We arrived late due to our flight delay. So arrived around 12:30am and our room was small and stuffy and the shower didn’t work properly, our lights would not switch off. I called reception twice and got put on hold. I had to go myself at 2am to demand a room change. Was told they were fully booked. Young inexperienced rude staff all male. Eventually they gave me a different room after a lot of arguing and demanding my moment back. Suddenly they had availability. Would not recommmend you waste your money. It’s not a 5 star hotel. Far from it. Service and amenities are very poor. Breakfast has limited choice of food for a 5 star hotel.

Would highly recommend

The Ramada is a great hotel just outside Bitez and with easy access to Bodrum. The hotel facilities are really nice - the gym and spa are amazing! Great breakfast, beautiful pool and really helpful staff. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a relaxing getaway.

Amazing, but needs to do more onsite entertainment

An amazing location in Bodrum with really friendly staff.
One thing that was a disappointment was the lack of evening entertainment. There is a rooftop bar that was not open and an opportunity for live music onsite to increase revenue and make people stay on ten hotel property… instead we went to the town center for the night.

The stay was excellent all around and had no complaints. All the staff are really helpful and polite and always go out of their way to ensure they’re helping you. Proactive customer service at its best. The premises is really luxurious and big and caters to all the services you may need. The gym is really large as well and has all the equipment needed. Though I understand the level of service provided, but the food is really expensive and not sustainable if you’re staying longer than a few days.

We had a totaly sleepless night because of a group of drunken guests making terrible noise inside and outside of the hotel. This started after midnight and went on till 7am next morning. The management did nothing to stop this except telling us how sorry they were about this...

One of the worst hotel experiences of my life. Definitely not a 5 -star hotel. There were exactly 2 people at this property who spoke English, so be prepared for numerous maddening misunderstandings. In general staff here has a careless attitude. As an example - one day it took me 4 calls and 1.5 hours of waiting to get breakfast delivered to my room. Another days I called room service for an hour and nobody answered the phone. Out of curiosity I went down to the restaurant and sure enough - employees who were standing next to the phone would simply not bother to pick it up.

This hotel is very good and clean. There are many hotels in Bodrum that show beautiful pictures but are very run down and dirty. This hotel however is very clean with good location and good restaurants. The staff was very friendly and allowed a late check-out without any extra charge. I can highly recommend this place.

Overrated hotel to be avoided

5 stars hotel with such poor service that it is really not worth more than a 2 star hotel: Check in and check out were extremely painful, with untrained, unprepared and rude staff.
I still have an issue with them as checking day they blocked or charged on my card 3000 euros, and on check out day, they got paid for the full stay including the initial amount they debited for which I am yet to be reimbursed. Complaint has been introduced with hotels.com to solve this issue.
No concierge on hand to help out with restaurant, beach club reservations...
Had the feeling staff on site were students on summer jobs with absolutely no clue on what 5 stars service us about...

I don't usually write reviews but the staff at the Ramada are an asset to their resort and I must commend them for an amazing service. By far the most friendly and welcoming staff I have come across. The rooms were very clean, pool and restaurant were also very good with incredible views. Taxi service was very easy to access by the reception staff with only a few minute drives to markets etc. Will definitely be back here again.

The only good thing about this hotel is the food and the place itself because is a beautiful property. The rest is awful. We had two rooms 406 and 708. On 406 the internet never worked, we need to call several times to get it fixed, the beds are bricks and the rooms are very small. We request a queen bed and they gave us two twins together, I can feel the gap between the two beds. I called reception and they explain that this is the only way they do the queen beds. I went there to rest and end it up with back pain. The service on the pool was really bad. I went two times to ask for the menu and to order a bottle of wine that they bring hot and took them 30 minutes to bring. One guy came to tell me sorry the waiter forgot but he didn’t forgot to check his phone was he was always on it. Really bad service. I don’t recommend this place.

Nice hotel - what one would expect for its price

Nice hotel, well located and not too far from downtown Bodrum and the coast. Friendly staff, nice swimming pool, great Spa and decent food. breakfast buffet is served on the outside open terrace, they could do with some grater variation on their fruit offering which was the only crib I would have frmo the visit.

A reasonably short stay of 4 nights in a very warm April. In particular the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Every facility available. Even parked the car for us!
Breakfast buffet style, plenty of choice. Very relaxing. Probably more suited to families with older children.

Overall nice hotel great spa facilities, amazing views.
Just few things needs to improve on: house keeping needs to be improve they do not replace thigs that was used, change of breakfast selection would be great.
If your looking to get out from the madness the hotel is a perfect location but if you want to be close to the shops, restaurants, etc you have to get taxi everywhere.
But in general good job.

Hotel was very nice and location was very good but really bad bad service. Anything we ordered in the room they took one hour to deliver. They were not cleaning the room properly. 5 star hotel and they did not have first aid box (bandage) because my daughter had a cut in her toe. The service was not even close to Ramada standards.

Lovely hotel with great pool in the hills above Bitez with a nice but small private beach at their (under construction) sister hotel at Gumbert. Not all bars and restaraunts open at all times in late June, but could always get a table with a great view in main restaraunt.

Not really a five-star hotel

This is not a five-star hotel although it is officially rated as such. Its rooms feel like a Ramada Inn in the US. Its lobby and common areas very nice. However, this was an old hotel that Ramada renovated. The renovation work wasn't done very well. Cheap materials were used and the old stuff still shows. The rooms are too small for a five-star property. Also the hotel is difficult to find with no signs on the major roads.

We stayed in the hotel in April 2015. It is a good hotel with a nice view. But I do not think it as a 5 star hotel in terms of services and room facilities. The room does not have a bath which is not convenient for people with small children and no anti-slip matt provided for the shower. Indoor swimming pool was very cold with cold showers. In addition, there was no noodles/floats for kids who can't swim independently.

Just stayed at the Ramada for 5 days and have to say its a truly fantastic hotel. The pool area is beautiful, the spa facilities and gym are brilliant and the staff were great.

The only small negative is the room size and the hard beds and pillows.

I've stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world and this one certainly ranks up there with the best of them

Modern beautiful clean hotel with great facilities (2 pools, gym, tennis courts) including places to lounge relax and enjoy the view of surrounding white villas of Bodrum. Staff English-speaking, friendly and helpful. Free shuttle bus to public Bitez beach otherwise 20tl taxi ride. Only downside was that it was further from Bodrum city - restaurants and nightlife which meant a 50-60tl return taxi ride though still relatively reasonable. Excellent place if you want a few days to just relax away from touristy business of Bodrum.

The hotel is in a perfect location in Bodrum, close to all famous places to go like city center or Bitez and Gümbet. Highly comfortable rooms, a great fitness center and SPA, wonderful view from the restaurant terrace. Staff is very friendly and professional. The restaurant offers a funtastic variety of delicious food. Try especially Sushi, highly recommended ones are the Ramada Specials! The hotel is a good choice for any occasion, especially if you like to have a quiet stay. The breakfast buffet offer all you need and you can have a tasty coffee (which is not everywhere to get).

Wish we could have stayed here longer as this hotel was a great find from a myriad of hotels to choose from in Bodrum. Would definitely stay here again. Just to give you an example of the outstanding service : the day we were to check out we were leaving very early in the morning I had asked if they could prepare a breakfast box for us as the restaurant did not open until 7:00am the morning of our departure not only was that not a problem but they did one better they opened the restaurant at 6:00 am just for us and made sure someone would be there to serve us a beautiful breakfast was very very impressed job well done Ramada keep up your great service. hope to see you again one day :)

I would not recommend you to live near Gumbet if you go to Bodrum. Always choose to live in Yalıkavak Instead. The hotel was really nice, though. That was a lot of English People in this Hotel. So if you don’t like that, don’t come to this, Hotel. The view is amazing. The food in the hotel is not the greatest. I would not come again, but it was a really nice Stay.

Ein Rundrum perfektes Hotel. Die Aussicht durch die Hanglage ist ein Traum. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Die Mitarbeiter waren stets hilfsbereit, freundlich und aufgeschlossen.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zu umfangreich um alles an einem Morgen probieren zu können. Beim Frühstück wird man oftmals von einem Rudel junger Katzen besucht. Sie werden von den Hotelgästen mit Käse oder Wurst gefüttert. Uns hat das nicht gestört (wir mögen Katzen) deshalb haben wir gerne beim Spielen und Füttern zugeschaut. Es gab jedoch auch eine ältere, augenscheinlich sehr kranke, weiße Katze. Inwieweit sich das Hotel um die Vierbeiner kümmert und sich verantwortlich zeigt konnten wir leider nicht heraus finden.

Die Terrasse, der Poolbereich sowie verschiedene Barbereiche laden zum Verweilen und wunderbaren Entspannen ein.

Das Fitnessstudio war das Beste was wir auf unseren Reisen bislang gesehen haben. Sehr modern und mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet. Die Geräte sind neuwertig. Hier macht es Spaß zu trainieren.

Lediglich das TV-Programm könnte verbessert werden (es gab nur einen englischen Sender CNN jedoch mit Empfangsproblemen). Kostenloses WiFi lief hingegen problemlos.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Hotel nur weiter empfehlen. :-)

Bij aankomst netjes en goed te woord gestaan. Kamer waar wij in verbleven was perfect! Er werd goed schoongemaakt. Deuren van de woningen maken wel veel geluid bij dichtslaan, het stoort vooral als de buren laat thuis komen! Ontbijt was perfect, heel erg uitgebreid, medewerkers super aardig. Gasten maken er soms echt een puinhoop van, maar alsnog blijven ze erg beleefd, respect daarvoor! Wij hebben een fijne verblijf gehad en het is zeker een aanrader!

Ich bin sehr zu Frieden mit dem Hotel gewesen! Sehr sauber und wird durch ein Security überwacht. Also nicht jeder kann einfach so in den Hotel hereinspazieren. Mitarbeiter sind alle nett und hilfsbereit. Das einzige Manko meinerseits ist, dass der Shuttle zum Strand nur 2 mal fährt und die ein Vertrag mit einem Beach haben wo man 400 TL pp. zahlen muss. Nimmt euch ein Taxi zum Bitez Strand geht in eine x belibiegen Beach wo man nur Getränke zahlt.

Das Hotel hat für den guten Namen nicht diese schlechte Qualität verdient. Extrem schlecht finde ich das Personal in der Rezeption. Nicht hilfsbereit und sie spielen den Standard herunter. Die Aussagen sind dubios und an Ende auch falsch gewesen. So unfriedlich und schlecht wurde ich nicht beraten.
Leider hat das Zimmer meine Erwartung nicht entsprochen. Zu klein nicht modern und viel zu laut den ganzen Tag. Zudem erhielt ich immer irgendwelche Schrieben mit falschen Namen. Mir schien es so als hätte man an in der Anmeldung alles Falsch gemacht.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut jedoch hat man sich kaum Platz entfernt wurde alles Abgeräumt. Sehr ärgerlich – es hatte den Anschein als wolle man dem Prozess ein Ende setzen.
In der Umgebung gibt es nichts – alles ist mit dem Taxi zu erreichen, was wiederum viel Geld kostet.
Ich war auch in der Bar und auch hier keine Struktur. Mal wird die Zimmernummer gefragt und alles soll darüber abrechnet werden dann wird man doch zur Kasse gebeten. Wie dieses Hotel die 5-Sterne bekommen hat ist mir schier schleierhaft.
Ich musste um 3:30 Uhr in der früh auschecken. Es wurde ein Frühstückspaket versprochen, das natürlich nicht eingehalten wurde.
In Summe werde ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr aufsuchen und kann es auch keinem Empfehlen.

Leider ist die Erwartungshaltung an solch ein teures Hotel hoch und wenn es nicht getroffen wird ist es umso ärgerlicher. Der Check-In war schon eine Katastrophe. Ich habe so viele Hotels auf der Welt besucht aber so ein unfreundliches und in kleinster Weise hilfsbereites Hotel gesehen wie diese. Es wird der Standard herunterspielt. Die Aussagen sind dubios und am Ende hat sich herausgestellt das sie auch falsch waren. Das Zimmer hat absolut nicht meinen Erwartung entsprochen, Viel zu klein kein gehobener Standard für den Preis. Zudem war das Zimmer den ganzen Tag laut und ein schlafen kaum denkbar.

Großes und gutes Frstcksangebot mit sehr nettem Service. Schôner Pool - nur da wartet man vergebens auf Kellner. CheckIn hnd CheckOut unschön. Ansonsten alles tiptop - bis auf fehlenden Klobürsten??? Hat kein Mensch verstanden…
