The staff were excellent. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little small but perfectly adequate for a short stay. Location is also excellent, 15 mins walk to nearest metro, 10 mins to Nyhavn.

Great location. The room was clean, everything I needed. Very thoughtfully designed room. I had a great time. My room was very close to the elevator, but I didn't hear any noise. The location was very close to the main tourist attraction and metro, but not too close enough to have the crowd. Right along the canal.

Nice quiet stay. Very clean, helpful and friendly staff. We didn't do the breakfast buffet, but it was quite popular. We just walked to one of the many coffee/bakery shops near to the Strand.

Nice place near Nyhavn. I had a tiny room would have been tight for 2 people but well-appointed. Breakfast was spectacular, healthy, super abundant, huge variety, and very Danish. Restaurants, shopping, Metro all a short walk.

This location was central to a lot of things. I was in town for 3.5 days, did things I had on my list, and never needed a vehicle. I've never seen where cleaning service doesn't come to your room unless you ask. I thought this was great as it makes it more efficient, I don't feel the need to leave at a certain time if I'm running late, they don't need to come into my room to make the bed or empty the trash can.

Room 5524: bathroom grout was dirty. Long hair on the bathroom wall. Room had a balcony which overlooked building works and building noise woke my on the first morning of my stay.

The shower door was effective in keeping the water inside the shower which resulted in a dangerously wet bathroom floor.

From great to not great… Two things about this hotel were fantastic: the location and the breakfasts. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The lobby is pleasant. The mattresses and bedding are comfy and you can choose from a wide range of pillows. The rooms are clean and bright but REALLY small. There isn’t even space for drawers so you have to live out of your suitcase, except for the things you hang-up. The bathroom is nice and clean but cramped; can’t fit two people in there at the same time. The bathtub/shower is DANGEROUSLY slippery and hard to get in and out of. And of the two elevators designed to carry 13 people each, one was out of order and we were warned not to have more than 4 people in the other. Made for slow going around breakfast time. Took the stairs!

This property is well located for touring around the city. Right on the water and close to Nyhavn. The breakfast is wonderful, lots of variety and well planned out. This hotel is in such a perfect location to explore Copenhagen. Right on the doorstep on Nyhavn canal and in walking distance of most spots, with the metro just a 10 minute walk away. Despite the closeness, the harbour side location meant it had a quieter feeling then some of the busy areas.

The staff at the hotel were excellent throughout our whole trip, going beyond and helping us plan our days, with suggestions on how to get the places we wanted to visit as well as giving food recommendations.

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel

Excellent 3 day weekend stay in great location. Fantastic breakfast got each day off to a great start - there was a bit of a buzz in the restaurant, you can tell it’s popular.
