Really liked this location and the staff, but there was no way to regulate temperature in the room and I don’t understand why there was no enclosure to the shower so water would not get all over the bathroom.

Average 3* hotel. Well situated not far from the station. Very impersonal welcome at reception. No information given about the hotel. Minimal service.

Room was clean. Bed is not ready made as you have a folded comforter on top of your bedsheet that you need to unfold and set on the bed.

First day, the heater was a bit on the high side. I mentionnés it to the reception. Next few days heater was out. Cannot control from the room.

Bathroom is comfortable but one of the shower door did not have the rubber underneath so the water was leaking on the tiles every time I took a shower. Needed to use the towels to sponge out the water. The towel could be a bit bigger.

Breakfast is good and plentiful. Good selection. Would be good to get a small plier to get the bread out of the toaster instead of burning your fingers. Waiters are just clearers and are not even greeting you when you come for breakfast. Coffee machine was not functioning and I had to get a waiter who said to me that it was full. He emptied the drawer but when I came back it was not working. Had to call another waiter. Service is very limited.

Ok stay but will not stay there again.

Very nice stay here always

This is the most convenient hotel for anyone having an office in Asker proper as well as to access all the nice restaurants nearby Asker train station. Of the 3-4 options within Asker, this is my first choice due to these reasons. Their breakfast is also amazing and I have never been let down by it. Coffee is always available in the lobby. So not having a coffee machine in the room is not really missed.
There is only one improvement I can suggest. In winters, the rooms are extremely dry and that really affects my nasal passages badly. I dont experience the same with the hotels near the airport, so there must be something they can do to humidify the rooms a bit better.

We were given a very good room and the staff was very kind and helping. The place is situated very near to the rail, and bus stations and great facilities for eating out were available.

I recommend this hotel for families, couples as well as group holiday makers.

Pretty much everything we wanted

I couldn’t have asked for a better welcome and stay in this hotel it’s about a 5-10 minute walk from the train station . Comfortable rooms and beds one of the best things of the room is the underfloor heating in the bathroom this is amazing !!!
Breakfast is also one of the best I’ve seen in hotels all you need in one room :)

Stay here everytime

I tend to stay here everytime I visit as it is close to the city center as well as our office in Asker. Eating places are within walking distance and the breakfast is pretty good as well.

Good hotel, good location, shame about road noise.

Typical Scandic hotel. Comfortable enough although room very warm. Lots of noise from outside, fast cars and thumpin' car stereos at 4am. Breakfast and restaurant food quality is good. Room was spacious and shower room en-suite was OK. Not sure why the rubbish was lifted from the bin and left on the desk by cleaning staff. Location was ideal, under 10 mins walk from the train station and Asker centre and only 20 mins walk to work. Apart from the noise from outside the hotel it is a good option for accommodation.

Best in Asker

If you are working in Asker like I was, this is a good option. Located not too far from the train station. Might be a good option for Oslo area as well if you want to save some money and use the train to commute into Oslo.
Breakfast is quite good with good options.

Fine room.

Since it was a handicapped room to have an extra bed for our daughter, things were different. The shower only had one panel, which meant water got everywhere on the floor The oddest part was the air conditioning. It was controlled at the desk and the room was hot. No signs in the room either but my husband went to the front desk and they explained and adjusted it. Room was neat and clean and the breakfast was wonderful. Thanks for posting allergy information.

Rather sterile hotel. Have stayed some 4 times for practicality. Nice-sized rooms and excellent breakfast are its positives. Rooms and fittings are sterile and impersonal, and often function poorly. Examples: hinged shower doors open onto toilet and sink (sliding doors would have been more practical). To view yourself in the mirror in the room means standing up against the wall. Air is dry, walls resonate when neighbours open and shut their doors. Tables are supposedly retro styled but virtually impractical. Not a place I feel at all at home in.

If you dont ask the reception, your room wont be clean during your stay. A bit strange but you better read the info in the room as no one told us upon check in.*
In our bathroom, there was a continuous whistling noise coming from the pipes in the ceiling. quite disturbing.
Rooms are over heated even after asking the reception to lower the temperature.

Hotellet i seg selv er veldig bra, men de bør ta en prat med renholdspersonalet. Ved innsjekk var rommet ikke ryddet, og etter en prat med resepsjonen ble vi enig om at vi kunne vente til neste dag for å få skiftet sengeklær og få rent rom. Vi våkner neste dag og drar ut på våre ærend, kommer tilbake i 18-tiden og sengen er fortsatt ikke skiftet på. Det er fjernet litt boss her og der, men av en eller annen grunn er sengen fortsatt skitten.

Vi løste dette med å bli oppgradert til et større rom, som er veldig hyggelig, men det var en veldig unødvendig situasjon til å begynne med.

Alt i alt fint hotell, fine rom, svært hyggelige resepsjonister - men elendig renholdspersonal.

This was my first time visiting Bergamo, and the hotel was a great choice. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered plenty of options. The location is ideal—just a short walk to Città Alta (via the funicular), the main shopping street, restaurants, and the central train station. The only quirky detail was the elevator system—it’s not the most efficient, but it didn’t affect our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and when we return to Bergamo, this will definitely be our choice again.

Litt gammelt, men også helt greit.

Superior rom var visst i gammel del. Rommet er større, og med universell utforming på do og dusj.

Fint med ekstra divan/sovesofa i egen liten ‘hagestue’. Der var også egen tv og mulighet for å lukke igjen mot rommet. Varmt rom, uten kontroll på rommet. Resepsjonen kunne justere ned, men det ble ikke kaldt.

Minibaren var varm, så vi fikk legge litt drikke i eget kjøleskap ved resepsjonen. Det var null stress, og personalet var veldig hyggelig.

God mat, og greie (elektriske) senger med justeringsmuligheter.

Savnet badekar og dobbeltseng. Det var på de mindre rommene (ikke superior).

Stort fint rum, superior rum, med ställbara sängar. Vi var där 16-18 maj. Utmärkt läge nära centrum. Enda nackdelen var att rummet låg mot ett dygnet runt öppet Mc Donalds. Kjedelig hotel med kjipt rom og ukomfortabel seng. Helt greit sted å sove og spise bra frokost. Hyggelig betjening, men i helgen stengte baren og middag var ikke tilgjengelig. Antar hotellet overlever på lavkost kurs og konferanser. I forhold til pris var oppholdet ikke verdt pengene.

Ett väldigt ”rakt upp o ner” hotell, varken mer eller mindre än man betalar för. Lite besviken på att man behövde be om städning speciellt och att de då inte ens bytte ut använda glas eller öppnade gardinerna. Mycket trevliga tjejer i receptionen lyfte intrycket.

Helt greit hotell, fikk et handicap rom med justerbar seng, som var et pluss. Samme dag som utsjekk stormet vaskerne inn på rommet kl 09.00 mens jeg lå å sov, og slo døra igjen så hardt at sengen ristet, sykt irriterende når utsjekk var klokken 11-12 og vi var sent på bryllupsfest natten før

Fint hotell med svært god service, god frokost og hyggelig personell. Det var god komfort på rommet. Treningsrommet var veldig bra i forhold til vanlige hoteller, ikke så stort men hadde veldig fine apparater og vekter. Bildene på nettet fra treningsrommet yter ikke rommet rettferdighet.
