Staff were not so helpful. Didn't allow early check in or late check out even by a few minutes. They make you come downstairs every time to get card for the gym/sauna for no reason.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. It is a unique property with interesting original artwork and such. I enjoyed the daily breakfast - it isn’t included but it is well worth the price. The hotel is in a sort of transition area between residential and commercial - there is a large shopping mall a couple blocks away and plenty of interesting restaurants nearby. I would stay here again.

From the start Marina at reception was amazing, such positive energy and so professional. Really helped us feel welcome and supported during our stay.
Amman at reception was equally as helpful and very kind with our requests and tried to accommodate us.
At the rooftop bar/lounge Leo was awesome with so much energy and so fun. He makes amazing Mojitos and was very welcoming and hospitable.
Overall the rooms were comfortable, clean, no sign of aging and the staff were spectacular.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The welcome note for my family and me was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options, including healthy choices. On our first morning, the staff even gave my little one some painting materials during breakfast, which was a lovely gesture.

The hotel was just okay—nothing special, but not terrible either. The rooms were clean but uninspired, and the overall atmosphere felt a bit lackluster. The biggest issue was the bar, which seemed to flood constantly, making it almost unusable and leaving a damp, musty smell in the air. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t seem particularly concerned about it or much else, often acting indifferent and, at times, even mildly rude when asked for assistance. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to book here again.

I picked Hotel Vincci Bit as it was close to the CCIB for my company’s conference. I felt very safe in this area of town, there’s plenty of dining in the area, even for those who eat earlier than the Spaniards :) - the room was very clean, and the staff super kind and accommodating. Would recommend!

When I booked the hotel, I mentioned in my booking notes that I require a quiet room because of previous sleep disturbance. When I arrived at the hotel, the room was on the 1st floor facing the main street with cars passing by and had to request a room change. When they changed the room, the second room was all dusty (I could scoop the dust with my finger on the table and window pane) that I had to grab one of the house keepers to vacuum the floor (it did not solve the problem). They also charge for the room water which is absurd, and they don't allow for the sparkling water bottle I ordered downstairs in the lobby to bring it back up to the room). The App was also not working, and it took them multiple phone calls to deliver a single pillow. Horrible customer service, bad system, also wifi had an issue, the bed was uncomfortable, nothing was quite right. I stayed at Vincci Maritimo before and had a good experience, so I was very surprised how poor this hotel is. Breakfast was also bad. Nothing really good here. I would recommend choosing other hotels if for the same price range.

Located just a short walk away from the beach, this property is very lovely. The facilities are clean, the furniture is really cute, the beds are comfy, the pool and terrace are so nice but the best part was the staff!! We were welcomed with smile and even got phone call once we were in our room to see if everything was great. I would stay here again and again!

The way it looks was really interesting for me . Cool vibe and look . I didn't like that some people don't tray you good and they give us water , juices and beer in the fridge but is not free . They charged us at the check out even the water !!! There was no list of the prices like one of the girls that didn't tray us well said at the check out . They could let you know that even the water you have to pay . That was my only concern.

The property is close to the beach and a big mall so it was very convenient for shopping or walking around. The nearest train station is about a 10-15 minute walk away so it wasn't hard to get to the center. The hotel itself is quite modern and nicely decorated. They have fresh fruit-infused water every day at reception which is a nice touch. The room we got was a wheelchair accessible one so there was extra room. Some of the flooring was damaged but the rest of the room was in good condition. The bathroom was a little dark so an LED mirror would have been nice. The breakfast buffet was great! lots of variety and they even had sparkling wine to make your own mimosas. It was my partner's birthday one of the days of our stay, and one of the staff member, Steffy, arranged to have a dessert brought to our table and have happy birthday sung to him. It was a very sweet gesture. The rest of the staff was very friendly as well.

It was a joke staying here, the staff has no communication with each other, when I was checking out, the lady insisted that I have to pay breakfast that I didn't eat, it was so funny, and then she charged me the water which we didn't drink either, in fact we returned the water to them the moment we found out those are not for free, but the lady insisted that we have to pay, and then she was asking me to pay the city tax, which I was OK with that, but she requested me to pay twice as she claimed that we have 2 people, I was OK with that again, problem is that my wife didn't use the room the first day, but they charged the city tax twice anyway, it was like 5 euros, not a big thing. but their attitude was just horrible.
