This is a unique complex located in the heart of the three valleys. This exceptional residence features Savoyard architecture with warm colours and a lovely atmosphere.
Everything in the house has been designed to make guests' stay as pleasant as possible, with modern and luxurious apartments with balconies offering wonderful views. The air-conditioned club resort has an area with wireless Internet access and further facilities include a lobby, TV lounge, café, bar, pub and restaurant.
Room and laundry services are provided and guests arriving at the ski hotel by car may leave their vehicle in the car park. Each room features an en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, a double bed, kitchen with fridge, cooker and microwave, and a private balcony or terrace.
Other in-room amenities include a TV, Internet access, a washing machine and individually regulated heating. The hotel offers a heated indoor swimming pool and guests can find a relaxation area with water circuit, Turkish bath, sauna and gym.

Lovely but with caveats
Lovely apartment and would stay again, but just to make people aware, you have to pay extra for towels and they make you clean the entire apartment and take bins out etc. before you leave. It also isn't strictly ski-in ski-out and there's a bit of a walk up a hill and across a car park to get to the piste.

Great for skiing on a budget
All in all very good with closeness to the slopes and good restaurants as well as a Carrefour nearby. Because you are responsible for cleaning they should provide better cleaning supplies. The ones that were in the room was pretty much useless. (No suction in the vacuum cleaner) Would 100% stay again.

Property suited our needs well. Short walk to the piest but could almost ski back to the boot room. A little tired in places and knives, peelers could be sharper. Beds comfortable but pillows and duvet could do with a clean. Sheets fine tho. Basic big lockers in boot room so took boots into room to dry. Pool and sauna great. Supermarket ~5min walk. Ski hire on site.

A good apartment, nice sized rooms and well appointed kitchen (no oven though). Spa area very nice and standards in the apartments all good. Only downside is no internet in any of the apartments which is very poor in this day and age. It is located a little away from the centre, but a regular (free bus service) is at the road end, there is large supermarket a short walk away and several places to eat nearby including pizza takeaway. You have a very short walk to a blue ski run (100m from the boot room) that takes you down to a choice of lifts,

Accommodation was an excellent standard for the price paid. Pool, Sauna & Jacuzzi a great bonus for such a reasonable priced accommodation. Free outside parking or paid covered parking if required. Short walk from the village but bus stop outside. Easy access to ski runs via Bettox - short climb up but can ski back to the car park. Fabulous accommodation for the money, would not hesitate to go back, underrated 2 star accommodation

I wasn't expecting to have to make my own bed
Booked a one-night stay as part of summer touring holiday. Was horrified that we had to make our beds and that on arrival we were presented with a check list of things to do around the room before leaving (inc. cleaning out the vacuum cleaner and washing the floor). Fair enough if that is the type of accommodation you have booked, but for nearly £90 a night, I do not expect to have to make my own bed or be told I have to do the cleaning after one night's stay.

Convenient, quiet, great views
Whilst not exactly ski in/ski out, the piste was a 5 minute walk up hill from our apartment (we were however probably the furthest block away from the piste, Bettex). If you expect to arrive late or on any other day except Saturday, ensure you phone ahead to let them know to leave keys and instructions for you, as the reception opening hours are restrictive. The apartment had everything we needed, and you can buy or request anything that the apartment does not have, i.e. washing liquid, hairdryer etc. The phone signal wasn’t great, but you can purchase a WiFi dongle for 7€ per day, for all your devices and out and about. There is an option to order bread & breakfast to your door each morning from “Bread in Bed”, which was fantastic and saved us getting up to buy supplies early doors. The swimming pool was quite small and relatively cold, so we didn’t really use it. All in all, a great place to stop if you want somewhere good value and self catered. I’d visit again.

Great hotel for skiing.
Club Belambra was a nice discovery for my family. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The hotel was clean and convenient. It has a very convenient access to the ski slopes. Ask the staff what slopes to use to find your way back to the hotel because you can easily get on the wrong one. We really enjoyed the pool and gym which had very nice facilities.

A Welcome ski trip away without kids.
Beware the 28 Euro towel rental you can get charged upon arrival. Beware the end of stay cleaning payment the Hotel try to charge you for! Our room was dirty on arrival (Balcony dirty and bathroom dirty) but no one on reception to complain to so we ended up buying cleaning products and doing ourselves. Balcony from Room 13 was good for afternoon sun. Pool, Sauna etc good when working - Sauna and Steam Room broken for 1 day during stay. If you need to buy food there is a Carrefour about 5-10 minutes walk away but get the bus from outside hotel and go to the main Carrefour in the centre - it's cheaper.

Spacious, well equipped and convenient.
Had an amazing time, very well equipped apartments , good heating with a decent Swimming pool and Sauna. Reception area is open for a limited time but very helpful staff. Wifi Dongle available but expensive. We could also leave our luggage after check-out and go skiing one last time. Spacious changing rooms in the reception area. Will definitely go there again.

The hotel called me 48 hours before to say they could not accommodate us due to an error.
They offered alternative accommodation in megeve which was in appropriate given that the resort is low for April and I had already paid and booked ski school in les Ménuires.
They also offered the total of our bill as a gesture of good will.
I accepted and re planned our holiday in sestriere at a huge inconvenience and astronomical prices due to last minute booking.
After sending my bank details to the hotel for payment , they never responded and haven't responded to 5 emails since
I now have Expedia involved and hope they will resolve what is a simply unacceptable, disgraceful level of customer service.
Maybe others won't be this unlucky but my advice is
DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

I think this place gets a tough time through the reviews. Apartments are spacious and airy, cleanliness could be better if the company decided to invest in cleaners and not force cleaning down the throat of the holiday maker! staff are helpful, wifi is only available in reception and lounge but this is a nice area to be. breadinbed was a great service. would go back. we booked a superior apartment and there were 2 of us

prima appartement aan de rand van Les Menuires. Heeft een ondergrondse garage tegen betaling (handig als veel sneeuw voorspeld is). Wij hadden appartement 1 slaapkamer met dubbel bed en bedbank in woonkamer, met balkon en uitzicht op de bergen. We hadden voldoende bergruimte en kasten en de slaapbank was erg comfortabel en makkelijk in en uit te klappen. Ook mogen er huisdieren mee, dus er waren veel honden. Heel gezellig, maar helaas ruimde de baasjes de uitwerpselen niet op (hier werden ze blijkbaar niet op aangesproken door het personeel?), dus de kinderen die buiten in de sneeuw speelden... stapten ook met regelmaat in de hondenkeutels. Erg jammer. Zwembad en sauna zijn niet groot, maar prima om even een duik in te nemen. Gym was wel teleurstellend, daar er alleen cardio apparaten stonden en niks voor krachttraining (en cardio train je voldoende op de skipiste). Voor ski-out, houd rekening dat het een hele vlak aflopende piste is (niet ideaal voor snowboarders).

Agréable résidence avec une belle piscine. Appartement très bien équipé et literie agréable. Accès direct aux pistes via le chemin et remontée du Betex. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour ces vacances de printemps.

Bonjour nous avions déjà réservé cet établissement, il est très pratique .le seul bémol la piscine qui est proposée par cet établissement est très froide et donc padou tout agréable pour en profiter.

Appartement bien situé. Attention c’est un appartement équipé mais aucun kit de service. C’est à vous de ramener éponge, serviette pour la vaisselle, produit lave vaisselle et sopalin.

Gros problème de réservation entre Hotels.com et Belambra. Notre réservation d'appartement n'était pas enregistrée (à priori pas les seuls) . Du coup Belambra on nous a proposé 2 chambres au \"club\" en pension complète ce qui était plutôt sympa (heureusement qu'il restait de la disponibilité) En revanche les chambres sont vraiment petites et la sdb aussi et nous avions la vue sur le parking !. Le Club est vieillot et mériterait une rénovation. Le restaurant est version \"Cantine\", pareil il faut l'améliorer. Cependant l'équipe, l'accueil et l'encadrement est très agréable et toujours prête à aider et souriante ils nous ont sauvé le séjour. Emplacement en plein centre et accès aux pistes facile.

Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Zwembad en sauna waren mooi, goed en schoon. Dichtbij de piste (200 mtr), maar wel 2 steile stukjes in de looproute naar de piste toe. Goede restaurants en supermarkt op loopafstand. Appartement is redelijk schoon.

De locatie ligt op een goede locatie, wel buiten het centrum maar op 2 minuten lopen vanaf de piste en dichtbij winkels, restaurants en busstation.
Wij waren de eerste bezoekers van dit ski seizoen. De kamers waren helaas niet schoon en vrij stoffig. De skiruimte was niet voorzien van verwarming waardoor je verplicht werd om je ski schoenen en helm mee naar de kamer te nemen.
Zwembad, sauna waren netjes en goed.

Wij waren de eerste bezoekers van dit ski seizoen. De kamers waren helaas niet schoon en vrij stoffig. De skiruimte was niet voorzien van verwarming waardoor je verplicht werd om je ski schoenen en helm mee naar de kamer te nemen.
Zwembad, sauna waren netjes en goed.

Accueil super gentil, ils ont souvent de quoi vous dépanner (un sèche cheveux, une casserole etc) bon c’est pas grand luxe et les meubles un poil viellots mais couchage confortable (important après une journée de ski!) et piscine étonnamment grande et pas trop de monde (avant 17h du moins). Très bon séjour !
