The hotel was lovely and the rooftop restaurant and bar was magical...especially at sunset. The room was immaculate, well sized and comfortable. The shuttle to and from the airport was a pleasant surprise. The only minor compliant is when the AC kicked in it sounded like a jet engine and disrupted our sleep. I highly recommend this hotel.

Overall, the hotel was nice, but one thing to be aware of is that there is a nightclub located on the lower level of the building. Unfortunately, the noise reached our room and kept us up all night. I wouldn't book again.

The staff and shuttle service were the real mvps during this stay. The shuttle service from LGA was convenient, brisk and timely with friendly and cautious drivers. The staff overall were attentive and sought ways to enhance the experience. Specially, Andrew went above and beyond his primary duties ensuring that our stay was memorable. Do not miss out on the rooftop bar with stunning vistas of the NYC skyline. We will definitely stay here again in the future!!

Stayed for 2 nights and hotel covered our needs. The lobby is not on the first floor so I was a little turned around when arriving and the parking lot is not owned by the hotel and is a self pay so there was no one to greet or explain that. The room was clean with very comfortable beds. Several dining options available at a cost. Would stay again if I need to be close to LaGuardia. It looks nicer on the inside than outside. Good rates, nice service. Great rooftop views.

The staff went above and beyond with every interaction! The room was clean. Bed is comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The rooftop restaurant give spectacular views of the city although we did not try the other two restaurants in the hotel they stay packed so I think it is safe to assume all restaurants in the hotel are wonderful! 10/10 recommend!

In addition, this hotel provides a shuttle to and from the airport.

The staff was very pleasant! The night attendants were great and I dealt with three different people.

Hotel rooms were updated, comfortable, clean.

Location was close to Citi Field/Louis Armstrong y and LaGuardia, which was convenient. McDonald’s, Ulta, HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, etc were within a 15 min walk,

The gentleman that drove the shuttle was kind. I suggest you schedule your shuttle in advance. We could only use the shuttle upon arrival as there were scheduled departures and it did not work for our departure.

They had an event downstairs that went on until after 2:30am with loud music. When I say lound our floor in our room was vibrating! There were people laughing, yelling, and talking loudly right outside our windows. We did not get any sleep whatsoever. The only thing we were grateful for was the sweet front office staff, and the free shuttle service they provided.

They are no signs for people to know where the front desk is located
There were a lot of cuts with cleaning materials in the hallway. I had no help pulling my 3 suitcases. But the staff could see that I need help.
They never even greeted me.

There were a few things that needs attention like the window shade in our room would not go up or down. Staff came and attempted to put a charger on it but still never worked. The sunlight could it be blocked. The elevator floor was nasty - should be cleaned more. The rooftop bar - had pizza and found hair in my food and returned to waiter who apologized. Staff were all nice and helpful.

The staff was tremendous. I have never been to New York so he gave me a room with a view of Manhattan, for no extra charge. It was phenomenal. The rooftop restaurant won't let u see the sunset unless you buy something. Just FYI. I didn't have their breakfast but it did look yummy. The room was freezing when I got there and it took like 5 hours to warm up. I slept in my coat. They didn't have maintenance that night. All in all I would stay here again. There is a Chinese buffet there but it's almost $60 a person. No thanks. I ordered sushi from My Sushi 🍣. Yummy

This hotel was the surprise of the year for me as I knew it would be a challenge to get a good room in the city. I read plenty of reviews and decided to give it a try. Honestly I have no idea as to why there are negative reviews for this modern, clean, well appointed property. It was better than expected once I arrived and started to evaluate all aspects of Voco. The lobby on the 2nd floor has a great smell and it's nothing invasive like other hotels that smell of cleaning products. The hallway looked great. And my room was an oasis in the midst of College Point. Great beds, and a modern and well appointed bathroom with plenty of towels of great quality and size. I loved the shower and used both shower heads. Pillows? Plenty and absolutely perfect for a good night sleep. But the highlight was the rooftop lounge. What a great area indoors and outdoors with stunning views especially at night. We had drinks and light food. But I did not use the hotel breakfast during my stay and I'm not able to review that aspect. My family members in NY were impressed and surprised by my hotel find and even took pictures of the property. Some reviews complain about noise from the Karaoke next door but I did hear some noise on Saturday night yet nothing to prevent my rest. It probably depends on your room location . I had room 224 and it was perfect including windows which I requested during check in and the reception was nice enough to get me my wish. I will return to Voco happily.

I stayed here at this hotels this past weekend for my birthday. The staff here was extremely friendly and considerate. I had a birthdays cake they let me hold it in their fridge for my stay. They hotels is so nice and beautiful, well kept room and very spacious bathroom. When you walk in the hotel from from the lobby it smelled so good every time. There’s valet parking and they hotel also validated you ticket so it cheaper for your stay. They have a full gym and a very spacious area. Overall I would stay here again at this hotel 1000/10. Thank you everybody here for making my birthday weekend so amazing

My reservation was cancel and when I called, the one room that was left Andrew assured me that I would love it and I did! The part I HATE the most about the local was the parking it was terrible due to weddings and a Chinese buffet on the same building. Other wise my overall stay way great. Room was horrible. Pubic hair everywhere. Everything was just nasty. Shower had had pubic had everywhere. The sink was nasty. Spit all over the sink. I asked the cleaning lady to clean and she brought me towels . The bathroom had a drain on the floor and the smell was so bad we had to cover it with towels and a trash can. Paper thin walls , had to listen to the people in the room beside me being intimate …. Restaurant on roof was closed and nobody told us. Overall horrible stay. Never again. Please consider staying somewhere else

Strange entryway that is not self evident the first time you arrive; the lobby is on the second floor and you will not get there if you press the elevator button on the wrong side of the elevator. Unusual to have paid parking in a neighborhood like College Point.
Staff was very nice, hotel was very clean and room well appointed. Breakfast was okay but cost more when I booked it on line vs paying à la carte. I don’t expect microwave eggs when I’m paying that much.

They didn’t make the bed for room service. I thought they would. But it could be different in different hotel.

One of the blinders was not working. The manager came to fix it but we had only two options: bring it up and never bring it down therefore unless I woke up before the sun I should be fine. Second was leave it the way it was, which means there’s no natural light during the day.

I recently stayed here and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel itself is quite nice—clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.
• The Staff: Without a doubt, the service was the standout feature. The team was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
• Atmosphere: The general vibe of the hotel is great and it's clear they take pride in the property.
Areas for Improvement:
• Parking: My only real struggle was the parking situation. Spaces are somewhat limited, which can be a bit of a challenge if you're arriving later in the evening.
• Breakfast: While there is a breakfast option, the selection was a bit sparse. I would have loved to see a larger variety of choices to start the day.
Despite the minor hurdles with parking and breakfast, the wonderful staff and the quality of the hotel make this a solid choice. I would definitely stay here again!
