We enjoyed our stay at the Go Hotel Osterport. The room was comfortable, the staff was wonderful and the location was exceptional. The only suggestion I have is to supply better towels and washcloths. The towels and hand towels were rough and we did not receive washcloths. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Mid range hotel, good to crash for the night. All clean. A 24hr 7-11 opposite hotel as well as a supermarket which is very convenient. Hotel breakfast is not worth the price - buy from the 7-11 opposite.

Perfect location and staff were super kind. Room was comfortable and clean. We had a railway sleeper for four, there were only three of us in the room and it was a squeeze. I'm not sure if be Comfortable here with two older kids as it's just a bit tight. The trains were no bother at all, they're electric trains so quite quiet.

Only thing I wish would be better is the bathroom. It's very dated and a lot of limescale.

It’s a simple and basic room just for a short stay. There’s a supermarket and train station located opposite of the hotel so it’s convenient to get anything and travel around. The unfortunate part is that the bathroom floor is having slow water flow pressure which caused flooded whenever we shower. As such it has a stinky odour coming out from the floor trap.

Except for the location, the property is quite bad. Room qas not cleaned properly. The reception staff too were very unfriendly. The room given to us was facing railway tracks where there were constant noise of passing trains. When I requested to change the room, they said it will be additional DKK 500 per night.

The room was dark, even with all lights on, of which there were only a few dim ones, and the floor was somewhat dirty when we arrived. There is no fan in the bathroom and no shelf to put anything in the shower. The water got warm but not very hot. Prices for hotel laundry service are very high, and we ended up walking to a nice laundromat about 15 minutes away instead. The train theme was charming and the train noise was not bad. The staff were nice and helpful.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfastcwas excellent, with many homemade items. This hotel is right across from Østerport train station and a grocery store. So covenient! Easy walk to the Little Mermaid in one direction, and Rosenborg Castle in the other. Our room was street side. Train noises were not an issue.

Months after my stay, the hotel suddenly charged my credit card that they had kept on file, without informing me or asking for permission. I had received a receipt showing that everything was paid, so I had no reason to believe anything was missing.
GoHotel Østerport explained that they had made errors in processing customers’ payments over the last year, which they discovered recently during a review.
Mistakes can happen, but charging a guest’s card months later without notice, consent, or explanation is simply unacceptable. It shows a lack of professionalism and respect for guests’ trust and personal data.
I’m sharing this so others are aware, will double-check their payments, and think twice before storing their card details with this hotel.

Great location. Friendly and super helpful reception staff. Easy access to S train. 7 eleven and grocery store are right across the street. Kettle in room. Small refrigerator provided by request. Only issue: when our room was “cleaned” on day three, no new towels were provided and the toilet wasn’t cleaned either. Seemed like the bed was made, and that was it! So, four stars instead of five. Our room was the second farthest away from reception…. which was 200+ steps away from reception. If you have mobility concerns, please keep in mind that you will need to request a closer room. We joked that we were actually residing half way to the next train station.

Stayed here for three nights when availability and affordability was limited in Copenhagen. The location is excellent for access to the city, trains, metro, buses. There is a supermarket, 7-11 like shop, and Joe the Juice across the street. I was initially concerned when I saw the location near the rail tracks. The rooms are OK. The rooms are clean, tv set, good shower, and 304 had a nice view. No water so bring your own water. Ask for3rd floor. Bring your WAX ear plugs and eye mask if you are a light sleeper. Smoke detector strobe light goes off at night. From 12-5am, not a lot of trains go by. Walking distance to little mermaid, design museum and Nyhavn too. I would stay here again!

The hotel was much better than expected. Close to the centre of town and close to the cruise terminal where we were joining our ship. It is a budget hotel but with a great atmosphere. We would stay here again. All reception staff were very professional, smiling and wonderful senses of humour. Particular mention to Pedro from Brazil. I watched him dealing with a particularly demanding couple with so much patience. A credit to the hotel. Our room overlooked the railway tracks and you really could hear the trains rumbling past the window. This may put some people off but we loved it. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice. To top it all they have a 24 hour bar. There is a 24 hour 7/11 across the road with a large selection of food which you are allowed to consume in the hotel bar as they have no restaurant apart from breakfast. For the price we were very pleased and glad we stayed there.

The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and kind. I loved the availability to grab something from the drink fridge, an alcoholic drink, or a coffee from the front desk area. Though we did not have breakfast it looked fairly good. Wish we had an opportunity to check out the gym! My one complaint is that my partner and I stayed here in August, and the hotel has no air conditioning. We were frankly sweating to death and were given two small fans to compensate for the heat... we could also only crack our window to get any sort of (hot) fresh air. I would suggest they install some sort of AC unit per room to make it more comfortable for guests.... Other than that I would indeed stay here again, but in a colder month!

A perfect spot for acceding trains to venture into Copenhagen and/or the airport. We had a tiny balcony overviewing the train tracks. The train traffic was busy but relatively quiet. No horns being blown, just a soothing swish. The staff was polite but quite reserved. Perhaps it’s the characteristic of the Northern Europe.

The location of this long hotel is fantastic as it is walkable to many points of interest, directly above the Metro and commuter train stations and even has a bus stop right outside.
There is a grocery store across the street from the hotel as well that is well stocked with fresh produce, ready to eat food, regular grocery and alcohol.

The room is clean, modern and very functional and comfortable.

The best part is the train watching via the adorable juliet balcony, if you get the rooms on that side!

metro and train station, supermarket are right across the hotel. no close by restaurant, you need to work a bit but not too bad. there is indeed frequent train noise for rooms facing the railway, not very loud but noticeable. beds are on the soft side. toilet does not room to place toiletries, would be nice if there are some cabinet/shelves spaces for that.

Need to put more effort to improve the hotel

The room is not clean at all, the floor is still
with hair and dust on edge which it don’t have deep clean for such a long while.
The mattress is not fit for the bed and keep slip a bit away that makes me can’t rest well.
There are only one plastic brushing teeth cup for 2 person ? !
The facial tissue was running out while i want to use one more.
The room lights are very weird which I can’t see comfy.
Please improve all those above.

The location is very central for exploring the city and transit. The bathroom could be cleaner. We were on the non-railroad side and the sound of trains wasn’t too bad, but you can feel the vibrations from the train. Book rental bikes early in the day or there may not be any left. The battery on the door died leaving our door unlocked all day. There are no safes in the room so this was the most concerning part in our opinion.

We love the convenient location of the hotel. It took less than 5 minutes to walk to the metro platform from the hotel, and we also enjoyed access to convenient stores and supermarkets just right across the road. We were warmly greeted by friendly staff members when we checked in, and the housekeeping staff were also helpful and friendly.

However, there are some areas for improvement with the amenities inside the room. The room was dimly lit as there weren't sufficient lighting. We had to rely on the table lamps on the desk for the entire room. Another major issue is the poor quality of the shower head in our room. Many of the pores of the shower head were stuck, and water could only come through the outer ring... the water pressure was also too low to take a shower efficiently and comfortably... it took us ages to rinse off the shampoo and conditioner from our hair. We also found the lack of a mini fridge inside the room a bit disappointing, as we couldn't store fresh food we bought from the supermarket or keep our drinks cold.

Another recommendation is to have more options for pillows. We personally found the mattresses and pillows too soft and didn't provide enough support for a healthy sleep posture. We know this is a personal preference, so it's just a minor comment for future tourists' reference.

在這間酒店住非常之好！簡單、清潔、唯一不滿意的就是沒有雪櫃，我們在這裏住了五天，對面有一個很大的超市，早上有很多麵包賣的，行路大約15分鐘就可以到小美人魚海邊，沿着海邊行有很多風景，附近有很多公園適合早上跑步非常之好👍行過去新港和很多景點也是20分鐘之內，不想走路的也可以在對面的車站搭車，非常方便，員工也很友善和幫忙，酒店又有單車租借，可以搭單車周圍去👍👍

The hotel is in a convenient location, but I didn't realize it was located directly next to the local train station. The lobby is on the ground floor and then the rooms are on the two floors below ground level. As a result, our room was directly next to the train tracks.

Temperatures were in the 80s while we were there, and we had to keep the windows open as there is no AC. The hotel provides ear plugs on the night stands, but they are no match for loud trains coming by every 15 minutes 10 feet from your open window. We wouldn't stay in this hotel again!

Go Hotel Østerport was a lovely hotel. Right across from the train station. We thought it would be loud but it wasn’t. There is no air conditioning but the hotel does offer fans. We walked everywhere in Copenhagen or took the train. Front desk staff was very nice.
