Superb resort with a large indoor swimming pool, steam room and sauna. There’s also a ski room with direct ski-in/ski-out access to the piste which leads to Doron and Pointe de la Masse gondolas. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Be aware that showers are in a bathtub which may be an issue for those with mobility problems. Breakfast is an excellent hot buffet European spread.

Really disliked the staff at the hotel. Everyone was rude and seemed to always doing us a favor, whether calling a taxi, serving drinks or going through an inconvenience of giving an extra key.
Hotel not equipped for winter vacationers, there are no basic amenities in room such as hooks to hand winter coats. Closets are tiny and not functional. No nightstands. Doors squeeked.
Pool area was not the cleanest.
Food in the restaurant mediocre, at best.
We ended up leaving hotel 2 nights early.

Happy with my choice to stay here

All good would stay here again. Ski in/out onto the Reberty lift on Les Menuires, very convenient for rentals grocery shops in Les Menuires etc. Parking right in front of the hotel was also very convenient. Room was good size. Staff helpful and friendly.

Only call outs were steam room did not get very hot and that area is decently noisy/busy due to families/kids but it's still decent and queited down during dinner time. The room can also be a bit on the colder side at night even with the radiator on. Didn't bother me too much but some might not love that. The link hotels.com gave me took me to the nearby Belambra a few minutes away which was sort of inconvenient so might want to not use that link. Searching \"Residence Le Chalet du Mont Vallon\" in maps got me to the right place

Great place to stay.. we stayed for 4 nights 2 adults and my 13 year old son.. the only things I’d say..!! is it’s pointless having a kitchen in the apartment, if you do not give a few more facilities for people to use.. we did not go for breakfast as we only eat small before hitting the slopes.. it’s obvious that the hotel restricts any cutlery to force people to eat there or eat out., personally I run 5 holiday rentals and would never restrict items from a property.. the place is restricted by the lack of kitchen facilities in the apartment. Providing some basic kitchen amenities could indeed enhance the guest experience and flexibility. just the little things added certainly would give the hotel a much better rating, as guests do need the options..!! We had to use the multi tool cork screw with tiny pen knife. Lucky we’ve survival skills to adapt 👍😎

Hotel is in a fantastic spot door to door skiing, great boot room too. Thats where the plaudits end.
Pool, freezing water, maybe its the new Spa method of wellness; when you have skied all day its not a cold bath you need.
House keeping forgot to empty room bins which in our case had used sanitory products which smelt after 2 days, i had to request a bin bag myself to empty them. Not exactly 4 star treatment.
Breakfast 3 days of no croissants- IN FRAN E!!, Apparently a supply issue even though the village bakery was pumping them out for fun? Regularly bread ran out, hot food too, poor planning.
Evening meals were decent and good value.
Lounge fire created a nice atmosphere- however please dont burn damp timber, it smokes.......no honestly it does, cough cough.
Generally for what we paid, very disappointing, seemed short of staff. Maybe managers need to serve more to experience issues that customers , try the pool!
Staff seemed to have ill-informed training.

Real ski in/out hotel in les menuires.
The hotel is quite big but has a cozy and warm atmosphere. I got a family room so it was spacious, with small kitchenate and fridge.
I didn't eat any meal so i can't testify for food quality.
Thw staff was nice and helpful.
Highly recommended!

I had a great stay! The room was spacious, particularly useful.when you have snowboarding gear spread across the floor. It had a separate bedroom with sliding doors, sofa, dining table with four chairs and kitchenette, and bathroom. Very new, modern, and quiet. The breakfast was very nice, slightly slow to refill the hot options and cold milk, and expensive. It's true ski-in ski-out, and you can simply drop down to the lifts and buy a skipass on the first day. Local restaurants are samey but have enough variety that you can pick and choose your cheese option! Resort location is good, quick transfers and good for beginners

Super ski trip. Party of 7 spread across 4 rooms. Les Ménuires badges itself as ‘friendly Ménuires’ and this hotel lives up to that. Super staff, super facilities, great location. Lovely rooms. Will definitely be top of our list for rebooking for next year.

This is a great hotel in Les Menuires. Proper ski-in, ski-out, although if you want to get to the main Les Menuires area in the morning (maybe for ski-school) you have to ski out of the hotel, down to a lift and get that back up to the centre. Hotel and rooms are very clean, pool is good. Didn't use the restaurant so can't comment. Short walk (less than 5 mins) to the shops and restaurants. Thoroughly recommended.

Perfect ski in, ski out spa hotel. Every luxury you need for the perfect weeks skiing. Lovely restaurant and bar area with log fire. Gorgeous pool, with steam room and sauna. Never too busy either. The maids left the room spotless every day. Lovely comfy beds too. Would definitely recommend to others.

very good place to stay for ski and relax

very comfy suite, well equipped and lovely, with a fantastic terrace to sunbathe. however, we would have expected some bottles of water in the room, toiletries in the bathroom , there was just a soap and body moisturizer at our arrival and no more during our 3 nights stay. the persons at the bar and restaurant were absolutely fantastic, they were very professional, very smiling and nice, perfect !
Check in was very fast. too fast I would say, not really friendly nor welcoming, rather cold and expeditive. We were not impressed and had the feeling that it was a chore to be quickly done. but, anyway, we enjoyed our stay there !!!

Spa at the end of the day was great. Food in the hotel was very good, and price comparable with local restaurants (which were a short walk away)

The hotel was good and the staff quite friendly. The pool is quite nice however it sometimes got a bit crowded and there were not enough deck chairs relative to the number of guests present. Parking extra and the use of the kitchen in the big room costs extra.

Skiing in the 3 Valleys

Excellent hotel. Staff are all English speaking, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Lovely open fire in the hotel lobby. Very good restaurant. Location is ideal for skiing in and out of hotel and easy access to Val Thorens, Meribel and Courcheval and local restaurants are only a short walk. Nice spa with pool, sauna and steam room - ideal for relaxing after a day of skiing although it can get quite busy.
a couple of minor niggles preventing a 5/5 rating - piped music was too loud and annoying. Secondly, the evening restaurant was allowed to be turned into a games room while we were dining. These are easy fixes.
I would definitely return.

Quite good but not Amazing

Initial reception experience poor, nothing really explained to us, restaurant, dining times, breakfast etc. Room was good but bizarrely whilst it was a suite with a kitchen inc. Fridge microwave, stove etc. they only provided 2 cups, 2 teaspoons and 2 glasses and charged between £30-£50 per day extra if you wanted to actually use the kitchen.
Be aware that the pool is much smaller than it appeared in any picture but overall the hotel was well located for skiing and you could ski in and ski out with ease. We might consider staying there again because it was quite good but for the cost we would shop around more because it represented only average value for money.
Tip, there is a walkway from the 3rd floor in the hotel direct to another lift outside. This gets you up to the village above (we were left to discover this for ourselves, having walked the long way up initially.

We had a lovely 2 bedroom apartment. The bed was a little bumpy compared to what we would expect, but other than that apartment was great. Unfortunately we didn't use the pool, but it looked really nice. Only thing missing was heated boot racks in the ski lockers. I could have sworn that I booked this place as Bed and Breakfast, but have been told that this is a common issue with the Expedia room booking process. Ski conditions were great when we were there, so this was ski in, ski out (if lack of snow, 25/30m to the piste).

Nice modern hotel with great ski-in/out location. Very pleasant and helpful staff. nice spa facilities and pool/sauna after a long day out. It can get busy around 5pm-6pm but that was expected as everyone else is in the same boat.

The hotel is a 5mins walk to the shop with a small supermarkets and some restaurants nearby. You can reach by taking a few lifts near the hotel. There is underground parking at the hotel at a cost but I just choose to park outside which is free. In the morning, you ski down to the Riberty/Doron ski lifts or Masse which takes just a minute. Skiing back to the hotel was easy at the end of the day too. You can stopby the town, grab any quick shopping (in backpack or something) and slide or ski back to the hotel! definitely visit again.

Great! We took our two children who loved it, made friends while they were there. Seems to be popular with families and children.
The ski in ski out appeal didn't work for us as the slope into the hotel is a steep blue slope. But skiing out of the hotel was fine.

We had a lovely Christmas Holiday in the snow. The Hotel was lovely, lovely rooms, with lots of space. Beautiful fire place area in the entrance and common area. The location was good, easy to ski out to a blue/green run to head down the hill to the lifts and go from there. The only area I see for improvement was, we were there for Christmas Eve and Christmas day, and unlike many of the other hotels, no complimentary christmas drink or gift i.e. Just a chocolate etc were offered which was a little un-christmas spirit like. We had friends staying at other hotels and all provided such niceties. One other area for improvement is the ski equipment drying room, was extremely cold and so did not dry anything resulting in us needing to take ski gear to our room if we wanted it dried.

I stayed here on a week's ski trip in the magnificent 3 Vallees area. The hotel was perfect; room was a suite with bedroom and living room/kitchen area. Very clean, nice amenities. Right on the ski slopes and very close to a ski rental shop (Intersport), great restaurants and a few little shops. A good variety of ski slopes were immediately accessible (u ski down to 3 different lifts in 2-3 minutes) and a little kids' slope was right beside the hotel. After staying for a couple days, I requested a room with a south-facing terrace and my request was granted--they gave me the Valley suite (I think it was called) which is bigger with an added room with bunk beds -- all without extra charge. The staff were friendly and helpful. I plan to return here next year; and the next and the next and the next ...

Quite expensive though, but great place for ski holiday. On minus side: Some of the staff didn't really speak English and room has kitchen, but no utensils.

The hotel is located in the perfect place for skiing. The ski room is located on the ski slope and you ski down to the ski pass office. At the end of the day you ski in back to the ski room.
The Wifi doesn't work in all the rooms.
The dry sauna didn't work, it wasn't hot...

Because of the location and the staff was trying very hard to help (we had a problem with our car rental and they really did their best to help us) I do recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed our stay here - modern with good facilities at a reasonable price. Room was large and comfortable but a bit minimalist - why give you a kitchen but no crockery or cutlery? Spa was great after a day skiing and location very easy to get in and out of.

We stayed for a short break and wished it was longer. We can not comment on the food as we did not eat there but the accommodation was excellent and being located right next to a run what more can you ask for. There are a few restaurants within a 10 min walk, plus a supermarket to stock up the fridge.

Emplacement pied des pistes super.

Superbe emplacement au pied des pistes. Parfait pour une séjour court mais loin du centre de la station si vous souhaitez manger au resto hors de l’hotel. Un bémol, la piscine le spa, le sauna sont plein d’enfants de tous âges, charmants mais impossible en amoureux de nager tranquille. Pas de politique de silence ou de surveillance donc plein de bruit c’est Dommage. Autre souci, le service sans doute lié à la fin de saison n’était Pas top. Arrivés 20 min avant la fin du petit on nous a fait clairement comprendre à coup de Demenagement de chaises qu’il nous fallait nous dépêcher. Pourtant nous avons quitté la salle pile à l’heure. Ils étaient déjà en train de passer le balai sous notre table. Dommage car les produits sont délicieux. De même on nous a envoyé à l’autre bout de la station alors que l’on cherchait une pharmacie pour des antalgiques. La pharmacie indiquée n’a jamais existé (personnel qui ne connaît pas la station). Résultat une heure de marche plus tard (et mal de tête carabine) le seul endroit vrai où nous aurions pu trouver ce que l’on cherchait était fermé... l’hotesse s’est vaguement excusée pour la mauvaise orientation... nous avons été sauvé par des clients de l’hotel....l'accueil N’a jamais voulu nous dépanner d’un antalgique pour « des raisons de sécurité », même si je suis médecin avec une carte professionnelle le prouvant....En bref structure et produits frais nickels, service correct tant que vous ne demandez rien qui sorte du cadre prédéfini.

Le cadre est sympathique mais cet hôtel n'est pas au niveau du standard 4*. Manifestement, il s'agit d'une résidence de vacances convertie en hôtel. Un coin cuisine dans le séjour !!! Des serviettes qui ne sont pas changées tous les jours... un personnel très gentil mais pas très professionnel, etc... par contre, c'est calme et le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Pour les enfants, rejoindre l'école de ski est un peu compliqué...pour les grands c'est skis aux pieds. A choisir, je préfère le KAYA vers Reberty.

L'espace SPA est vraiment très bien équipé et le bar restaurant est convivial. Le personnel a été charmant avec un niveau de service supérieur à la moyenne.
Petit bémol, le sol des chambres est intégralement recouvert de moquette ce qui n'est pas idéal au ski du coup il faut se déchausser en dehors.... et dans la cuisine ce n'est pas le top non plus

Hôtel idéalement placé dans la station

Que du bonheur ! Accueil idéal ponctué par un hall magnifique avec cheminée centrale et un coin détente autour pour boire un verre par exemple
Chambre parfaite et spa correcte pour la détente
Je conseille vivement malgré un prix un peu trop élevée
