They have one receptionist a women light Long hair
She is so agressiv and talks Down to you like you are stupid. I tried to talk with her but she don’t listen to me and don’t Care, and is just not a nice person. Watch out for her.

Room not properly cleaned after smoking guests. I arrived late in the evening, and noticed a strong smell of detergents and went to bed. Next morning chemical smell had disappeared and I could smell smoke. A hotel like yours should not release a room before it iis checked that such smells are over

Overordnet godt tilfreds. Men forstår ikke hvorfor i har så dårlige hovedpuder. Sov ikke godt med dem. De er simpelthen for billige. Ved godt det er en synes ting.

The property was ok. The staff was unfriendly. We traveled overnight and were extremely tired but upon calling were told there were no early check-ins allowed (although the site specified that upon paying 200 you might be able to check in early).
There was a table of finger foods set out and I started to pick up something and was told that I could not eat that. That was for a conference. I was surprised by the lack of tact of that individual. I am sure most of what was left was thrown away.
Overall, the room was ok, but the staff was very unfriendly.

- Morgenmadsrestauranten lukkede på det tidspunkt, hotellet annoncerer. Har i mange års hotelerfaringer aldrig oplevet dette. 'Morgenmad 6.30 - 10 betyder, at man bliver lukket ind indtil kl. 10, hvorefter man kan nyde sit måltid uforstyrret.

Terrible cleaning - standard room not maintained properly with illigal electrical installations, toilet where you sit under the zink (yeah), not place to stack your clothes, windows could not be closed 100% which led to windnoise and cold. Good TV channelse for sports - Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and German.

I have stayed in your hotel a few times before and was rather disappointed this time due to several facts- quite a lot of noise from the yard between 5- 6 in the morning, a very poor smell in the room at arrival and the waterpressure in the bath is so low that rinsing your hair is almost impossible. When i tried to air the room i found that the hinges on one of the windows was not attached at all.

Der var super beskidt på mit værelse, jeg bad om rengøring, hvor jeg påpegede nogle af de områder der burde rengøres. Da jeg kom tilbage til værelset var de områder jeg havde påpeget rengjort men resten var stadig meget beskidte. Jeg syntes generelt at rengøringstandarden var elendig - tænker at minimum en af de 4 stjerne sidder løst.

It was a short stay, arrived late so didn´t utilize all facilities. Great with parking just outside and for free!

Reception and restaurant/bar area looked amazing.
Simple and quick check-in & check-out!

Rooms was OK for a night, but could be improved especially the toilets.

A very OK stay

A very OK stay, not much to either pick on or to praise. The reception had a nice atmosphere, but the receptionist when checking in was abit grumpy. My room was pretty smal, but clean and the beds were OK. Little bit cold in the bathroom.

The breakfast were OK. Not a big selection, but the stuff they had were good quality, very good bread.

Överprisad hotell med slitna rum

Rummen är slitna och har ingen termostat för reglering av rumstemperatur. Det var väldigt varmt och kvavt i rummet och för att ändå utge sig för att vara ett 4-stjärnigt hotell så tycker jag att det var väldigt sparsamt med badrumsprodukter. Saknar t.ex. balsam och annat tillbehör.

The staff when you spoke with them are friendly but sometimes you can be waiting a while to be served. The restaurant and bar are excellent, the rooms though leave a lot to be decided.
No tea/coffee, was freezing when I entered as radiator was not on, when I turned it on the amount of dust on the handle shows it has not been used in a long time. The ceiling had a few cobwebs hanging down which would swing in the breeze. There are not enough towels given in the room for ladies with hair. The worst part of the room were the beds, whilst it is common in hotels of the region to have separated beds, these ones were so uncomfortably soft you wake with back ache each day.
Glad my trip is over.

Great business hotel

All the staff at Lautrup Hotel in Ballerup go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. I’m used to a firmer bed, but the temperature wether warm or cold outside stays constant inside the rooms. Food is really great. I’d recommend staying here if working in Ballerup.

Great hotel for business trips to this area

Stayed at Lautrup Park for business so location was perfect for me, but it is in the middle of an industrial estate with little close by so would only really be suitable for people needing to be in the area unless they wanted to use the nearby Malmparken train station to get into Central Copenhagen. There was, however, a supermarket opposite. The staff were exceptionally friendly both in reception and in the restaurant. Breakfast and dinner were both very good. I had a small room but bed was comfortable. The room was clean and warm enough. I would stay here again and recommend to others wanting to stay in this part of Ballerup.

This visit changed half way through. My first night was fine, the hotel is comfortable and the room was fine, very clean. The people working behind the bar and restaurant were great, and the food excellent.
On the second night however I asked to send back a meal that arrived very different from the description in the daily specials menu, and instead asked for it to be replaced with a more expensive dish which was clearly described. At this point it seemed that I was \"persona non-grata\" and the atmosphere changed immediately, especially from the lady behind the bar. I was made to feel distinctly unwelcome from that point on.

One major issue I think needs to be addressed by the hotel, and people need to be aware of, is that fact that the room doors stay electronically unlocked for about 5 seconds after leaving your room. If you are unaware of this you may be out of sight of your doorway within a second or so of leaving (even after ensuring that the door is fully shut) but someone could enter your room easily in the time it then takes for the lock to engage. Please be aware of this if you say in the hotel.

The Hotel was a great location for my purpose but the surrounding area was mainly businesses so not a lot around it. The in Hotel restaurant had good food but a limited range, with nothing in the immediate area this could be boring if staying for a week.

The rooms were strangely dark with no overhead lights, the room was lit by lamps that didn't appear to be controlled via switches so meant each one had to be turned on and off individually.

Modern Business Accommodation

A well present modern hotel with clean smart rooms, the single rooms are small, but sufficiently equipped. The corridors are a bit aging and don't match the standard of rest of the decor. Not all rooms have a mini-bar, and you don't get water as standard so will need to buy this (there's a supermarket next door, and the hotel wine bar).

We dined as a group of 11 and the restaurant staff were polite and well organised, menu choices were excellent and the food was of a high standard. There was a small mix up with the main courses, and I received the wrong dish, which I didn't mind eating as it was well presented. The wine bar has an impressive selection as well as local lagers and ales.

I'd highly recommend Breakfast, the selection was impressive with the usual hot, cold and pastry options, plus typically Danish additions.

Great business hotel

Really nice hotel. The room decor is a little dated, and the bathrooms are clean but basic. Bed is very comfortable. Best night's sleep I've had in a while.

Dining is excellent - really well-prepared food, whether you eat in the bar, or the restaurant section. Good choice of branded and local beers. Very extensive wine list.

Note there are no fitness facilities in the hotel. If you want to go for a walk or a run, turn right and you'll get to a pleasant park.

The hotel is located right in the middle of an office district, and is ideal for business trips. However, there is not a whole lot to do in the evening. There is a large Fotex supermarket right next to the hotel, or you might want to walk into Ballerup town centre, which takes about 15-20 minutes. There are a few cafes there, and a smallish shopping mall, which is quite pleasant.

Good business hotel in business park. Supermarket literally (almost) attached to the hotel (see picture of white building). Food was excellent; many beer options. I tried a local brew. Staff very helpful/pleasant. Room was comfortable. Shower and basic bathroom. I will stay again. Just wish there was more to do in immediate area and/or indoor pool and/or workout area after a day at work.

Nice hotel, rooms are comfortable and clean and the food is very good. That is except for the scrambled eggs at breakfast! A solid yellowish lump! I did find the service was not as good as it should be. Slow to take orders and very little interaction with customers. Location is remote so not much else to do in the area.

Lots of hygge in this hotel. Lounge/bar is very comfortable and stylish, lots of places to sit with soft sheepskins for comfort. The bar food is wonderful, highly recommend. The restaurant food is top quality and the staff are superb, professional, but friendly and welcoming too. they made a special effort to find the answers to some questions I had about the food and its provenance. I was in the area on business and I will be back to this hotel when I am back in the area again.
