Great room with one small caveat

Really nice room with one caveat, the bathroom sink faucet was installed at a 45 degree angle to corner of sink and barely cleared into the basin. Practically impossible to wash hands or anything without water pouring all over the counter and onto the floor. Everything else i the room was great, but that faucet was a really poor choice

The room was amazing! I am a wheelchair user so an accessible room is a must. Having four kids with us, the extra space made a world of difference.

While the fridge never got cold enough (our awesome ice blocks maintained food for two nights but, were out of power by the next morning) and the king bed was hard as a rock (we were told they're about to replace the beds anyway), just about everything else was amazing.

The staff was delightful, the room was clean, breakfast even had a few healthy options and decent coffee.

We were unable to use the pool lift that we messaged the hotel about prior to our stay due to a miscommunication between maintenence and the front desk staff about the battery in the lift. Thankfully, I have partial mobility in one leg and was able to lower myself to the floor and scoot to manage.

All in all, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.

Overall though, very good, and the staff are polite, helpful and on the ball.

Great staff, computer actually crashed at check in and the front desk person handled it like a true pro. Took us to our room and let us in with a key while they waited for a re-boot so we didn't get stuck waiting in the lobby for a half hour. Everyone we spoke to was excellent and very friendly.

I find this property very well taken care of, so I was surprised at the condition of the hot tub tile and lip. I
When sitting in the thot tub, you can really see the peeling and deterioration of the \"lip\" and the hot tub appears to be dirty. This was also disappointing because it was in this condition last year.

At check in the clerk was rude and unhelpful. Expedia had helped to change us from a king to 2 queens very easily. The clerk who insisted we change it with Expedia then went on to say it wasn’t changed even with a confirmation number showing the change. We paid the difference of $7.77 and he still denied and argued. It took another staff member who changed it. He had an attitude and unwillingness to help.

- Convenient location, next to plenty of stores & restaurants
- Staff was great
- Bedding was comfortable
- Room was clean
- Shower was hot and had good water pressure

**Cons**
- The pool was awful. It was too cold to use and not very nice
- The hot tub was tiny and full of foam, dirty
- We specifically chose this hotel for the pool and spa, so we were very disappointed.
- The coffee was watered down, tasted like cardboard cup it was in. Thankfully Starbucks is around the corner.
- Breakfast was as bad as the coffee.

If you just need the room and a place to rest, you’ll be happy here. But if you want to enjoy the amenities, you’ll be disappointed.

The staff were very nice and friendly. We had a few issues during our stay (toilet broke in the middle of the night and the pool had a few issues) but the staff were very quick to fix them and take care of us when they were brought to their attention!

The styling was lovely and Kudos to the front desk for being super helpful! However, I did not appreciate hearing the sexual exploits from the room next door - there truly was little left to the imagination. It was also easy to hear telephone conversations from other rooms.

The pool was freezing cold and the \"hot\" tub was only a warm tub.

Great clean hotel with lots to do and a great variety of restaurants close to the hotel. We chose this place as it was only a few miles from Lincoln Speedway and was quite pleased with our one night stay.

Convenient, clean and comfortable

Conveniently located, this hotel is clean and generally well maintained. The room was spacious, and the bathroom sported the most counter space we've seen in a while. Our encounters with the staff were friendly and polite, and the hot breakfast was probably the best that we've seen at a hotel since the start of COVID.

There were a few \"warts\" that made the stay less than perfect:

- The in-room fridge did not work
- There were two furniture repairs that were a little rough (one turned a slide-shelf in the vanity into just a cubby)
- The parking lot was a bit tight for full-sized pickup trucks up front.

But all of those are fairly minor. Next time we need to stay overnight in Hanover, we'll be looking at this property as a definite option.

This property was super clean. My stay was really comfortable the staff is really nice and helpful. Came with my husband and his sister and the staff helped us find good places near by we can eat and hang out. Overall enejoyed my stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a great stay. The breakfast is great. The front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. There was quite a bit of garbage and debris around the outside of the property, and the pool was down so I was unable to experience that, but the Y was very nice, which was to make up for their pool being down, I thought that was sweet
