Clean, helpful staff, comfortable, all good except for AC. Noisy AC either blows very cold or is off.

Very friendly to PCT hikers. Good breakfast.
Swathi
Room was clean and okay, checkin was smooth. Did not feel safe during stay though due to constant folks outside the door/ window( could hear them go in out all the night) smoking, chatting past midnight. Once you step out of room it’s not a great experience.
Breakfast was not good- a biscuit wrapped in plastic and placed directly on heat beside eggs!!??? - it’s not at all healthy. Staff was courteous and were refilling the food when required, but the plastic arrangement needs a change.
It would be good if we can restrict pets from dining area, food counters as it feels uncomfortable for others.

liked: cheerful and helpful staff. easy parking. nice amount of counter space in the bathroom. bathroom has a fan. good fridge with separate freeze. fitness center was clean and well equipped though not the most pro brand of equipment.
not like: china lake blvd is very loud and its right outside your window. bring some kind relief for your ears. no filtered water in the fitness center.

Felt safe enough,
Coffee was not as strong as I like it, kind of weak.
Breakfast was adequate.
The diner down the street had better but also more expensive.
Consider providing tortillas and other fixing to make a breakfast burrito.

Was a great place to stop after 4 days on the road. The hot tub was the best one we had experienced in a while. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast had a very good selection.
Cheryl
We were very impressed with the cleanliness both in the lobby and our rooms. Plenty of housekeeping staff Sunday morning when we were checking out. Everyone was so pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was hot and plentiful and they kept it well stocked. We will definitely be staying here again if we come back to Ridgecrest. Thank you for an awesome experience

My room is on the second floor and the property does not have elevator. It is challenging to move luggages to the room.

ISOBEL
Breakfast was very good- would prefer a lobby entrance to rooms but it was more than adequate for 3 nights.
Heidi
Amazing staff members, TVs had a ton of options, and all the restaurants are super close by. I personally didn’t find the bed to be very comfortable but my husband did :)!
Jayson
Fine stay
ranjeeta
The pool and hot tub are open and fully visible to public in the parking lot so there’s complete lack of privacy. The bathroom lacks a door. Floor boards warped in places. Acoustics suboptimal as one can hear outside noise as well as feel the footsteps. Breakfast offerings were decent. The staff esp Joseph at check in was friendly.
Kenis
I appreciated NO CARPET!

Staff is nice. Room needs an update. The toilet was tiny - just 15\" tall. Not suitable for a \"nice\" hotel. Parking is a bit limited ... if i parked in front of my room, in a marked space, i blocked in a car set at 90* from my space. Street parking is available for RVs or trucks.
Avi
Won’t stay here again!!!
A dozen reasons that any attentive hotelier would see in a minute.

The bed was reasonably comfortable as were the pillows.
The shower curtain was bad. Need two layers - one inside one outside. Water spray/bounced out of the corners because of this.
Front desk staff was courteous and friendly.
Hot meal products eggs and sausage leave a lot to be desired. Fruit was fresh.

Glad I stayed here! My room was nicely decorated & well maintained. I appreciated the microwave, mini-fridge, & small inclusions like makeup remover & earplugs. (Didn't need the earplugs, thankfully.) Breakfast buffet was good, with multiple hot items. Would stay here again.
Keyur
Veyr convenient

Such a friendly check in. Hotel is on a busy street I had the ac on and my sleep music on in my app so I didn’t hear a thing. Very clean and comfortable room. Beds very comfy!

The room is great. I also enjoyed the pool area. It’s near a busy road so it was a little noisy in the evening.

Heath
It's clean, convenient, well priced. EnjoyedThe staff didn't get much chance to stay long. Great Way point.
Susan
Decent hotel. Ok breakfast. Could use an upgrade with paper products and better towels.
Ella
Not the best part of town, carbon dioxide alarm went off middle of night , took battery out and still couldn’t stop it, so packed up to just leave early (it was 4 am). Told clerk at front desk about it….she didn’t seem too concerned said “we should have called someone”. “Breakfast was minimal ……very basic . Would not stay there again.
Sergio
Smooth check in. Breakfast better and expected for \"breakfast included\" options.
Edward
Nice room and good breakfast.
Justin
Everything was great, Great Staff
yuxin
You stay here because of the location and you need to sleep and shower. The walls are made of paper provides no sound proofing at all. You can hear next door breathing. Good luck if you want some sleep and your neighbors are alive. Not exaggerating at all. Otherwise it’s somewhat clean and tolerable to stay.
Rommel
Staff are friendly and helpfull.
Tom
The room smells like they dumped chemicals and just left them not clean and smelled for 2 days.
Vicente
Great facility, but it was noisy due to the trucks and traffic
Sudha
Staff at the property are very nice and courteous. We stayed in the family suite which was spacious, lots of light and comfortable.

Bel hotel
Une chambre très confortable ; le petit dejeuner était très complet et la personne qui faisait le service etait très disponible et souriante. Petit cookie bien sympathique à l'arrivée et l'accueil était disponible et souriant.

There were some guys outside who were smoking and making a lot of noise who were making our stay uncomfortable.
Leonard
Friendly staff good parking and nice rooms
William
When a hotel puts sets of earplugs in the room, it’s usually a bad sign. Other guests, loud hvac unit cycling on and off all night; many working crews staying there who were up and moving/making noise very early.
Room was clean; bathroom was good and newly updated; pillows were hard, foam slabs. Average overall.

Ac/heat unit a little loud, mattress too soft or worn out.
Craig
Management does not include blankets in the room. The bed has only a top-sheet and bed cover.
Didn't discover this until after a shower on a chilly night..
Office staff was very polite - at midnight - and offered me a thin blanket. I asked for a second blanket and the desk clerk provided that as well.

Decent place for a night or two
Our overall experience was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, breakfast was decent, and the location was good. The downside was how noisy it could be in the room. We were at the end of the building, but could still hear everything from people talking out loud outside in the hall, to toilet flushing from other rooms, electric cars coming in and out, etc. wondered if that’s why earplugs were there for use.
Ember
Fine for what we needed. A little loud in the morning when people are leaving or cleaning staff is moving carts around.
SESH
Booked online through expedia. Parking and checkin were a breeze. The check in clerk was super friendly, receptive, and helpful. Made us feel very welcome!
