The staff was lovely across the board. The breakfast was far better than I expected for such an inexpensive hotel. I would have liked a kettle in the room. Aside from that, the bed was very comfortable, but the room was a bit old. The carpet smelled a bit musty. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those looking for a good value.

Located on the Drammen River in a modern area. Approximately 10 minute walk to train station. The Ypsilon Bridge takes to to the Bragenes area within 8 minutes. The Drammen Bath (swimming pool, aquatic park) is also nearby. The breakfast at Comfort Hotel was wonderful.

Nice and easy hotel to stay in if you travel by foot, bike or public transport. Not so much if you travel by car as no parking in hotel and nearby areas have extortionate parking rates. Hotel staff were not very knowledgeable about parking when we arrived. In addition they had trouble in locating our booking even though we had called ahead about our late arrival. Not what you want to contend with at 6 in the morning after more than 30 hours on the road.
The hotel itself was fine and basic. Breakfast a bit lacking in taste. The room itself was adequate, with the exception of the leaking shower head.

God frukost! Vi stannade två nätter och det var varation på frukosten. Snyggt och rent, skön säng och lugnt så man sov gott. Mycket trevlig personal. Bra med gym. Enda (-) minus för dyr parkering under ”Meny”. Och lyckades få p-bot utanför trots att jag betalat, valde fel zonkod av misstag. Tack för allt!

Rommet var rent, men virket litt slitt. Gardinene hang halvveis på den ene stanga. Var en pute til hver, og for meg som kvinne, var denne altfor høy og ukomfortabel, noe som gikk ut over søvn. Baderommet hadde vindu ut mot soverommet (høyt oppe). Når en av oss var oppe på natta for å bruke toaletter, ble hele rommet opplyst slik at også den andre våknet. Savnet vannkoker og kaffe på rommet. Grei frokost, men noe begrenset utvalg. Bittesmå glass til juice. Var tomme etter tre slurker slik at man stadig måtte bort for å fylle opp. Hyggelig personalet, praktisk at man kunnr sjekke inn på egenhånd, fint loungområde og uteområde.

Vi fikk en lite personlig velkomst med lite engasjement. Rommene er relativt slitne og frokosten oppleves noe kaotisk. Gir et pluss for gratis parkering i helgen og ikke minst beliggenheten. Lobbyområdet er kult. Synd at ikke personalet og hotellet ikke innbyr til mer aktivitet i lobbyen. Vi har besøkt hotellet to ganger i 2025 og velger et annet hotell neste gang.
