The most beautiful stay at this property. It was much better than I could have imagined. The view of the fjord was breathtaking each morning. The family room was spacious and private. The breakfast was exceptional with smoked salmon and fresh smoothie. I honestly was not ready for this stay to end. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel, right from the time Emma checked us in until we checked out on the 19th. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a grand view of the fyord. The breakfast was to die for also! Recommend it wholeheartedly!

This property was located in a nice area. The food was good and the rooms were clean. Some mini concerns that are really American based concerns. No air conditioning. We got a family room and thought it came with two beds they were small. The bed didn’t come with covers just a duvet, no fridge and no microwave. Water pressure was low, not looking for a lot but just some power. Again American expectations but not anything breakable to give the hotel a bad review. The staff were friendly and amazing. Definitely be prepared for extra costs. They charge for a printed receipt, customs/immigration may ask for this. I got ann extended stay for 2 hours and paid an extra 200kr for. Plus they accept Discover and American Express. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Comwell Roskilde.
Here we experienced the Scandinavian hospitality and enjoyed the stylish danish design that characterises the many internal common areas in the property.
The staff is helpful and was quick in solving an overbooking issue.
The restaurant offers tasty food in the new Nordic style we wanted to try.
Location is fantastic overlooking the fiord, with Roskilde town center at walking distance.
We definitely recommend it!

There is no Air conditioning, only a few select rooms, i was told 200 a night extra. It was extremely hot in the rooms and halls.
The showers are very small with a curtain that clings to you the whole time.


I was not told about reserving for the restaurant. Nor that the restaurant was closed for a wedding.

Thankfully the bartender was amazing and went above and beyond to get us a burger. Which was an amazing burger.

But upon arrival we were told that dinner was not possible since there was no food because of bad food purchase planning on their part.

I forhold til kæledyr, så har jeg betalt 250 kr. for at have en hund med på ophold og derfor forventede jeg lidt mere service på dén konto, f.eks. et par skåle og en klud, den kunne slappe af på. Gode snacks, dem kunne den godt lide.

Rigtig godt hotel, men ubehagelig serviceoplevelse

Generelt super godt hotel, som vi bruger hver gang vi besøger familie i København's området.

Sidst vi var der, oplevede vi desværre, at en gæst fik et alvorligt ildebefindende. Kvinden i receptionen virkede desværre ret ligeglad og var til nærmest ingen hjælp. Heldigvis fik gæsterne selv kontaktet en ambulance, men det påvirkede vores ophold, at der ikke blev taget ordentligt hånd om situationen.

Grei parkeringsplass, noe trange båser for bilene. Opplegg for elbil-lading med nok plasser. Standard rom var lite, litt trangt mellom vegger og seng, lite armslag på badet/dusjen. Moderne bygg, velholdt, men vanskelig å forstå nummereringen av rom og etasjer. Renhold av soverom var en opsjon under oppholdet. Ingen middag- eller snacks eller drinker på søndag kveld.

Det var et dejligt hotel og værterne var søde, venlige og gæstfrie. Men vores værelse var godt nok koldt, og dette var på trods af at vi havde slukket for air condition var det stadig koldt. Vi blev nødt til at sove med lidt mere tøj på end vi plejer, da vi begge frøs meget.
