Do not stay here if you want a clean room! The floor was dirty the couch was nasty! The dresser was missing drawers. Burn hole in the sheet. Oh and don’t get me started on the bugs….no bed bugs thank God but other little bugs crawling all around. Front desk was not helpful at all!

This hotel is disgusting—infested with cockroaches and countless other insects. It smelled foul, reeking of filth and cigarette smoke—despite the fact that I had specifically requested a non-smoking room. On top of that, the windowpane was cracked. I had barely opened the door when the place struck me as something out of a horror movie. It was, without a doubt, the worst lodging experience I have ever had—absolutely repulsive. The receptionist was very kind and offered to switch my room; however, when I opened the door to the first one and saw what looked like a nest of cockroaches, I went into a full-blown anxiety attack. Honestly, considering what the hotel promised, I feel completely ripped off. That is why I decided to leave and did not spend the night there.

Honest review... I didnt expect 5 star hotel. It's decent. I did find a bed bug. I covered the bed with my own bed cover and stayed in for three nights. For ppl with low budget it's an Ok place to stay. It was a humbling experience. I knew what to expect when I booked it. I was trying to save some money. Would I stay there next time, no unless I am limited to a budget.

I found a cockroach by the TV had to have the maintenance guy come up and adjust the tub handle and clean the drain out because there wasn't hot water there was no soap in the dispensers I will give the people that work there credit they were timely about coming up to get it fixed but overall the place needs work thank you

Room smelled like cat pee. No more hotels.com rooms were available and we prepaid so we settled for a can of air freshener from the office. On the way to get the spray I passed at least six feral cats eating cat food and garbage off the ground. I suspect they find a way into the rooms when the doors are propped open by the cleaners.

Toilet was filthy. Not sure if it was s@#t stains or rust. Dirty shower had black mold and the towels were worn our rags. The tattered couch was stained, dirty and stinky.

The desk clerk had no key jackets - when we checked in she scribbled our room number on a scrap of paper with the name and personal information of a previous guest on the back.

I’m old enough that would not call this the worst place ever but it would easily make the Top Ten Bad list for the past decade.

We stayed here a few years ago it was great. No so much anymore. Blankets were stained and dirty. No rags to take a shower and room smelled really bad. Most of all no hot water and mold in the bathroom. Will be coming back again.

The beds was dirty when we arrived the people around you was always gossiping staff guest etc was judging, I asked for clean sheets and I supplied the rest cleaning supplies myself. Our lights stopped working including ac and was told to deal with it or check out our second night there. After already being took for wrong date booking

The rooms are very spacious. There was even a full size refrigerator and microwave. Floor was dirty and cobwebs around the sink light fixture. Overall the place was great and you can't beat the price. I would recommend to stay here.

I was booking every two days due to waiting on my home and 22 hours after booking they came knocking on my door at 11am informing me that i had to get out after paying for the room saying the room was already booked also not giving me ny deposit and having me trespassed all due yo them wanting to steal my money very rude people, bad mouth and unprofessional

Cheap hotel, convenient hotel but I can’t stand hotels that aren’t clean. I had hair on my pillows as soon as I walked in, stains on furniture, and you could see the floor was barely swept and counters were not wiped.

The room was very spacious. Had a large refrigerator and a microwave. The coffee maker was small and only used provided coffee bags like tea bags. No breakfast is offered. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were non existent. We weren't able to sleep due to the level of pain caused from the terrible bed.

Was impressed by the room and able to watch an afternoon and evening of College Football after a 4th consecutive day of motorcycle riding. It was not until LATE once West Coast games concluded that I found my room had no faucet making a shower not possible. Also LATE there was a dog barking for an extendedamount of time It would be nice if listings would note if the location was also residential with what appeared to be residents.

The most disgusting repulsive place of business I’ve ever had the misfortune of being a part of. Mold all over the ceilings, dirty, stained sheets on beds, no hot water, and cockroaches crawling on the floor. We left to go stay somewhere else because and reported them to the department of health because there’s no way it’s safe to sleep there. The staff doesn’t care about anything going on and the short haired lady was extremely rude. F rating and this business should be shut down immediately.

The room could have been significantly cleaner and could have had at least one Kleenex box on the sink countertop. The towels were washed several too many times, I.e. thread bare and worn out. Upon arrival we saw one person giving a haircut to a young child on the walk way to the front office. Would definitely not recommend that particular Red Roof Inn. To boot the hot water heater broke Saturday evening. Did get it fixed by Sunday morning, thank God.

Had to wait in the lobby 20 minutes, when we got there at the correct 11am check-in time, after reserving the room online. Someone finally came in the reception area and said our room wouldn't be ready until 3pm because they didn't have it cleaned yet. 4 hours of wait time after being told to be there at 11am was quite disruptive and a hassle.

I stayed here with a dog. The floors are carpet free but filthy. I wiped up my dog’s water and the towel was black.
I had to walk back to the reception desk to get the electricity turned on. The tv remote never worked.
The hotel is an old hotel and pretty gross for $126 a night.

While it was not an expensive rate, the floors were dirty and sticky (laminate flooring, no carpet), the light over the bathroom sink did not work and although the booking site and a large sign at the hotel indicated there was breakfast served (the sign included the location and hours), they rudely said they had not served breakfast since COVID.

Never stay at Red Roof Inn. Rather sleep in a car!

Staff was unhelpful. No phones in the rooms to call front desk. 1/2 of the electrical outlets didn’t work properly. Had booked a handicap room and didn’t h get it. No walk in shower or safety strips on the floor of the tub or hand held shower unit. Couldn’t take a shower because I felt I would slip. No directions how to work the heating unit Couldn’t adjust the thermostat easily and the lighting was so dim it was difficult to walk around the bed with the all the lights on I booked 3 rooms. 2 had a coffee pot and the 3 rd did not. Each room was clean but the rest of the rooms were in terrible shape. The staff argued with my mother when she complained. Not once did the staff try to make anything better. I will never recommend any Red Roof Inn in the future. How they had decent reviews is a mystery. I’m disappointed in hotels.com because I’ve never had a bad room in 5 years let alone 3 on the same booking.

Nice size room. Bed mattress was old soft and not comfortable. Found that it was adjustable in the morning except it didn't work.
Property had a lot of stray cats wondering around and we found what appeared to be cat or dog hair accumulated in the corners of the bathroom.

I do not recommend

One week stay,I canceled after three nights the pool was closed and the first three nights were higher than the rest of the nights asked for a refund on some of the money for the pool being close. Said no. So I was charged $300 for three nights. That was extremely high for that stay.
