El personal fue increíblemente amable, profesional y simpático. La habitación siempre estaba limpia. Tuve la mejor experiencia en Badalona, España. Me encantó que hablaran español, que es mi idioma principal. Me impresionó mucho la cantidad de idiomas que hablaban.
The staff was incredibly nice and professional and friendly. The room was always cleaned. I had the best experience in Badalona, Spain. I loved that they spoke Spanish which is my main language that I speak. I was very impressed by how many languages they spoke.

I liked the area the hotel is in, quite a chill place compared to barcelona, short walk to the beach and food, next to convenient stores and a pharmacy. Hotel was beautiful and it was to be honest exactly what the photos looked like. Only downside was that the jacuzzi bath wasn’t working. 👍🍻

I really like the hotel and the staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious, luminous and clean I made 3 different reservations in a period of 19 days because I was traveling around. The VIP access the first time was amazing with the best room upgrade with jacuzzi and a Nespresso coffee machine. The other two reservations were in a regular room but with a king bed, in a higher level and they offered water an a late check in.
I travel every year so I will always go back there.

The welcome was \"cold,\" staff unprofessional, no information about the hotel and the surroundings. For me, the hotel should be renovated, because when entering the hotel the smell of the interior is stale, it is stuffy, smells of mold.The The chairs in the lobby are old, not clean.It is very dark.
In my room the window pane is cracked, the shower door is broken...Overall the whole stay was nice.Thank you.

In retrospect i wish we had stayed directly in the city of Barcelona. Badelona doesnt really have much to offer. Hotel waa nice but we arrived at 10a after an overnight flight and room wasn't ready. Not what you want after flying all night

The property is located in a safe and walkable area close to badalona beaches and close to transportation to go to Barcelona and Costa Brava. The property was renovated and the room was modern nice and clean.
The VIP ACCÉS was poor. They gave me a room upgrade apparently but only one big water bottle for the 5 days we stayed and the late check out only until 2 pm.

We spent the weekend at Badalona Tower and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was spotless in the lobby and the rooms. The staff were always really friendly and helpful. The room was lovely it just had an unusual layout that we hadn't seen before. You walk in with the shower and toilet straight in front of you and a glass wall separating that from the bed area. The toilet and shower both have privacy glass only which was fine but is maybe not as private as we are usually used to. The bed was comfortable, the curtains made the room dark so I slept well and the hotel was quiet. Breakfast was amazing. Fruit, eggs, cured meats, croissants and breads, yoghurt and lots of choice of drinks. Overall we were very pleased and would stay again.

Reasonable connections with Barcelona with public transport. Expensive parking in hotel and in surrounding. Conditioner did not work. In the evening we have tried hotel restaurant and I got the worst fish ever (like a rubber), but pork was very tasty

The staff was very friendly, especially the people working at the restaurant . I would like to suggest upon check in the staff ask a few questions to foreigners . This being my first trip to Badalona, in fact Spain. knowing a few little things would have been helpful, such as info on siesta time or being given a map of the area (which I saw was available when we checked out). Also, when we arrived and entered the hotel lobby instead of being greeted by staff We were greeted by a gentleman that stated he was taking a tourist survey. I found this odd and after a long flight did not wish to entertain any questions. He did not seem affiliated with the hotel which was concerning. The reason I booked a hotel instead of an AirBnB was for some sense of security. Otherwise, the cleaning staff was great, room service was extremely reasonable. My time there was fine.

The hotel room was very nice. The housekeeping was great. The staff is another issue! I found their behavior rather rude and arrogant. If you book here the metro is a far. If you have a car rental this may be the place for you.

The hotel is in a good location, with easy access on and off the main motorway. There is a Mercadona supermarket practically next door. Parking is difficult in the area. There is an underground car park at the hotel but it comes with a charge of over 17 euros per night. I enjoyed staying in this area. Loved the little town and beach.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel but it is on the outskirts of town with no restaurants close. The restaurant is pretty drab but the food tasty. It was perfect for my stay as I had cleared the worse of the Barcelona traffic on my way to France. Great for transit but not so good for site seeing.

This was our second stay in 6 weeks, very pleasant. It was nice to be remembered by members of staff when we arrived. All staff are extremely helpful and polite.

Very comfy bed, room lovely to good standard, we had the Barcelona view on the 12th floor.

There is a nice sun terrace on the 14th floor however it wasn't always open despite being told it was open from 10 am and 8 pm. On our final day (we checked out at 12 but flight not til 10 pm we had wanted to sit up there in the day) I told the receptionist that the terrace was not open, she replied that it would be opened when we needed it and to ask. This terrace is beautiful with spectacular views over Badalona and Barcelona city nearby.

There is a train station on the beachfront about 15 minutes walk from hotel and Metro station 10 minutes walk away, useful and cheap way to travel to city about 20 minutes ride.

We will return, thank you.

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Spotlessly clean. Only one criticism, the bathroom was divided from the bedroom by a glass partition (which has a curtain that can be drawn) and the toilet and shower had frosted glass doors. Unfortunately, they do nothing to muffle noise so although you can't see your partner on the loo you can hear everything. Not very private. Other than that it was fantastic. They do have a restaurant, which we did not use so cannot comment but there are plenty of bars and restaurants round about. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the metro station which is the last station on the purple line and it's literally out of the station, cross the road, up the street in front of you and turn left at the lights,up that street and the hotel is at the top of that street on the right.

This hotel is situated near the main highway, nicely located for local shops. It's a good 10 minute walk to either the Metro, in the town or the main trainline on the beach, It's Barcelona without the tourists. Pity that the hotel does not have tea and coffee in the room, we bought a travel kettle, really, coffee and cups cheaply nearby this helped greatly. Dined in the hotel restaurant once, very nice but as only 1 waiter on duty service a bit slow. Xavier on reception was marvellous as were all other hotel staff. Room cleaned every day to very high standard. We loved this hotel!

We stayed for 5 nights, the hotel itself was fantastic, I can't comment on the breakfast as we never had it during our stay. A lovely roof top lounge area, only a bar and swimming pool could have made it better.
The downside is it's at the top of a hill, the old legs were tested in the heat on the way back from the beach, but it's definitely walkable as is the local subway into Barcelona which is about 25mins away on a regular line.
Shops and bars and restaurants a plenty, and it's a quiet relaxed town, don't be expecting any raves.

I was very disappointed with attitude of some of the staff with breakfast always trying to rush people out before they had finished
Changing the time of the breakfast without telling people that it had changed
Throwing people out after I was a paid customer but a guy came in later than us and because he was paying there and then different story he was brought food and allowed to stay

The final straw was trying to have a room later but prepared to bay for extra hours in the room they said rooms fully booked which there were not
I asked if I could then get a shower in the gym that is not used a lot which the answer was no has you will not then be staying at the hotel
How poor is that attitude and management skills
I do a lot of traveling and this doesn't help your company to sell holidays and I will make sure our club does not use this hotel again

Hotel place is just 10 minutes walk to center then to the amazing sea shore!!! Love the area & Hotel is fine if you do not have big expectation with staying all day in room as it is small for a family.

If you are using car, this hotel has a great location with an immediate access to highway for going to the city. Public transportation however is not convenient. Note that you need to pay extra for parking (18 Euro per night). Overal it is a good hotel. Make sure you walk around the hotel and visit the local restaurant and beach.

Nice hotel, but you are on your own!

The room was okay. There is no staff to help with your luggage as you arrive or depart. But the most bothersome thing was the slow speed of the internet. If you are a businessman that needs to use the internet to answer email at all times prepare for some super slow internet connection.

Far from the Metro station (15 min walk) and Barcelona (50 min travel by Metro). Room amenities were poor (no lotion, no shampoo/conditioner). They have two single beds that takes up all the space in the room. No bath tub.

Friendly service, complimentary breakfast was fabulous, rooms clean and beautiful. They are small, but that is to be expected for a European country. It's a 20 min train ride to Barcelona and easy to navigate. If you don't like to stay directly in the city, then this is the place to be.

In my view this motel is not suitable for family. You will receive several kind of unexpected fee in this hotel. The breakfast was in very poor quality and always same. Location is not safe for children. The facility was in poor condition and you feeling unsafe in this hotel.At the night you heard toilet flush a lot and you feel some one speaking with you!
The hotel staff was confused and also they are unprofessional. You should walk 20 minutes to the public transport and the price of travel with public transport is higher than taxis for a small group. The taxis did not provide services to family with children as they claimed you should have babies car seat! So it's better you book a hotel near city centre or beach.
I am very sad and I never book a room in this hotel. :( I west my time & money:(

With four stars I would expect a swimming pool at the very least. The hotel is business / conference orientated and not entirely suited to those staying longer than 1 or 2 nights mainly due to the lack of storage and its proximity to public services. The nearest Metro station, for example, is a 20 minute walk and main facilities of Badalona 30 minutes. However, Badalona itself is still well positioned to enjoy the benefits of Barcelona. The service in the hotel restaurant is of excellent standard as is the food. Please note these are my personal opinions, you may not necessarily agree.
