Perfect hotel in a perfect location

The Hotel exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the breakfast was fantastic, with something for everyone, and the room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Could not fault any aspect of our stay.

had rental car came back late on evening and there was no parking slots available in the Parking garage . I parked at a charge station for E-vehicle and received a parking ticket for $60.00 I contacted Hotel reception there was nothing they could do :-( why offer hotel parking ?? I also had to pay an overnight fee since it is a private company that owns the garage( Europark). I

The hotel didn’t receive the booking from hotels.com so there was a bit of hassle at check in. Booked a room for two adults with two twin beds, got a small cubby with a single 90cm bed.

Pent rom og min datter og jeg fikk en oppgradering av rommet som var en veldig hyggelig gest av en koselig og serviceinnstilly resepsjonist. Rommet var rent og pent men vegger, dører, bad og korridorene bærer preg av slitasje.
Men første etasje og andre områder rundt ellers var veldig fancy og fint. Gode senger.
Flott frokost!! Veldig bra og mye utvalg! Også veldig bra for meg med glutenallergi.👍 Veldig hyggelige og blide personale ved frokosten. Litt dumt at restauranten og baren hadde påskestengt allerede før palmesøndag. Hotellet ligger fint til og det er kort avstand til det meste. Kommer gjerne tilbake☺️

Dåligt att det inte finns strykjärn på rummet och att man heller inte kan få det vid förfrågan. Istället hänvisas man till ett slitet strykrum i andra änden av hotellet. Också dåligt att restauranten endast erbjud en buffé, inga andra alternativ.

3 etasjer veldig varmt rom, dårlig isolert, hver gang andre rommet losser seg ut og in føles som det hver på din dør. Døra rister hele tiden. Kaffe maskinen på frokost trenger en skikkelig service. Van mugg på frokost uten hver lunk, ikke et is bit en gang. Ellers hyggelig personal.

Bra, men med noen forbedringspunkt

Generelt sett et veldig bra opphold. Frokosten var bare helt fantastisk!
Men jeg savnet nattbord på rommet. Jeg måtte enten legge fra meg tingene mine på gulvet ved siden av sengen eller oppi sengen. TVen slo seg av kort tid etter at man slo den på, uten grunn mens man så på. I tillegg var rommene lytt så man kunne høre når folk gikk forbi i gangen utenfor og pratet.
Det negative var likevel ikke så stort at jeg ikke vil kunne dra dit på nytt.

Fint hotel, men meget varme værelser

Pæne og rene værelser og venligt personale, men fordi værelserne lå på 4. sal oppe under taget, og det var varmt vejr blev værelserne næsten ulideligt varme, og vi havde svært ved at sove pga varme. Det havde været rart med fx en bordventilation vi kunne have tændt.
Morgenmaden var virkelig lækker og overdådig.

Bästa boendet på vår norgeresa.

Vi bodde i Norge 7 nätter och detta var vår bästa övernattning. Det var svalt på rummet (ca 30 grader ute och inte alla hotell hade ac som funkade…).
Det var tyst.
Frukosten var toppklass.
Dock fick barnen ingen mocktail (trots att det tydligen var en sommardrive på detta på alla scandic..)

Hotel såg veldig fint ut på utseende og lobby men når du kom up til korridor for rommet ditt jeg synes det var kaldt og ikke innbydene. Vi blir låst ut av rommet før utsjekking (teknisk feil) men ingen beklaget seg. Kan ikke anbefaler noe jeg ikke var heilt fornøyd med.

Altså greit det ble bytta ut håndkle osv hver dag men når jeg kom tilbake lørdag etter en dag ute så var energidrikken som låg i kofferten borte så litt kjipt at den ble tatt

Bra hotell. Vi bodde i en av suitene. Et solid og godt variert frokost tilbud inkludert i prisen!

Minus var at det var en del støv på rommet og på toalettet lå det et håndkle når vi ankom rommet. Et annet minus var at når vi åpnet vinduene kom det sigarettrøyk sivende inn utenfra.

Alt i alt et bra opphold og det var ingen av disse tingene som ødela oppholdet.
