The staff were very friendly and were on hand to help. The hotel was excellent with a great relaxing bar area, with the best of Danish furniture. There is a spa but we didn’t have time to use it. We had a small room but it was perfect for us as we spent all our time seeing the city. The douvet and pillows were excellent. The situation of the hotel was the best. It’s central and on the beautiful Lakes. The hotel is 10 mins from a metro and train station. And we walked to the centre is 15 mins, Norrebro is 25 mins, Meatpacking District in 30 mins. Easy access to Malmö from the metro. Highly recommend this hotel!!

And exceptional find. Beatifully refitted buildings in a lovely historical quarter, handy to everything. Spacious, elegant rooms, and very comfortable bedding, good wifi with lots of places to charge your devices, Lovely common areas, well used by people enjoying the bar and daily ‘cosy’ hour, the excellent buffet breakfast, the help of the friendly and clued up lobby staff. And a generally enjoyable buzz. Recommend highly.

This hotel was a perfect base for exploring Copenhagen on foot. As soon as you walk in you get a feeling of warmth and friendliness. Modern communal area where you can enjoy a free drink in their cosy hour (5 to 6pm) and very comfortable rooms with a walk in shower and beds to fall asleep in very quickly! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The walk up to the hotel is pretty special and the welcome by the reception matched this too. From local advice to storing our bags, drinks recommendations and just making us instantly at ease.

The rooms are lovely and have everything you need for a weekend away.

The location is brilliant and within walking distance to all the sites.

It is a self service hotel in the sense that you are asked to carry your suitcases up and down of flights of stairs and even to storage room to store your bags. It is set up like a maze and annoying to navigate to find your way around and no one offers to show you around. Quite Far from attractions too. I would not stay here again. It is clean but I expect that from a pricy hotel. Service for us was lacking.

Amazing hotel in central Copenhagen. Comfortable room and really cool design features around the hotel. They have a really nice ides with the cozy hour from 5-6pm where you can get a free drink at the bar and mingle with other guests. The highlight thiugh isbthe amazing Nordic breakfast which is not to be missed. All local produce freshly made each day. And the staff were so helpful and friendly, they even brought out toys for our baby during breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Our only issue was when the fire alarm went off in the morning one day there was no communication about the situation from the staff, they were all standing around chatting rather than speaking to guests about the situation.
