Rooms were clean and modern, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We could walk to the beach and the stop for the hop on tour bus was just round the corner. Within an easy walk a good choice of restaurants. Supermarket was just next door.

The pool when we were there was not what you see in the pics. Also, upon arrival they take a 100€ deposit which supposedly is returned at the end of no damage. We did zero damage, wry clean and no refund. Kind of shady

Close to shopping and the beach. Lots of food options around so we were fine not getting the breakfast from hotel. A bit far to the main attractions with taxi fare around 20e to each destination (park guell, and La Rambla). We didn't take public transportation but it may be close to subway.

Offer promise but failed to deliver

We was given a room that has an adjoining door to the room next door, you could hear every word of the guests in the room next to us,
It was like they were in the same room, went to reception who acknowledged this issue (must be common) and they moved us to a room across the hall.
Next morning at 7.55am, workman started renovations in the room next to ours, they were ripping out the bathroom, the noise was horrific and the walls were shaking.
We were going out early that day, but still no consideration for there clients.
Aside from that reception team frosty but hotel is ok as long as you don’t get an adjoining room or one next to builders works !!! There are better hotels nearby for the same cost.

Amazing 3 day stay

Our stay was amazing, staff were friendly and services was top notch

Slight issue with internet but was resolved in the end

Clean rooms, quiet and safe neighbourhood, great food, 5 mins walk to the metro which was very convenient, roof top to relax in the evenings and a pool, lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel. Amenities were in great condition

I will definitely recommend.

The hotel overall is good, and the staff are warm and attentive. However, one thing must be pointed out: in Room 509, the bed near the wardrobe appeared to have unchanged sheets, with black lint and an unpleasant odor. When we lifted the sheets, there was a large, dried yellow stain left by a previous guest. The hotel management should review its cleanliness standards.

Stayed at this location for 8 days, overall it was okay. Room was cleaned almost every day. No laundry on site, don't expect it even if advertised. Reception desk, the best person was Ana- the others were not as friendly. don't call for room service. They get upset. Breakfast was okay. The views were not as advertised. the pool does not have a bar upstairs, very small. what you see in pictures looks bigger than what it is. It was close to the Metro, about 5-10 min walk, used it every day to get breakfast/lunch and dinner. It is close to the beach, about 10-15 min walk. If i were to travel again to Barcelona, just Book in the city.

A couple of things were disappointing
First main one was the shower. Was not very powerful at all.
Toilet flush kept flushing you had to go back and wobble the top to stop the filling.
We choose this hotel in price but wished we had chosen a hotel more central to Barcelona as we were a bit too far out for a short break to sight see Barcelona.

A really nice hotel - rooms have hardwood floors which is nice instead of standard dirty carpet. Staff is very friendly and a great location to the mall and beach. Didn’t opt in for the breakfast since a dozen local places are around the corner. We will visit this hotel again!

I had a great stay. Neighborhood is maybe not the most popular area but it is near a beach which is lovely wish i could have spent more time on the beach. The hotel is located somewhat far from the city centre but has metro station like maybe 5 min walk and it is only like one switch over to get to gothic quarter. So maybe like 20 min? I found it very convenient. The hotel itself was great. I made my own meals and breakfasts in my room with groceries from the store which was next door.

The breakfast was fantastic! The service is excellent. The room was quite large. Wished they provided more towels. Slight confusion at checkin…the website said the room was a king bed or two twins. I expected a king but got a room with two twins pushed together but made up separately. They were sold out day one so couldn’t move us. On day 2 they moved us to a queen room but it was not a premium room and I was not given a price adjustment. Other than that, the hotel was very good.

The proximity to Mar Bella beach and the daily breakfast made the nightly rates so worth it. The roof level pool is more of an afterthought but seriously why would patrons need a pool when the beach is a few blocks away ;)

We stayed at hotel Attica for 6 days. Staff was polite and breakfast buffet was excellent. The main downside was the room was not cleaned and was only cleaned when we complained. However, I wouldn’t stay here again as cleanliness is always my first priority. In addition, to that we ordered a margarita pizza in the room and it was one of the worst pizza’s I’ve ever had. Furthermore, the air-conditioning in one of our rooms was not working as well as the kids room and we struggled to keep the room at a stable cool temperature and I guess due to that we had a few mosquito bites. With the price we paid for this hotel I expected better standards.

The property images are very misleading, the rooms are not finished to a quality standard considering the fact this is a 4 star hotel and the location is very far out of the central parts of Barcelona - it costs 20.00 euros to get a taxi into Las Ramblas.

This hotel attempted to cancel one of my rooms the day before we arrived however due to Hotels.com security they where unable to. On arrival i was moved with my friend to a neighbor hotel. We were made walk with our luggage to a terrible hotel with none of the amenities our booking had. My room was a dusty stuffy closet. The women who moved us never even apologized. this behavior is totally unacceptable if they double book then an equal property should be provided.

The property was clean, the breakfast was lovely. I especially enjoyed the Nespresso machine. What I didn't enjoy was the interconnecting doors to our room. Our neighbors were very noisy and kept us up half the night. When we asked reception to move to a non-interconnecting room they couldn't offer any help whatsoever.

The hotel is approximately 10 mins stroll from the beach with a few bars and restaurants all within a short walk. The rooms are clean and have everything you'd need with a queen sized bed. Staff are friendly and helpful and all areas of the hotel were very clean. The pool on the roof is small but more than adequate with a small poolside bar. This is our 2nd stay 😊

Fantastic stay!!

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at this hotel! The location is out of the City Centre but it's a nice 30 minute walk along the sea front so not an issue (alternatively there's a metro station nearby which gets you into the city in 10 mins). The room was nice enough with a view over a park at the rear of the hotel and the bathroom was equipped with hairdryer and toiletries and had a good shower.There's a lovely swimming pool on the roof which we didn't use, mainly down to time as there's so much to see in Barcelona! The local area is quire residential but there's a few nice bars & restaurants nearby - in particular Tras Paso around the corner....don't miss it!!!!
The real stars of this hotel however are the staff - they were all very friendly & helpful. It was my wife's Birthday while we were there and they sent a cake and a bottle of Cava to our room....a lovely touch and very much appreciated!!
In summary, we wouldn't hesitate to stay her again and loved Barcelona so much that it probably won't be too long before we do!

Lovely hotel in a brilliant location. We stayed here as a family and had a brilliant city break. It’s a few minutes walk to the beach and there are lots of restaurants in the nearby mall to choose from as well as some on the surrounding streets. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!!

Clean and tidy but not outstanding. Wi-fi was awful and almost unusable. Looks far better in the pictures. I paid a substantial amount for this hotel because it’s near the conference centre and on reflection it wasn’t worth the money.

The hotel is very nice and close to public transit. It’s just outside the main tourist areas in an industrial area that has transistioned to residential so it’s lacking location but nothing a 5 min subway ride can’t fix. The room was large and so was the bathroom. The rooftop pool is good but they need a little more ambience like some music in the background. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I recommend if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle.

The bed was not made properly. It was sheets only, no comfort/blanket. I had to get the comfort from the closet and use it without top clean sheet. Called room service. Someone did not speak English and just hanged up on me. No tea available in the room (I do not drink coffee).
