The rooms were clean and tidy, the service was exceptional from the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome.Front desk, wait staff and housekeeping were fantastic. Nothing seemed to be a problem. Very attentive. The buffet breakfast was great too! The hotel is close to everything. The supermarket, pharmacies, shops and eateries are all within walking distance. Home away from home.

I would stay again, but I recommend the pool access rooms. The other rooms with balconies have a weird wooden cage around them. Internally the rooms are modern, bed is comfortable and amenities within are great. The breakfast buffet is as you would hope, I found endless cuisines, well layed out, fresh and easy to access. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and it is in easy walking distance to anything you need, restaurants, cafes, the beach.

Property is old and dated, we had a cabana room which had our own pool. The room smelt and was very small. Thank god we had the outside area. Road construction on footpaths in this area is dangerous to access the property. We left after two days as could not stand being there any longer. Checked into. Hotel on the beach and was much happier. I do not rate this old hotel at all.

We had a loft room booked but the stairs were so steep it was dangerous to go up and down. There was no bathroom upstairs. The description of the room did not match the actual. The walls were paper thin. The was no balcony to speak of and the sliding doors did not close properly.The pool was very small with limited sun beds. It has a 4 star rating but is only 2.5 at best. Very disappointed and we forfeited our accommodation after 1 night and booked another hotel for the remainder of our trip. We feel the hotel has been over rated. The rating you have on this hotel is misleading. It cost us dearly as we were unable to get a refund on the property.

We had a 4 night stay at 101. Room was clean but basic. Breakfast had everything we liked-egg station, good coffee, Indonesian food and bacon(you had to order). The stand out for us was the staff, everyone that worked there were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The pool and lounges were in the shade most of the day so we opted to walk to the beach(10 mins) and use the hotel lounges there instead. Plenty of restaurants/warungs around the hotel-walking distance.

Great place to stay in central Sanur. Restaurant is pleasant, would say buffet at breakfast great, but buffets in evening with cultural dancers is not necessarily the way ahead. A standard a la carte or traditional menu may be more beneficial.

Bar was non existent after dinner or before dinner , more interested in feeding. Think a bar away from restaurant would create a better second focal point and hub for guests. More seats in grand reception area.

Dissapointed with the leaking vanity drain in the bathroom and the terrible drain smell in the room all week. The large gap in the glass sliding door to the swimming pool from the room allowed mosquitoes into the room all the time. Bed was like laying on a plank of wood and was not good if you have a back problem. Our room was on the gang so extremely noisy all day and night. For the money paid for a pool access room this was a very bad and poor room.

Noisy with door slamming and furniture being dragged around on the floors. This could happen all hours of the night.
Breakfast was average, ate there once then elsewhere afterwards.
Fight for a spot around the pool.
Overall, it’s not bad by any means just a few things I picked up.
Would I say there again, probably not.

Wow what a beautiful experience, from the moment we arrived to the second we left. The kindness and service from the staff was world class. A smile around every corner, quality food in restaurant and poolside. We had a pool access room, the only negative was we never got sun. Sanur is a beautiful destination, it has all Bali has to offer but at a slower pace. The 101 is situated perfectly in Sanur, it also offers a beach shuttle. Its also a great gateway to the other islands, with the harbour a short $3 taxi ride. Oggie you are a standout employee, you made our memories so wonderful!

Hotel staff are excellent. The pool is fantastic. It’s a little bit of a walk to the beach, but the hotel has its own designated area with the lounges under umbrellas and supply towels at the beach in addition to at the pool. The breakfasts each day had a lovely selection.

The staff was super friendly and really wanted you to feel welcome. We got the ground floor pool on the back side of the property and for the first day there it seemed like had the pool to ourselves. The next day we had other ground floors occupied so it was not as private but it was still nice to go out the back door and into the pool. The hotel food was good (the breakfast was great) but there are dozens of restaurants in walking distance as well that offer a variety of options. If you have Grab or Gojek app you can also get food delivered. You will need to take a Grab or cab to the beach as it is a little far (5 to 10 minute walk).

Hotel was very nice, we booked a lagoon access room,only thing was very noisy and unruly Japanese/Chinese children screaming in the lagoon and using our pool access as a diving platform, and splashing water in our room and over the sunbeds,Hotel staff moved us to a supposed \"quieter room\" but it was the same, I had to tell the kids to move and keep quiet, as their parents were otherwise engaged , this was the only downside to the stay, but reception did try and help. Otherwise, staff were fantastic, breakfast was excellent and plenty, restaurant was good value if you didn't want to get out and about

Very nice hotel in the heart of Sanur. Great shopping nearby with a ton of restaurants. Prices are slightly higher than other places but it’s a very convenient location. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms with plunge pools are not private, the rooms are on the back of the building and all the balconies above you overlook your pool.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. 101 Oasis is a well located hotel in Sanur. We had a lagoon access room which overlooks the pool. It smelt a bit musty at first, I think the aircon filter might need replacing. Breakfast was included and there is a good variety of food choices. Not far to walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to the new Icon mall. I would stay again at this property.

The pool side room was not a good choice, unless you were in one of the rooms not right next to the pool - the damp/ mouldy smell was pretty gross and this particular room didn’t get much sunlight which made it worse.
The rooms were very basic with no additional amenities such as mini bar items. The restaurant was nice but very hot as it was outside. There were never pool loungers available so unless you had a pool side room it was hard to use the pool.
This property was okay if you just want a basic room.

This was a great bargain find for a last minute reservation.

We missed the last boat to Nusa Penida so needed a clean, safe, inexpensive place to stay the night and 101 Bali Oasis fit the bill and then some. With spa services on site and great food next door and multiple places within a block, we could not be happier. Had a great looking pool, we could have been happy here for more than a night.

But staff were lovely and very help The pool water is cold but I liked it that way. There isn’t a lot of sun on the pool, so it’s not anyone fault .

Great place if you’re kind of on a budget. Family room (duplex) fit parent with two adult children comfortably, great breakfast buffet, beach and pool areas both slightly small but we did not have trouble finding places. The beach isn’t the nicest cleanest beach of all time, still very nice, but we had a great time and saw many amazing starfish! (There is a decent amount of seaweed and therefore sea life — plus or minus depending on what you want)

Be aware they do have a spot assigned at the beach. I didn’t find out this until the end of my stay, I wish they gave me all this information during my check in.
Staff is nice and friendly.

Rooms are good, just little noisy due walls can be too thin and people is smashing doors. During my stay was a construction going on next door started working after 9am.

Breakfast Buffet is great really happy with it I think totally worth it.

Great location.

Would stay again there? Probably yes.

The 101 Bali Oasis was a good price for the value of the resort. We stayed here for 2 weeks with our 6 and 2 year old. We had originally booked the two bedroom loft but quickly found that it wasn’t the safest option for our family. The stairs are quite steep and open and that’s where the “kids room” would have been. Management was wonderful though and we were able to switch to a two bedroom family suite instead. This room was significantly more spacious and I’d definitely recommend it to people traveling with small children. The pool deck and the koi pond could use some updates but it was fine for our family. The highlight of our stay was the kind and friendly staff. We’ll miss Damar and Ulan so very much!!!!
