Yes, room was in good condition. BEST part of the bath was the non-slip mat in tub. This is the very first time we stayed at a hotel that did not offer complimentary breakfast. Also, there was no complimentary coffee, tea or hot chocolate in the evening, only in the morning. Room was clean and bed made every day along with fresh towels.

We were disappointed since choosing Hilton was based on their reputation. Lobby was welcoming enough but the room was average and dated. Third floor hallway had some odd smell to it that was noticed by everyone we met who had a room on that floor.
Bed was soft, no tissues in the restroom (no exhaust fan either), no caffeinated coffee pods for the Keurig.
And although I don't remember if their webpage says so, there is no continental breakfast. There is a charge for the buffet. But coffee in the lobby is complimentary and they have a nice little kiosk and even a small bar.
2nd night there was something going on in the room above us, noise, stomping, and we had to call down to the front desk to 'complain.' That situation continued on intermittently through the night.
I would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed to tour the battlefields. It was close but a little outside the town. The check in was easy and we got a room on the first floor. It was clean and very nice with a fridge and little mircowave. They did have a coffee maker which we had to clean up because it was dusty. It wasn't busy and very quiet which was nice. It has a fitness center and pool but we did not use them. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The front desk staff was amazing. Tim was extremely friendly and helpful when we had to back because my daughter left something behind. The restaurant was small but amazing! My only complaint is that our room was right behind the elevator so that’s all we could hear if the tv was off. Great experience. However, phone number for front desk and even calling from cell didn't work so we couldn't contact the front desk to ask about the TV. If you don't have a Netflix or Disney account, you cannot watch TV. Very minor issue but still a great experience. Also, we forgot to look to see if the hotel offered a continental breakfast. They do not. It's $13.90 for adults and $10.90 for children. You will also get charged $3 for a room temperature bottle of water if you are not a platinum member. Extra costs seemed excessive but a nice. clean place to stay.

A True Gem in Gettysburg – Our Best Stay Yet!

We’ve stayed in the Gettysburg area a few times over the years, but the Hilton Garden Inn Gettysburg absolutely stands out as the best experience we’ve had by far.

From the minute we walked in, we were greeted by the genuinely friendly and engaging front desk staff, who were not only professional but also just really cool to chat with. They made us feel right at home. The lobby itself is cozy and welcoming, and we were pleasantly surprised to find fresh cookies waiting for guests – such a nice touch after a long day of traveling.

The pool and hot tub were clean, relaxing, and exactly what we needed to unwind. Parking was a breeze, and the location couldn’t be better – just a short drive to many of the meaningful historical sites (and restaurants/shops) around town. It made exploring Gettysburg simple and enjoyable.

Our room had everything we needed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable – those soft, luxurious sheets felt amazing against my skin, and we slept better than we had in weeks. Everything was spotless, and it's clear that cleanliness and care are a top priority at this property.

We honestly can’t say enough about how great our stay was. The Hilton Garden Inn Gettysburg is truly a jewel in this historic town, and we’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Nice for a night! Above average breakfast for a chain hotel. Not a beautiful or historic location, but it's close enough to the all the sights you want to see, and a good value.

There's not a gluten-free option at breakfast and its very expensive for just eggs and bacon in that case. 14.99.
There needs to be clear, marked GF options at buffet. The grounds needed some help. Trash was around. Other than that, it's a good hotel.

Great plac eto stay while in Gettysburg.

I chose thids hote as I had stayed there in September. I mad emy choice very easy. Great rooms, service and especially thw Hotel Desk. Wonderful people. Credit to the Hotel. Will be back again hopefully next year. Joe

The hotel was nice except for a few things. The elevators would kind of jolt bang and knock which made me a bit uneasy. The bottom of the pool have a brownish stain to it. The assigned room smelled like old urine. The front desk staff was helpful and sorted out our room issue.

I’ve stayed in over 60 hotels in the past year and this was the first where they wanted to charge me an additional $25 for requesting to check in 87 minutes early. There was no one in the parking lot or the lobby, and she confirmed my room was in fact ready. Pathetic customer service. I was just getting off my motorcycle and had to change in the men’s bathroom instead of my waiting room. I don’t care about the $25, but I do care about the greed. I won’t be back.
