Dislike: wasn't clear about the refreshments in the mini fridge in the room were complimentary or chargeable. Shower head holder was worn so would not stay in position

The car park is underground at the rear of the hotel accessed via a one way street.
The room is very smartly presented.

The hotel is very average. No hot meals during breakfast. No scrambled eggs. There are some benefits though. Very reachable from Barca. The hotel is equipped with good air conditioning, and it has underground parking which is suitable for higher vehicles (2.3 meters). Rooms are clean and the bath is convenient

The staff were not helpful or welcoming. Upon arrival they spoke to me through the glass doors and didn't open them to discuss my booking until I had confirmed my details. The rooms are very small, there is no bath mat and the floors are tiles so very slippy after a bath. Breakfast was basically cakes, all hot food was finished despite the buffet being on for a further hour. The second day there was no working coffee machine, no breakfast and barely any bread with very limited selection of spreads. I complained to reception who advised the Chinese guests had eaten it all. The coffee machine didn't work on the second day either and the juice supplied didn't taste nice. On my last night I reported my air conditioning wasn't working, the reply was simply they couldn't do anything about it. Upon check out I was asked if everything was ok with my room, again I advised the issues and the member of staff just stared at me, this continued for a very uncomfortable few minutes when I realized he had no good intentions and had no reply unless I said it was fine. Very disappointed. I would not return.

Really lovely staff and service, only reason why it doesn't get 100 is we chose the place for parking, not realising parking was 12 euro a day. Also WiFi was not great.
Buuut it was clean and the staff were kind and helpful, as well as fluent in English, so overall a good experience 😊

From previous reviews, i thought the hotel seemed ok. cheap and cheerful and not too far away from Barcalona ciry centre. wrong....
Our room was adequate but could of used a proper clean... probably just surfaced cleaned.
The \"restaurant\" was an absolute joke. the \"buffet\" had about 3 things in it and there was a snack menu. my boyfriend and i decided to try the snack menu this evening and asked for pizzas. my boyfriend had asked if he could have his pizza with no onions to which he was told no as the pizzas were premade so nothing could come off....they were obviously frozen. The hotel also had a cute little bar attached outside but there was absolutely no atmosphere because it was dead!, we decided just to go to bed instead.
From what the hotels website said, barcalona was a short distance on the train...10-15 minutes.... wrong. try 45 minutes on a quiet day.
The hotel staff were less than welcoming and the atmosphere has a whole made me very uncomfortable.

I will absolutely return to barcalona but absolutely not to this hotel.

Really good hotel, gave us 2 singles instead of a double bed which was odd for a married couple, they tried to see what they could do but to no avail. Don't let this put you off they were brilliant during the stay and I am sure a phone call a few weeks before your visit should remedy this.

Nice hotel! Only downfall is the location.

The hotel was lovely! Situated in Martorell, a cute little town where the locals are friendly! Supermarkets close to the hotel which is always a plus! Only downfall is the journey to a from Martorell to Catulyna but either way excellent hotel!

A bit far from Barcelona, but nice hotel

Our first night, the room wreaked of cigarettes. We complained to the staff but since they were fully booked, they couldn’t change our reservation until the next day. Our new room was MUCH better and the hotel staff were amazing and understanding of our complaints about the first room. The hotel is in Martorell, which looks closer to Barcelona than it actually is, but the train that takes you straight to the centre core is a 5 minute walk. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly and helpful staff.

Martorell is not tourist friendly whatsoever. Made to feel really unwell come by the local restaurants, even placed in a passageway one evening for dinner. Hotel was fine but the town is not recommended.

Hotel was excellent food in hotel ok but not a lot of choices of food place around the hotel . But a different story in Barcelona ,so we had are meal in Barcelona then come back to the hotel later . Room was excellent with a fridge with drinks in at a cost of €1:20 has a hairdryer and if you need a iron just phone down and they will lented you one at no cost .

Far to City but Closer as well due to transport

The hotel is far to the city but the train is available most of the time and is direct to the city. In my own opinion, they are not expensive as well. The hotel is clean and spotless and the staff is excellent ready to help and communication is good in English. Will at any time recommend it to anybody especially people with children.

The hotel and personnel were great. The only problem was that I thought I was getting a hotel close to the Barcalona Sans train station. It is near a train station, but one that takes you to Barcelona Sans. It cost a lot of money to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. If you are in that part of Barcelona it is a nice place to stay!

Room 113(room only basis) - spacious, quiet room. Beautiful bathroom with large bath, toiletries, hairdryer and soft towels. Fridge in room but no safe. Bed comfortable and air-con OK too. Upon check in the menu of the day was shown to us and at 11 euro each (inc drink) looked great but wanted to see the neighbourhood and ate instead at a nearby Pizzzeria Cerveseria Der Eben restaurant/bar. Check in/out quick and easy. Underground parking very tight unless you have a small car and limited spaces (although nearby roadside parking looked possible). Aldi supermarket and petrol station nearby. Great value for money hotel and would definitely stay again and recommend.

Amazing hotel

We stayed here for the Spanish F1 race. I can't say one bad thing about this hotel it is amazing the value for money everything. There was a young gentman behide the desk who was very helpful with us we asked him how to get to the F1 race track he printed out a map, train times there and back and the F1 race track it was so helpful having someone who understood us as well. The train station was only 2 minutes away from the hotel where we got to the race and we got the train from the airport. The rooms was spotless always clean and tidy.

A business hotel out of Barcelona near the A2 motorway, amazing value, surprising facilities for the

Unassuming fom the street but nice rooms, parking for an additional charge (handy under the building through a back gate via a couple of side streets), this hotel offered complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar, free wifi in the lobby & English speaking reception staff.
As we were there only one night on our drive to Madrid from Barcelona it was a good place to overnight & amazingly cheap for the standard.

Small hotel, hard to find even with GPS. Service not very friendly. I must say that it was clean and the food in the restaurant was good.
The hotel was located near the customer I was visiting and that is why I chose it. Next time I'll look for a better option even if I need to drive a few more minutes.

Le détecteur de fumée dans la chambre émet une lumiére pendnat la nuit, ce qui empêche de dormir comme il faut

Das Zimmer war geräumig und ruhig aber es hat doch an der Ausstattung gefehlt, es war noch nicht mal ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer und im Kühlschrank war Schimmel.
Alles in allem ist das Hotel in Ordnung wenn man nur ein oder zwei Nächte da bleibt. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr klein und es kann sein das man keinen Parkplatz bekommt

Agréablement surprise de cet hôtel. Un peu loin du centre ville de barcelone. Mais, c'est pas trop un problème, car le quatier est bien annimé et il y a tout ce qu'il faut aux alentours. You get what you pay for

Rooms are OK, and the shower has the best pressure I've yet to experience in Spain. The a/c is not very effective though.
Beds are comfortable, but pillows a bit empty.
Hotel restaurant ok, but not too impressive. Rather inexperienced staff.
Hotel parking expensive (€15) but parking in the street is free.
Breakfast at €14/ person. We had breakfast (coffee & sandwich) 2 blocks away for €14 for 4 persons.

Nos hospedamos de jueves a domingo coincidiendo con el Gran Premio de Formula 1 en Montmelo. El hotel cumple con las expectativas. El aire acondicionado de la habitacion apenas enfriaba, por lo que en verano, puede ser un problema, ya que abriendo la ventana no corre aire. Las plazas de garaje son anchas y profundas, en ese aspecto bastante bien.
