No problems at all property was clean. Staff was friendly. The only small issue I have is the vending machine was limited and had no water out of light to been able to get a bottle of water from the vending machine machine.

Late check in/out options a plus! | Friendly Reception Person | We opted for late check out for a fee at 1pm since we got in late - but the house keepers were stomping around doing WWE moves above us and next to us by 9am (way before regular check out at 11am) they were so loud they woke up my baby- so we just ended up leaving at 10am.

This was my second time and last time. Check in is fine. The staff are very friendly and polite. The cleanliness is standard for the price range. Convenient to I5 and plenty of fast food around. My issue, for the second time the shower head was completely clogged with hardly any water coming out, only one setting worked and it was less than a pepee, the shower made a horrible screeching sound, it took forever for hot water. This was the exact same problem as last time in a different room. Then I could hear everything from the room above me. I barely slept, feel dirty, and will never return.

Not a pleasant stay from the blaring phone call before 7am to fetch the luggage cart then someone walking in my room unannounced assuming because it was time to check out. I paid extra for a late check out. Overall unpleasant and unwelcoming atmosphere and staff.

The blinds let in lots of light from the light that was right outside. The little refrigerator was super loud. One of the lights in the bathroom didn’t work and then in the middle of the night it turned on. The heater sounded like it was gonna die. And you could hear everything that was going on outside. Oh and I think it has the worlds smallest pool.

She had my registration paper work ready for me and placed all 3 rooms next to each other on the same floor. She went above and beyond in accomodating my party and me!

Low water pressure. Fridge made racket all night and so did the AC. Elevator broke down right before leaving and we had to sherpa our stuff from the top floor. I will say the staff were very nice.

Broken toilet, broken blow dryer, no shampoo, the entire lobby/dining area smells like chlorine from the indoor therapy pool, situated next to the lobby elevator. I also felt that the surrounding area was unsafe.

That said, the staff were extremely welcoming, personable, and responsive.

No water in the shower and the sink was backed up. Plumbing situation was REALLY BAD. We informed the front desk but they told me to call the manager the next day. Lack of ownership and empowerment is awful customer service.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The property was quiet and safe. The room was clean. The only thing I saw was the faucet was a little dirty. The handle of faucet felt a little sticky, and I saw a little toothpaste above it by the mirror. Other than that everything was great. The property was really quiet during my stay.
