We are from Upstate NY. My daughter and two grandsons had a wonderful day. I was very appreciative of it. They even expressed how great the breakfast was. The staff were so attentive to us and helpful. The services of Hskp and staff brought in extra things we needed without asking, which was nice. When we called for someone to solve a TV problem, they were quick to attend to our needs. Thank you, for your services.

My family and I always stay at this hotel because it’s conveniently close to the airport with easy access to both the bus and train stations. However, this year I was disappointed with the room, the bed, and the overall upkeep of the hotel. The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable and noticeably sunken in. The closet door wasn’t functioning properly—the hinge was loose, causing it to fall off track and making it difficult to close.

The continental breakfast was average, and the waffle maker was not working on one of the mornings during our stay.

On a positive note, the staff were extremely professional, helpful, and kind. One staff member in particular, Tony, went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service throughout our entire stay. We truly appreciated his kindness and dedication.

Overall, we had a good stay despite the issues, and we will possibly return next year.

The only thing that needs to be added or adjusted. Expedia has the hotel listed as with with shuttle service. it does not specify La Guardia ONLy. Which was an expensive and grave inconvenience .

The hotel is close to LaGuardia. A phone call to the hotel and the shuttle arrived within 20 min. Check in was very easy and fast with a very pleasant staff member who was helpful with some suggestions for take out food that was close by as there isn't anything within comfortable walking distance of the hotel. The room was clean. The breakfast was particularly well done for a hotel with lots of options and a staff member restocking and monitoring the dining room. We were able to book the shuttle for the next morning as well to return to the airport.

Room was nice and cozy, there was a big tv which allowed you to connect to Netflix, YouTube and Amazon prime if you have an account. Hotel itself looks a bit aged, elevators take a while to come as I think there’s only one. Breakfast wasn’t really all that, they have simple breads, some type of egg and a sausage. Also cereal and oatmeal, not the best but it’ll do if you’re trying to save money. They also have a shuttle that takes you to and from the airport, but you have to call and let them know as the shuttle doesn’t just show up.
Big plus is that there’s a bus station right outside the hotel it takes like a minute to walk to, hop on and it takes you to the nearest train station.
Didn’t get a 5 star just due to the hotel’s appearance and the location of where it is, not too much to do unless you take a bus down to Main Street, breakfast wasn’t great, and snacks that they sell in the lobby are overpriced like most hotels, but the rate to stay was very affordable for New York!

It was a good stay, will complain about the severe limited parking in the area but not to mention the uncleanliness of the bathroom. We found a lot of hairs on the towels and the actual liner was stained with some brown looking spots. The employees were marvelous! I can not emphasize that enough. Just the cleanliness wasn’t the best.

Free airport shuttle didn’t arrive. After an hour waiting outside in hurricane, I called and was treated like I was an annoyance. Driver showed up speeding and called me on the phone to hurry up. The hotel was in a scarey location (not what I would expect of a Hilton ). The staff were rude. The room was frightening and in need of a lot of repair. The noise level kept me awake all hours. I can’t believe I paid over $300 for that.

The bedspread was stained in several spots. The lobby needs to be updated, it looks shabby compared to other Fairfield Inn properties. Replace the lemonade with flavored water (lemon slices, cucumber slices, orange slices). The lemonade seems kind of tacky.

I was ready to settle with the idea that this place is just a base to shower and sleep after a long day during my visit to New York, but I’m more than impressed that my room is very cozy and even homey on top of being clean. The AC was easy to figure out and adjust to my comfort and the bathroom water temperature is very responsive. The staff are very accommodating and efficient. Plus, this is a great location for someone who wants to venture out to try a variety of Asian cuisine since Flushing’s Chinatown is literally an 8-10 min drive from the hotel. Definitely coming back here with family to give them a taste of New York without being overwhelmed.

Overall, my stay wasn’t terrible, but I have stayed at a lot of Fairfield Inns, and this one by far was the worst. It’s relatively small. The rooms are on the smaller side. You had to park on the street. Breakfast wasn’t good at all - just didn’t have much of a taste or food choices like other Fairfield Inns. Some of the ladies at the desk were very helpful and nice, but other ones, especially night shift, just seemed unprofessional and were geeking out and watching TikTok’s loudly in the lobby while making videos. The shuttle driver to the airport was very nice and sweet, but his driving was a little erratic at times and I was scared at times that he would wreck the vehicle.
Positives: very close to the airport, quiet neighborhood and stay, and right across the street from the police academy and from the Q26 bus, which staff did help us figure out public transportation the night we arrived so that was very nice. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Overall, an okay place to stay if you’re just there to sleep.

We had an early flight and the shuttle did not run 24 hours so we had to take an Uber. Room and bed was very comfortable. Person at desk was pleasant but not particularly friendly and made no effort to assist in getting a luggage cart or helping get luggage to room even though my Mom had mobility limitations making handling all the luggage difficult for me. The person was not unfriendly, just not super helpful.

we did not use the airport shuttle due to the schedule not working with our flight cancellation and last minute booking - we would not have made it in time to the airport if we had to wait on the shuttle's schedule. The breakfast food was decent and the staff was attentive, but the space was so limited.
The WORST part of our stay was how unclean the hotel and rooms were. The lobby has several leaks in the ceiling with buckets of dirty water in the pathway from reception to the elevator. When we got to the room, the temperature was extremely cold (thermostat read 62 degrees F). The duvets had black spots all over them on both beds, and there were black hairs under the duvets on the sheets. we requested a room change and showed the front desk photos of the issues. were given a new room, but again the sheets had hairs on them. We ended up spreading our own clothes over the pillows and and bed so we could catch some sleep. The bathroom was also not clean. There was urine on the back of the toilet seat and cover which we cleaned just so we could use it. Additionally, there was a black rim in the sink that you could see in the mirror reflection and finally, there was a lot of black in the bathtub grout/caulk. The towels were dingy looking but smelled clean.

Not cooperative team members to solve clients problem.
For example for early check they are cooperative enough to facilate the check in, there is attitude problem. I don't know why such a problem for fully paid client.
Anyways, don't worry about it. Because we don't book you any more it won't be issue.
