Came in on time to check in got my room key went to my room where the room was not clean came back downstairs for another room went up to the next room and that room was not cleaned. Came back downstairs. They gave me another room and the door was dead lock had to have somebody help open door.

The night check-in staff was awesome- helped get me into the right room with what I needed. complementary weekday breakfast not the same as weekend spread, still good, just not alot of choices. Parking was easy and free. Remember it’s a motel not a hotel with interior hallways to rooms.

Our TV did not work and the guy that postponed his lunch break to come and help us was excellent. He worked for 30 - 40 minutes to no avail and finally i had to tell him to forget it, it was time to go to sleep anyhow.

Nothing wrong with staff.
Photos on the website are deceiving. It is quite close to the highway, lot of noise inside the room. Doors are not even insulated for both sound and weather. Lot of cold draft. Breakfast is cold and low quality. Area around the premises is sketchy to move around. Booking hotels in a different place, an hour before or after this place would have been better choice.

This place is a disgrace to the LaQuinta name. Broken elevator, broken ice machine, room smelled like weed. The one working elevator looked and sounded straight out of the 70s, probably the last time it was inspected. Most Motel 6s are in better shape than this hotel. This place has no business charging what it does. Disgraceful place

Room was worn, chair dirty with bedside plugins that didn’t work and badly patched holes in walls & closet door.
Tub was old old with ancient peeling fixtures.
They ran out of breakfast food early & people just looked in and left.
Bed was ok & towels were clean but it was NOT in the same league with the Wyndham we stayed at the night before.
I would not recommend & would not stay here again.

More or less what I would expect for a room at this price range. Sex work happening in some of the rooms and pretty noisy but didn’t bother me too much. What did bother me is that the tv didn’t work in my room. Not being able to watch tv in a hotel room is not okay specially if I’m trying to block out some of the outside noise.

I would never ever stay at La Quinta Inn ever again. This was by the far the worst hotel I had ever stayed in. Our toilet was clogged the whole time we were there, we let the front desk know twice and they never sent anyone even though they said they would. At the end my husband went and asked the front desk guy for a plunger because our toilet was about to overflow. I had previously went down my self and asked for a plunger and the front desk guy told me that the maintenance man was going to be coming. They never came to take our trash out, change our sheets or bring us new towels. The TV in our room didn’t work properly nor did the remote. Lastly, the walls are so paper thin that you can hear the person that’s on the other side of you as if you are in their room with them. I do want to acknowledge that their complementary breakfast they offer is decent and they have variety.

There was chunks of debris in my ice from the machine along with particles of ice, garbage was piled everywhere but inside the garbage bin. the elevators were out of order and out of 6 or 7 ice machines only one gave ice and there were feces right outside on the pavement

It had been awhile since my last stay. The new decor was a pleasant surprise. However the one thing that was not changed were the beds and pillows. Totally uncomfortable. There was also a leak from the room above that dripped into the toilet. Yes, this happened while in use. I will choose a new hotel on my next trip.

General area where the hotel is at is a bit sketchy. 0-star for hotels.com

The 0-star is for both this La Quinta place and hotels.com. This location is more of a local community living place rather than a hotel. There were people in and out of the small parking lot in cars and on foot. There were semi's and RVs in the lot with doors open. All hotel rooms were faced out to the lot, and some room doors were left open. We felt unsafe just sitting in the car at 9pm.
We did not check-in, but did inquire the front desk on the cancellation process. When hotels.com were contacted they neither helped us getting an alternate hotel, nor refund us on this La Quinta hotel. We had to book and pay another hotel through a different vendor. Hotels.com lured us into booking this hotel with false advertising, and then kept our money knowing we were unable to stay at the hotel due to safety risk and concern. It's a scam. We will not use hotels.com again.

I had really high hopes for this hotel, we've stayed in the hotel on the other side of the fwy (literally a 2 min drive)& didnt think it would be much different. Boy were we wrong, I could see why the price was cheaper, but from the moment we pulled up, people were smoking (even though there were signs all around that said it was a smoke free property). Our room was on the 2nd floor & the elevator was out of service. The worst part was the people staying there, im not sure if people live there but it was so noisy, i get it during the day, but im talking about 1 and 2am. i always travel with my noise machine to drown out any noises, well my machine wasnt loud enough to drown out the loudness outside. People kept walking by, yelling, kids running past our door & as we stayed on the 2nd foor, we could hear kids runing on the3rd floor. Good thing we only stayed 2 nights, but we were ready to leave on the 1st night. Then to make matters worst, both mornings that we were there we walked past our neighboring room where there were boxes (at least 3 boxes of 36 count) of beer that had been consumed. When we got to our car, there was an empty bottle of water on the hood, which led me to believe that people were partying it up around my car and made me feel uneasy about parking on the premises. The gentleman that checked us is was super sweet. The room didnt have carpet, which we liked, but the restroom could use some upgrades. I would NOT stay here again even if its cheaper.

The grounds look much cleaner
than the last time we were here. The toliet seat needs to replaced. The seat is wobbly.
The drains in the sink & bathtub drain slowly. Had to pull out globs of hair in both
sink & bathtub. Our previous stay same thing. We were informed that we can no longer stay at this establishment due to our dogs. It was stated that our room smelled like urine the last time we stayed here. Find it hard to
believe cause we wipe down all surfaces with hospital grade cleaners. We are at a loss as to what the problem is. The explanation given doesn’t add up. If there are certain requirements for clean up it should be stated in the hotels policy. If our room smelled urine then how come all the rooms in this establishment smell of smoke. Urine smell is a lot easier to clean up than the smell of smoke.

Horrible hotel! Due not stay with kids. Hotel rooms wreak smoke and skunk smell. People live there and do drugs in the walk ways. Filthy! Went down for breakfast and was told nothing was left however still over an hour left of time. Luckily a restaurant is right next to it so we went there. Also website shows a weight room and there is not one

My room was gross and dirty. It’s clear there hasn’t been any up-keeping done. The parking lot had trash and transient people loitering around. I will never come back. The only positive thing I can say is the front desk employees were pleasant.
