Close to the ski slopes. The chalet is large by European standards. Cleanliness could be improved.

Really poor equipment. Many broken stuff. Bad beds. Cleanliness not great. Welcome not so good (not even a map to find the chalet) snow not shoveled (great with lugages and kids at night). After that better, the team is nice but the property not in a good state

Mountain Chalet Complex
Let me start by saying that whatever you do, book the largest room available but NEVER the room for 4 which is too small for humans.
The room occupancy is calculated based on the usage of the most basic of sofabeds and trust me, you want a proper bed. So if there is 4 of you then book for 6 or as I said - as large as possible.
The flat we stayed in was basic but clean and functional.
The bathroom was super and the bedrooms as well.
The kitchen/living area is quite small and the balcony was to small for 3 even though we stayed in a flat for 6.
The complex has an excellent pool which is very popular with guests.
The reception is not always manned by when it is, we found the staff super nice and helpful.
Please note that you have to clean after yourself before you check out.
Our first impression when we arrived was not great but La Feclaz really grew on us while we were there and we were somewhat sad to leave.
La Feclaz has a several fairly basic, reasonably priced but ok restaurants but don't expect gastronomy.
The village does however have a truly excellent little supermarket with all you need again at reasonable prices. Attaced to the supermarket is a laundrette which is the only place you can wash clothes.
In terms of things to do, as a family we highly recommend the very well signed local hiking paths which are great for families as well as seasoned hikers.
Cyclists are also in for a treat as the climb from Chambery to La Feclaz is 1100m and steep.

Tidy chalet
Two of us stayed in a 2-room chalet. It was well equipped for self catering, clean and functional. The bed, in the very small bedroom, was comfortable. Reception were reasonably helpful and the swimming pool adequate. The location of the village is remote and was very quiet (September) - be prepared to drive a lot unless you just want to hike or bike. But the price was cheap and the accommodation good.

Nous sommes arrivés le vendredi en fin de journée je ne sais si c’est la faute du site et autres mais on a dû rajouter un budget duvet et la piscine qui était annoncé comme ultime argument de conviction n’ouvrait qu’à partir de juin de ce qui nous a été complètement caché. Cependant, nous sommes arrivés le 25 septembre a 16h00, la dame de la réception nous donnes les clés et quand nous arrivons à l'appartement 2 dames nettoient l'appartement ( pas de soucis) cependant le réfrigérateur etait super sale, il y avait des minous sous le lit, dans tous les coins donc le niveau propreté est a revoir si vous voulez revoir vos clients. Donc avec un enfant de 1 an qui se deplacent partout jai du tout nettoyer l'appartement.

Nous étions 5 dans un logement 6 personnes et malgré cela nous étions bien serrer, que 2 chaises extérieures, pas de place pour la 5eme personne sur la table intérieure, 4 petites cuillères…
La propreté reste fortement a désiré. Wifi et télé payants (télé 47€/semaine…) et ce n’était pas précisé sur le site internet.

Très beau cadre, vue superbe sur la montagne. Petit village de chalets avec les vaches que l'on peut entendre et voir rejoindre la ferme pour la traite (on peut y acheter le lait le soir qui est délicieux)... très agréable.
Les chalets malheureusement sont vieillissants, ils n'ont pas eu les rénovations qui en feraient un lieu très agréable (auraient besoin d'une peinture extérieure et intérieure, de rénover les meubles, de moderniser la décoration intérieure). L'entretien du logement aurait aussi besoin d'être fait avec un peu plus de soin (vitres de douche et toilettes entartrées, poussière dans les rideaux).
Mais le cadre et le village ont pris le dessus : séjour très agréable, possibilité de belles randonnées avec le télésiège de la Feclaz qui vous emmène au sommet pour un magnifique point de vue sur le Lac.

Un super séjour dans un petit chalet pour 2 très agréable à vivre! Une très bonne équipe, un logement très accueillant avec tout le nécessaire malgré qu’il y ai peu de rangements.
La vue sur les montagnes est magnifique en été et il y a pleins de beaux endroits à découvrir !

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. le logement était propre et assez bien équipé. le seul reproche à faire était l'orientation de notre chalet par rapport au soleil. On n'avait quasiment pas de soleil sur le balcon. Dommage...

Alles soweit in Ordnung. Unterkunft okay. Der große Balkon hat die enge Wohnung ausgeglichen. Tolle Wanderziele in der Nähe. Dem Ort fehlt aber der Charme, der unter Schneedecke sicher eher vorhanden ist

Chalet spacieux mais propreté des oreillers couettes et canapés laisse à désirer.Dommage cela aurait pue être une de nos destinations préférés 🤔

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet! Und sauber. Wir hatten zu zweit ein Vierer Appartement, welches definitiv nicht für vier Leute geeignet ist ;-) aber das ist eben Standard in Frankreich. Die Dame am Empfang sprach sogar Englisch! Womit ich in Frankreich eigentlich nie rechne ;-)
Traurig ist, dass mit Dingen, die mittlerweile Standard sein sollten Geld verdient wird. WLAN kostet beispielsweise sechs Euro am Tag.. was im 21. Jahrhundert unverschämt ist. Gleiches gilt für TV (brauchen wir im Urlaub nicht, aber manchen ist es vllt wichtig).

Belle région, la location avec terrasse et vue sur les vaches. La réception trop souvent fermé ( malgré les horaires indiqué ) et les chemins pour accéder aux locations manque d'entretien.

Notre séjour s'est déroulé en 2 phases. Nous avons eu une arrivée tardive donc les clés de l'appartement étaient disponible sur le tableau à la réception car fermée. Lorsque nous avons franchi la porte de l'appartement nous avons eu une vision d'horreur. L'appartement était sale mais quand je dis sale c'est sale. Toiles d'araignées, poussière, mauvaises odeurs, matelas taché et j'en passe. La terrasse est brute de décoffrage. Pas de peinture au mur, dalle en béton, aucune vue... On se serait cru dans un bâtiment en construction. Le carrelage du séjour cassé, la table branlante, la baignoire bouchée, le canapé défoncé... A tel point que l'on s'est posé la question d'aller passer la nuit ailleurs. On a quand décidé de passer notre nuit dans ce taudis. Nous n'avons même pas défait nos bagages. Le lendemain nous sommes allés à la réception pour faire constater l'état du logement et la réceptionniste voyant tout ça n'a pas hésité à nous proposer un autre logement. Nous avons donc déménagé cette fois ci dans un appartement clair et propre et avons pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour de 4 jours.

Vraiment déçu, baisse qualité.
Nous avions réservé un appartement en duplex ! et nous avons dormi dans un appartement pour handicapé (très bien de le proposer) mais avec nos enfants c'était compliqué avec une salle de bain avec douche ouverte sans rien ni rideau et ouverte sur WC et lavabo donc de l'eau de partout et de la moisissure sur tous les joints...., 2 radiateurs et une lampe ne fonctionnaient pas. L'appartement n'était pas propre et la vaisselle grasse....!!! Bref nous sommes très déçus déjà par hotel.com qui loue un duplex (plus cher qu'un plein pied) et nous réceptionnons un plein pied. Sinon pour y être allé il y a deux ans nous constatons une réelle baisse au niveau qualité et propreté avec des prix eux toujours en hausse. Pour preuve nous avons rendu l'appartement plus propre qu'à la réception et au vue de la vérification avant de le rendre qui dure même pas une minute...On peut facilement comprendre que la propreté est décevante.

We wanted to stay at this place cause of its price and area around. We thought this was a little closer to Annecy than it was. The roads is very narrow and have many turns, so it would almost take you one hour to drive from Annecy.
The place was charming and the service OK. We was prepared that the standard wasn't top. We was staying in the appartment for 6 people. The bedrooms is good and so was the bathroom. Plus for two toilets. The living area is too small for 6 people. We was only 4. It was only one sofabed for 3, and the rest have to sit on hard wooden chairs. It seems like it was a long time since things was repaird and replaced.
We selected this place cause of its price and was very surprised with all extra cost that was not mentioned when we ordered. You have to pay extra for electricity! (not optional), extra for linen, towels, watch TV, WiFi (In the cabin) and cleaning. Nothing of this was mentioned when ordered (only some in reviews)
I mean its OK that some of this is optional, but it must be mentioned when ordered (we ordered this on hotels.com) But it should be some minimum included in the price online. Its not necessary to leave the electricity, linen and cleaning out of the price when you order this on hotels.com. You expect some standard.
