The location is excellent and the price very affordable. However, the rooms, even though decent-sized, they have no amenities (i.e. kettle/fridge), the breakfast (additional cost) is pretty basic to say the least and the bed/pillows somewhat uncomfortable.

Easy check in, small room but clean. Bed very uncomfortable as it is a thin mattress, the breakfast was underachieving for the price as there were no hot items such as pancakes etc, not even a toaster for the bread. It was advertised as buffet as well. Lockers handy for leaving luggage if needed. Heat and AC worked well, one downfall was overhead lights don’t turn off unless you remove keycard, you could open curtains to allow tiny bit of light for middle of the night toilet but then others can see into room.

I emailed the hotel repeatedly that I would arrive long after midnight. The hotel did not respond to any of messages.

What is advertised as a breakfast is not a breakfast. With the exception of apples, there is no fruit. Bread, cheese and boiled eggs.

The room was just what we needed. We had a layover and needed a place to sleep for about 6 hours. There were two of us, and the room was compact but did the job. It was close to the town square with plenty to do. The only complaint was what you got for the price you paid for a breakfast voucher. Would definitely stay there again.

Check in on the app was seamless, once the wi-fi started to work. Rooms are big enough for a solo traveler or tight knit couple. Clean and sufficient. Walls are very thin. Loud voices carry through the hallways. Great location. Close to all the sights and easy M access.

When first arrive got my room at the front desk. Went to the room just early for in it with my daughter and our luggage., so went back to the front desk and ask the kid that checked me in if I could more to a larger room? His response was all the rooms are the same size. I couldn't have a maid come in and clean because there was no where to walk that's how tiny it was and walked by rooms that were getting cleaned by the maids and saw that there were larger rooms?????? Wee were climbing over everything. The only good thing was it was in a good location to get around.

The location is good, but that’s the only positive. The hotel is not worth the price. We booked a king/queen room but received two single duvets. We were also charged for luggage storage, which was disappointing. There is no phone in the room, so any request requires going downstairs or sending an email, even for daily housekeeping. Overall, it was not a good stay.

The hotel was in such a good location! Super close to Nyhavn and other key sites! The facilities at the hotel were great, and the room perfectly suited our needs, even if it was a little small. There wasn't a huge amount of amenities in the room, but we were there for 2 nights and it did the job! Tons of places to eat nearby, including the original Gasoline Burger! One thing we LOVED was the bed! The 2 duvet/Scandinavian style has been a life changer for us....so much so we have duplicated it at home!! Would really recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Copenhagen.

I’ve stayed here two separate times, it’s a really good value for the city. I would have given 5 stars but felt kind of cheated by one worker at the front desk. We arrived well before the check in time at 1200 and some of our luggage was too big for the storage lockers in the basement. Instead of letting us know they can hold your luggage behind the reception desk for 50 DKK (which I only found out was an option when checking out), they led us to believe our only options were to upgrade our room to check in early or to wait in the hotel lobby with our luggage until 1500 check-in. Also, at one point in the room, I spilled some water on the carpet, I naively grabbed a small towel to soak up the liquid and was horrified to see the towel turn dark brown. The carpets definitely could use a good clean. Overall, the rest of the staff were friendly and professional. The location was unbeatable and everything else was relatively clean.

I was a solo traveler staying one night in Copenhagen. The single room was small but had everything I needed for a simple stay. The bed was not the most comfortable ever but I wasn’t bad either. Bathroom was good. No comments on staff as it was automated check in and checkout so I didn’t even really talk to anyone. However, it was clean and orderly.

The location of the hotel was excellent for seeing downtown Copenhagen. Kongens Nytorv and Nyhavn were both a short walk, along with many of the other sights. Great stay for an easy hotel option if you want easy access for walking or public transportation and a simple worry free stay.

No frills hotel - the rooms don't have mini-fridges - ideally located near a metro station (Kongens Nytorv that runs to the airport) and within walking distance to Nyhavn, Rosenberg Castle, and the pedestrian street Stroget. I am a wheelchair user and few hotels in the vicinity had accessible facilities as many have a step or two in the lobby or through the front door.

One cannot complain about the hotel's location but if you are accustomed to hotels with more amenities, this one will feel lacking.

[my bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned as there were spots under the toilet and I am assuming that the hotel assumed wheelchair guests wouldn't be on the floor to see this] Other than this issue, all of the staff I encountered were very friendly.

Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was not pleasant. The room had an unpleasant smell coming from the drain, and there were no separate shampoo or body wash, only an all-in-one product. The sink drain was blocked, which made it unpleasant to wash my face and hands. There was no fridge in the room, and no tissue paper available, so I had to use toilet paper instead. You could also hear noise from outside, and the view was terrible. The only positive thing was the location.
