I’ve stayed at countless hotels and have never been made to wait until the exact minute of a 3pm check-in. After receiving multiple emails beforehand encouraging online check-in, we arrived at 2pm following a long travel day in pouring rain, only to be met by a rude and unhelpful receptionist.

We were told the rooms were “full” so there was no possibility of cleaning a room early — which makes absolutely no sense. Check-out is at 11am and check-in isn’t until 3pm, so rooms should reasonably be cleaned well before new guests arrive. The hotel was also not busy at all, which made this explanation even harder to believe.

The room itself was just as disappointing. The walls are extremely thin, if you want disrupted sleep, stay here. You can literally hear conversations from the rooms next door. The room was unbearably hot with no way to turn on air conditioning or even a fan. Our only option was to open the window, which meant listening to constant freeway noise all night.

Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay with poor service and basic comfort issues. This hotel is mediocre at best and absolutely not worth the price. We won’t be returning. Stay away.

The hotel was located about 15 miles from the airport and approx. same from the city. Bus routes are very close by that makes transportation very easy. Rooms are of nice size and are cleaned everyday. Diane at the counter gave us lots of tips on how to travel to the city, which beach to go to and which buses-trains to use. That was very helpful. The breakfast was nice with plenty of choice although it is not included in the price. Pay the night before and save Eu 2.00 on the price of breakfast. Overall our experience was nice.

It was a bit hard to find with the expedia address but after that it was fine. Parking will be most likely unavailable on the street, there is a garage available, which is 15€ per day iirc. It was quiet and clean so it was more than acceptable given it takes an hour to commute into the city one way with the transit system.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel due to its cleanliness and spacious rooms. The hotel is conveniently located just 15 minutes by taxi from the airport, making it a great choice for travelers. It's also 45 minutes from the city center by bus 63. One of the highlights of this hotel is its proximity to local restaurants—definitely a must-try! The hotel is excellent. The reception, rooms and breakfast all good. The hotel has multilingual staff, we had to drop luggage before check-in and they have good system to store it. Hotel has web check-in which saves time on arrival. It has plenty of free parking at the site. Highly recommended.

The room (top floor) had a bit of a smell, we had to air out by opening the window while we were out for the day. The hallway also had a similar smell.The room also had some damaged areas on the walls, floors, and ceiling. Disappointed the spa and sauna weren't working while there - looks like it hasn't been used in a while. Transit not the best, only a tram but was a bit of a walk. Bus stops are closeby, but not as frequent. some groceries areas close by, only a few dining spots. Staff was accomodating and nice. Overall the hotel was okay.

We were staying in Barcelona overnight before returning home to Canada and wanted a hotel close to the airport. After spending the day sightseeing in Barcelona we easily took the metro to the hotel. The stop was just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The room was very modern and clean with very nice amenities. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay again and will recommend it to others.

They could do so much better.

Front desk staff could be friendlier, breakfast staff is rude, unfriendly but we noticed this is common in Barcelona. Barcelona is not tourist friendly. The air conditioner was good but the beds are stiff. It has an elevator which is hit and miss in Spain. We would stay again if we needed to.

The hotel is about 45mins away from the city centre if you take public transport. The closest tram is T3 which is 7 mins by walk then you could change metro. The hotel facilities are very basic, the room is very hot if you switch off air conditioning, but if you turn it on, it could be very noisy. A bit disappointed with the breakfast, very basic choices.

The hotel is about 17 minutes driving away from the airport and 20 minutes from the Cruise Terminal.

The hotel has a small but very delicious breakfast
If you don't wanna eat there, they are other options around in the area.

Wonderful hotel Far from public transportation

Nice, clean, quiet hotel. Though quite far from the City attractions as it took more than 1 hour to take Train or Subway to reach Barcelona city sites. Next time I'll chose a hotel closer to a Subway stop or closer to the city.

Good hotel, temp control basic, minibar not Priced

Nice hotel, very warm inside, both good and bad (maybe a more advanced thermostat would be good to control the temp a bit more… as turning the temperature dial down didn’t seem to cool the room as it heated too much, turning the air down and a window refresh helped though), very happy with the complimentary toiletry items for a reasonably priced hotel.
I wasn’t pleased that there was no price list next to the minibar, as I assumed the items could’ve been complimentary also as no pricing was visible anywhere. Please stick a price list somewhere visible in the room near the minibar so guests don’t assume drinks are potentially free, as sometimes they are.
A good value stay considering the freebies and free breakfast, but better temp control and clear minibar pricing would seal the deal for this property.
The location is perfectly fine too, yes it’s not central but public transport is a 5 min walk and convenient for anyone driving, and road noise is tolerable.
Wouldn’t be hesitant to stay again.
