the middle of the city, but still in a pretty good area near many small restaurants and a large shopping center (L'Illa). Hotel itself seems to have modernized its rooms - I was quite impressed with my room with its modern clean bathroom (with stand-up shower). Hotel restaurant open to guests for breakfast, and open to the public for lunch and dinner (can't personally attest to restaurant except for breakfast, which was buffet style with good selection of fruit, meats, cheeses, bread, cereal, and scrambled eggs.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a very good hotel at a decent price.

This is a real hidden gem of a hotel, I'll be honest I wasn't expecting much from the reviews online and the pictures however when I checked in I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel and room itself was absolutely spotless and the rooms are spacious, with your usual facilities. My only feedback is possibly provide a kettle and tea services in the room. The staff are so friendly particularly the lady at reception who worked the evening shift until 11pm, she was lovely and always made the effort to say hi and ask about our activities every time we went past. Great bus and metro networks around the hotel. Lots of yummy cafes and restaurants nearby too! Overall a fantastic hotel with great staff, this was my first stay at a NH hotel and I'm happy to say I will be back.

Decent Hotel - Worth for the money paid

Hotel is situated in a quite locality not far from the happening place Place de Espanol. We could take a straight bus from the hotel to that place. The nearest metro station is around 8 to 10 mins walk. Hotel room, ambience and breakfast was good. There is big shopping center and supermarket if you walk approx 200 meters and also to take the Hop On and Hop off bus it is the same distance.

Very nice hotel and location

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and enjoyed my stay. The location is very nice-close to metro and shopping. I asked for and was given a quiet room with a balcony. The air conditioning was working well so it was pleasantly cool in my room.
The bathroom was quite small and there was no fridge to store groceries, just a cooler for the minibar items so that was a minus. Other than that it was nice to stay there.

Not luxury, but it was a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced hotel that provided everything I needed. Staff all spoke English, and very helpful.

It is not very central, located as it is in a relatively quiet neighbourhood not far from the Camp Nou, but it was less than ten minutes walk from Les Corts metro station and there were also buses that went from the nearby L'Illa Diagonal shopping mall.

All in all a very good stay.

The breakfast is outrageously expensive. Walked a few blocks and ate in another four-star hotel hot buffet breakfast. Rooms are small. Service is excellent. Shower door or glass curtain not covering enough: water all over the floor of the bathroom. A free bottle of water.

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to Sants and 8 minutes walk to Les Corts stataion. Love the neighborhood - a lot of local restaurant and supermarkets. Room is good size and there is a balcony outside of the bedroom.

Room is a bit outdated and our shower glass (the glass uses as a shower curtain to block the water) was leaking, our bathroom floor was flooded every time after shower. The bathtub is really small and they somehow install the shower head in the middle of the bathtub wall makes the space even tinier.

The bed is the type that have wheels on the bottom. It rolls when you lead against the wall, even when the wheels are locked. Mattress is okay, not the very comfortable type.

Overall, checkin and checkout was quick. The receptionist speaks good English, and i think it's fair for the amount they charged.

Great location & Friendly/Helpful Staff

Very good location with a metro a few minutes walk away. The Barcelona tour bus also stops around 10 minutes from the hotel, so this was idea for us tourists! Lots of local restaurants a short walk away was also a bonus.
The room was very clean and a generous size. We requested a room as high as possible and was pleased to find we were on the 7th (of 8) floors. The reception staff were very friendly and I can't fault them at all. Giving great advice from which type of metro ticket to purchase & pointing us in the right direction of the local restaurants.
The only negative was the noise from the people in the room above (you could hear everything!) and the beds - Our 'double' was actually two singles simply pushed together & they were mounted on wheels, so when sat up in bed reading, the beds would roll away from the wall.
Well stocked mini bar, with good tea and coffee making facilities (Nespresso coffee machine was a nice surprise).
Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Gave me the smallest room in the hotel, which has a section taken by the cleaning supply room. Should be the X11 room on each floor. The bed was so close to the desk that I can't even get the chair to come out of the the desk without wiggling it around. Make sure they don't assign you that type of room. .
