We had a nice stay but on the site it said bikes could be hired. We asked but the hotel didn’t have any which meant we had to rely on expensive taxis and the bus. Only on the last day did we realise Birkerod station had bolt bikes which would have been great to get about on as we decided not to hire a car .

Stayed here during our trip because we like to be away from the tourist areas and we also had a car so the location being 20 mins outside central Copenhagen was great. Very lovely leafy suburb with plenty of conveniences nearby. You do need a car at this property though, without transport it would be too inconvenient. Plenty of free parking outside and the hotel itself was in very good condition, it would have been perfect but we had to change room on the second night because the heating in our room stopped working but the young man on reception quickly organised a new room for us, which actually had a better TV with access to Netflix. Breakfast was very good, a wide selection and lots of tables to eat in peace. This hotel is very much a conference hotel for business people which made it very quiet and calm, I didn't see any children there, which was perfect foflr us because we like to experience being among the locals instead of tourists. Would definitely stay here again when visiting wonderful Copenhagen.

We loved the hotel, but I was almost charged for a pet cleaning fee for my service dog despite my reservation saying that they do not charge for service dogs. I had to show my reservation to the person in the front desk to prove what I was saying. Apparently the manager is considering charging for service dogs in the future, which is a major issue considering accessibility.

Vi har valgt dette hotellet flere ganger – og gjerne igjen. Comwell Holte har en perfekt beliggenhet med naturen rett utenfor døren, samtidig som det er kort vei til alle Københavns fasiliteter. Det er enkelt å parkere, og hotellet gir en rolig og trygg atmosfære som passer både for forretningsreisende og fritidsgjester.
Rommene er rene og komfortable, personalet profesjonelt og vennlig, og holder høy standard. Et hotell som leverer kvalitet hver gang.

Ved ankomst til værelset var mit umiddelbare indtryk, at det her var godt. Desuden god udsigt samt gode omgivelser.
MEN! Der var frygteligt lydt mellem værelser samt ud til gangen. Aften og morgen igennem hørtes døre åbne og smække. OG nabomandens telefonsnak samt prutten hørtes tydeligt gennem væggen.

Ingen skraldespand på værelset, kun på toilettet. Ingen mulighed for at lave en kop kaffe/te på værelset. Men fin mad i restauranten om aftenen, og god morgenmad. Omkring den halve pris for værelset havde været mere rimeligt.

Vi booket en junior suite, men det var ikke så mye som tydet på det, annet enn en markterrasse og størrelsen på rommet. Vi savnet også en minibar.
Rommet lå i underetasjen på en sidebygning og det var preget av kjellerlukt. Grunnet varmen og ingen aircondition, var luften tett og innestengt. Vi måtte åpne døren ut til gangen og terrassedøren for å forsøke å få gjennomtrekk til utlufting.
Da vi skulle legge oss oppdaget vi at sengetøyet luktet surt. Det var ubehagelig å sove i. Vi ga beskjed neste morgen til resepsjonen og fikk lovet et bytte av sengetøy. Da vi kom tilbake til hotellet på ettermiddagen var sengen bare redd opp og ikke byttet på. Det endte med at vi selv hentet nytt sengetøy og byttet på sengen.
Frokosten hadde et ok utvalg, men ikke så godt tilbredt. Betjeningen i kjøkken og restaurant var det vanskelig å få et smil fra.
Resepsjonen derimot var veldig hyggelige og imøtekommende.
Beliggenheten er ok med tanke på transport med S-toget til København Sentrum. Området er stille og rolig med fine turmuligheter.
Gratis parkering er alltid et pluss når man kommer med bil. Man kan også parkere gratis hele dagen på Holte togstasjon.

Virkelig dejligt hotel og god morgenmad men ingen service. Vi sad længe og ventede på lidt eftermiddagskaffe/hygge men ingen havde tid til at betjene os. Vi havde bestilt bord i restauranten til aftensmad ved ankomst. Pga. den dårlige service fik vi tvivl om det var husket. Gik derfor ned for at få bordet og ganske rigtigt - vores navn figurerede ingen steder. Kun større selskaber havde de tid til. Vi måtte derfor ud i byen.
