The room was spacious and the wifi was extremely quick however upon arriving it definitely wasn't what we expected. we expected to have some what of a city view just like what the listing shows but they ended up giving us a ground floor unit with no windows and a few steps away from reception which was super disappointing for the price we paid!

Family of 4 in one room, was perfect. The location is amazing, 15 minutes from Eiffel Tower and 10 minutes away from arch the Triumph. But still not as touristy, very close to train stations. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was nice and the view of Eiffel Tower was a must. We prepaid the breakfast which was served in a very cute area downstairs and have us a great start of the day. I highly recommend it.

1. They make you leave your stroller downstairs in the lobby. I was not happy about this because our stroller was expensive. I even offered to pack the stroller away in its airline travel bag, but they refused, and couldn’t give me a reason as to why. Not impressed.
2. They mention they have cribs. They DO NOT. We were presented a broken, stained and ripped pack and play with no mattress, just a folded up blanket on the bottom. My son is only 9 months and sleeping with blankets like that was a suffocation risk. When we complained they did nothing. Expedia customer service even called to complain and nothing was done to help us. My husband slept on the uncomfortable pullout and my son had to sleep with me the entire time.
3. Sheets were stained. New sheets were brought and those ones were also stained.
4. Heating/cooling in the room was touch and go.
5. Bathroom had horrible layout. We couldn’t close the bathroom door without stepping into the shower.

We had one room that hadn’t been remodeled with a courtyard view .. and then an exterior remodeled room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and a “balcony” that you can’t really sit on to enjoy. So although the view was nice the second room it wasn’t really worth the price. Stay at a Marriott and save your money!

Most staff are nice but I had a bad experience with an older man in the lobby I arrived early and I had been in communication with the hotel that I would be arriving early. Once I got there the man at the desk said check in is at 2. I asked him if there will be any rooms available before then and he replied with check in is at 2, mind you it’s 9am. So I sit down in the lobby trying to figure out what to do for 5 hours and I go back up to him and ask if there is anywhere I can put my luggage. He said “of course” but his demeanor was extremely irritated. I came back to the hotel around 12 and saw that the man wasn’t at the front desk anymore and asked the woman at the desk if there are any rooms available and she said yes and checked me in. She was extremely polite. And accommodating. The old man at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. Also the hotel itself is extremely outdated. The bathrooms need to be renovated, the only upside is the location.

The room we were put in at over $300 per night for 4 nights had a toilet leak that smelled and left the carpet soaking wet. Management seemed to care less. The hall walls were scratched and unsightly, half the electrical outlets in the room were broken and the place was not clean. I can tolerate a lot but my advise on this place is \"Stay away\".

Great hotel for families
Great location, quiet but close to the arc de triomphe and walkable to Eiffel Tower. We had a family room which included two single beds for the kids which was perfect. Continental breakfast was also good. Would definitely recommend for families. The balcony view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing

I was not satisfied with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, no one offered to help me with my luggage, despite the fact that I was a woman traveling alone — which I found quite disrespectful.
Initially, I was given a room on the ground floor that was very small and gloomy. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the receptionist told me there were no other available rooms because the hotel was fully booked. After insisting, I was eventually given another room on the first floor, but unfortunately, the bathroom in that room had drainage issues.
To make matters worse, although breakfast was supposed to be included in my reservation, I was charged for it for three days. Even on my last day, when I checked out at 6 a.m. without having breakfast, I was still charged.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was disappointing and I would not recommend it.

This property is in the 16th Arrondismonts l, which is one of the richest and safest areas. Its 2 blocks from Arc de Triumph, 4 blocks from the Trucodero, and the Eiffel Tower. The view from the hotel to the tower is spectacular!! It is clean and honesty should rate as a 4 to 4 1/ 2 star hotel! Beautiful kind and helpful staff work here!!

Quaint Boutique Hotel, with 1 slight inconvenience
This quaint, boutique hotel is nicely located to local amenities. Step outside and you have a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. My only complaint is that my particular room doesn’t have elevator access, so you need to carry your luggage up or down the stairs, which for us, having 2 large, heavy bags was a bit of a challenge( (room 330). The staff did help, which lessened the burden, but it was unfortunate as we didn’t know until we already hauled our luggage to the room and it would have been inconvenient to haul it back down.

Whenever ai am in Paris, I always stay here in the sam room for the past 3 yrs but this time I had no idea that the room I normally stayed has undergone renovation and it is for 3 persons occupancy so I was moved to the next one same view of Eiffel Tower but it is so snall it can only fit 1 person instead of two. Housekeeping was good compared to last year.

The night front desk clerk showed up at my door late night with a bottle of champagne and two glasses. He first called my room and told me a guest has purchased a bottle of champagne for me and he was going to bring it to my room, I said NO THANK YOU. Moments later he knocked on my door, I said NO! closed the door and put the deadbolt on and my suitcase in front of the door. The next evening I moved to my girlfriends room. This was extremely inappropriate. I felt very awkward when I saw him at the desk the rest of my stay at your hotel when I saw him. I chose not to say anything until I checked out for fear of repercussion from him. The night before he came to my room I saw him smoking outside with a young female guest who seemed intoxicated, he had put back in 5 minutes sign on the front desk window.

Perfect 3 days in paris ,this hotel was in walking distance of both the arc de triumph and eiffel tower which we could also see from our balcony room 215 ,nice continental breakfast each morning too definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

Stayed here for 5 days - close to the Eiffel Tower however quite the distance to most attractions. This is more in a residential area. The good news is that there are many good dinning options.

Aircon is not working yet .Had a headache when woke up in the morning because room is warm with temperature of 23 degree. And to think that we came late at night so we really heed a much awaited comfortable sleep. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

But the worst thing was that the toilet and hand sink were at opposite ends of the room.
The toilet (only a toilet) was in a small cubicle in the walk in wardrobe but the sink was in another cupboard across the room. This created massive hygiene issues. Every person using the toilet has to opened 3 doors with unclean hands before reading a sink !!!!! I’ve never seen anything like it. There was more than enough space in the toilet area to include a small sink for handwashing. Imagine also having to do all this in the dark in the middle of the night while trying to avoid hitting your legs on the fold out bed which took up all the floor space.
The cupboard with the sink also had a shower but the sink blocked the shower door from opening correctly. They would be better to move the sink to the same water closet as the toilet and allow the other space to be used as a shower room only.

Area very walk-able and safe, hotel staff were super helpful and welcoming. Only qualm was the dated fixtures in the room, the bathroom doorknob fell off when I touched it and the carpet/doors were pretty aged. Otherwise, lovely.
