The room was clean, the bed was comfortable along with the pillows, I was a little disappointed the coffee has been removed from the rooms, but the fresh ground coffee in the lobby made up for it. Will definitely stay again.

Even though we stay in the area about twice a year and have for about 3 decades we had never stayed at this motel. However we found at the to be very clean comfortable kept up well. This may be our new go to for family visits.

The toilet seat was all beat up and peeling. Gross like a gas station toilet seat. Not acceptable for a $100/day hotel room and especially Holiday Inn. I told the front desk but this should have been flagged by the cleaning staff and remedied immediately. The dining area always had crumbs too and not cleaned continuously. This is a highly visible area and poor indicator of cleanliness.

Notification of why the electricity was out would’ve been nice. Also, when I checked out, the staff member did not even offer to deduct my night without electricity (or air conditioning or CPAP for my husband) from the bill. Not very good customer service.

Crickets and Cobwebs

My room had many crickets, both dead and alive, all over the room. The shower curtain had dried shaving cream mixed with shaved hairs from the previous guest. There were lots of cobwebs in the corners of the room like it hadn’t been cleaned well in a long time.

Great place to stay!

The staff are all completely 'chill'... no attitude or curtness. They actually care if you have/had a good stay. They work hard and have a lot of patience, which means a lot. The rooms are always clean and nothing ever looks like it needed to be replaced or fixed. The place also appears to be a 'working man's' hotel, because there were a lot of contractors that stayed. Props to this because the people that run the hotel work as hard as the men and women who maintain our infrastructure. At any rate, this is the place to stay if you visit or work in the Vincennes area.

We had to run to Walmart and buy odor spray for both rooms I reserved because they smelled like mold and mildew and my daughter and I both have allergies to these items. We were there for my son’s graduation and did not have time to change hotels or I would have.

I got a room for a weekend during a church conference i went to at New Life Holy Cathedral. My experience there was very good. The staff helped me out a lot and were very respectful and friendly. The room was very spacious and clean and along with the bathroom. For a hotel in Vincennes, it was a great stay. Ill definitely be staying there again on my next trip there.

The hotel staff was not at the front desk at all when I first arrived and there was people in the parking lot smokeing weed by the front doors. The staff did nothing about it. When we did see the staff they did not really show any interest in being there. We stayed only one night because it was such a bad experience.

The hotel was very quiet which we appreciate. The breakfast options were good to very good. Overall we will definitely stay here again on our future trips to Vincennes.

Great Stay!

Really comfortable stay! My first impression was how absolutely lovely the lobby smelled upon entering the building-I don't know what was used, but whatever it is smelled heavenly. Check in was easy & fast and everything was very clean and modern. My room was clean, comfortable, and spacious; the in room chaise lounge was the star of the show for me after a 5 hour ride. Oh and the lighting! The recessed fixtures on the headboard, wardrobe and TV mount were so cool! If the headboard could have been just a bit softer & dimmer, it would have been even better, but still very cool & easier on the eyes when it came time to relax.
My ONLY issue with my stay was the bathroom outlet didn't seem to work, which caused a slight inconvenience when it came time to style my hair, but outside of that, I was very pleased, and, as a frequent traveller to the area, have already booked my next visit.

My stay at your Vincennes property was great in every way. It was clean, quiet, convenient to everything. I will recommend this hotel to anyone for their stay in Vincennes Indiana. I would like to especially mention a woman named JENNIFER. I had had a difficult trip and was glad to finally get to the hotel She was my first contact. Jennifer was kind, thoughtful, helpful and an all around wonderful woman. Thank you, Jennifer.

It was okay. The pillows don’t have an encasements and they were stained. There’s carpeting and it should be tile. The bathroom tub didn’t drain all the way. I didn’t use a black light because I didn’t want to see anything gross. It didn’t smell. I guess that’s the best you can hope for sometimes. I felt it was overpriced for the area. Staff was super sweet.

For the most part the rooms were clean. You could tell the two rooms we had had not been swept. In one room we found a diaper. Thankfully not used. Some stains on the bedding. But overall not bad. Breakfast was ok minus the pancake machine not working right. Everything tasted good. The pool floor tore up the kids feet. They were bleeding when they got out. They said it was super rough. Overall our stay was good and we would stay again.

Pleasant stay in nice room, good hot breakfast.

Our stay was very pleasant. Room size is generous, bed was comfortable. Lobby is a compressed space and not especially welcoming. Room has an actual Keurig machine, which is welcome. Breakfast is slightly better than other hotels in this price range,

Terrible customer service

The air conditioner in our room quit working one of the nights, then when it was working it wouldn’t stop blowing frozen air and wouldn’t turn off. I also tried to check in another family member because they were getting into town late and didn’t have time to check in before the wedding. The woman working the counter was extremely unhelpful and rude and did not resolve my problem what so ever and made my other family never pay for another room that had already been reserved and paid for. I was very frustrated and disappointed and I will never stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone else.
