Telhe reception was friendly and kind! The hotel room was clean and had a wonderful layout for a one king room. Upon checkout they held onto my baggage so I may continue to look around the city. Plus they are right by the train station. Perfect location!

Room was ok. Sadly no kettle. A bit cold in the bathroom and the lights didn’t work in the morning. Coffee shop attached was great. Good location for station.

The location was really convenient. It’s within a walkable distance to everything, and there are lots of lovely restaurants and cafes close by.

Heated room, hotel staff spoke English and were really friendly, respectful and helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay and the room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast had a very good selection and quality was very good. Location was perfect for me as it is in the main bus route for my family who live in Denmark. For sightseeing it is perfect as access to the city is on the doorstep. Overall a very good hotel.

I have been staying at this property for past 5 years for yearly vacations to Europe, the property has 2 elevators of which one has been out of service every time I stayed there. I believe this is a safety violation.
On this stay equipment in breakfast area had been out of service.

the location and convenience are great, most of the places are walkable. But the room is pretty old and dipiladated. The toilet is horrible. Standard for the breakfast. The bed is great, i slept very well for 4 nights. Thanks for the roof anyway ....

The room is small. The shower is weak. No microwave and minibar. The property itself has nothing to be praised for but I still rated 4-star. It is because the staffs are really friendly except one lady on the day shift who hardly smiled. I also enjoyed the breakfast.
We were given a really small room. The bathroom is really small too. Whenever I took shower the water is weak and whenever I turned I touched the shower curtain. I asked the front desk if they had a bigger room and it happened that there were 2 available. And they said because we are staying for 8 nights, they let us have a bigger room. That helped.

Awesome hotel, and part of the Scandic chain. Right round the corner from the train station and in the middle of all the awesome Copenhagen action. All the staff were superb, both through the check in process, and with advising on the best places to see and visit during my three days in that awesome city. The room was a decent size, especially the bathroom, and the shower was spacious and powerful. I would recommend to anyone who is visiting Copenhagen, which is by far one of the best cities in Europe.

This property is DATED! The pros is that it is very conveniently located in downtown and a few mins walk from the Central Station and the staff is friendly and helpful. This hotel needs a remodel badly. It is old and it shows and the stairwell upstairs smells musty. Definitely not a 4 star hote, maybe a 3, if that.

The location of the hotel was great. We rented bikes from the hotel and spent the day riding all over the city. I liked being close to the train station as we took several trips out of the city by train and also to and from the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was nice and clean. We enjoyed the nice breakfast each morning. The only downfall was that the shower was not enclosed causing most of the bathroom floor to get wet. Other than that, everything was great.

Very Disappointed

I travel quite a bit and I must say how disappointed I was with this hotel. The room was small on the order that one may find in Japan. There were no English TV channels which I find odd in a capital city. What was most annoying were the plumbing issues, starting on day one with the shower clogged with water up to my ankles. On day two the toilet would not stop running. These issues were quickly resolved however. I found it odd that the large hand soap dispenser was empty on day 3. Along those same lines, I found it odd that there was no OJ in the dining area on day 2. The bar on the corner owned by the hotel somehow allowed their patrons to enter the hotel stairwell to create a racket, not allowing me to fall asleep. I rarely spend $200/night on a hotel room, but this hotel was about 4 blocks from the train station and offered breakfast so I went for it. I would very much stay clear of this hotel as there are many others hotels to choose from in the immediate area.

The location was great and the staff very friendly, the hotel is in an old building which has its particularities, our room was quite small and the toilet did not work properly but it was clean and quiet.
Good breakfast but very hectic in the weekend, games available to play in the lobby and the bar was also nice.

The single room I was offered was very small and like the rest of the hotel very tired. Bathroom was extremely small and toilet not clean. I had to pay to be upgraded. Staff were helpful and understanding but this is the worst Scanic hotel I have stayed in - usually bright and modern (even in old building).Location was great but room offered was poor.

The hotel is very conveniently located for central Copenhagen & close to transport links. The room itself was fairly basic but clean. Temperature was hard to control as there was no air conditioning or thermostat and had to be done using the two radiators in the room. Every morning I was awoken around 6am as hotel staff moved metal cages in and out of the hotel for about 20minutes. Needlessly inconsiderate. Breakfast was good.

Great hotel in central area. Only con was that our room was over the main street which was noisy due to the honking and cheering from people on buses. Not sure if this was a special festival or typical. Would definitely stay again. The breakfast is great. I would just request a room on the back side of the hotel.

They let us check in early but charged us extra.
1st room-large roomy but OLD furniture, lights in deep massive old bathroom weren’t working so we asked to move to another room. Next room on the 5th fl was better, smaller but at least lights were working however room had stains on the heater, A/C was weak. Didn’t complain as we were exhausted and just wanted to take a shower and relax. The hallway on the 5th floor smelled awful. Not just musty but awful. They need to change the old carpet as I think that’s where the smell is embedded. Breakfast was decent. Same offerings everyday though. Gets old after staying for 4 nights.

Convenient location to the Central Station and public transportation. Short walk to the trendy meatpacking district with restaurants and bars. That said, lots of drinking at night with accompanying noise and vomit on sidewalks.

Hotel has a good included breakfast with nice choices, including options for vegan and gluten free. Hotel is a bit worn and could use a refresh, but offers good value for the money.

Hotel room was on street level and was very noisy at night. Was awoken both nights from the noise (hotel is located in an area with a lot of night life). Windows are quite old and do not provide much sound insulation.

Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly prior to check-in.

The hotel offered a very nice breakfast and the staff was very friendly. Overall, still enjoy staying at Scandic hotels, but would pass on this one.

We had a great time at Scandic Webers. It turned out to be a great deal because of the location, the welcome mocktails (big hit with the kids, and the impressive and delicious breakfast buffet. Our family room was surprisingly well sound insulated and a good size. The room was fine but slightly run down (mostly peeling paint on the cieling and scratches on the floor. Everything else was in good shape.

I was having an extremely busy day and booked the wrong dates. Within 30 seconds of booking, realised my mistake and contacted hotels.com and the hotel. There was no sympathy or flexibility from Scandic Webers. I was so disappointed, I will never stay at not only this hotel but a Scandic ever again. I am in Copenhagen at least once a month, so their lack of empathy will be counterproductive in the long run. Well done Scandic Webers, well done.

Loved this area to stay for a night with my family of 4. As others have mentioned, the rooms are small (compared to North American standards) but had everything we needed for a comfortable night in Copenhagen).
Everyone spoke English, and was very welcoming and helpful.
My 6 yr old has severe food allergies, and the breakfast that is included had options for someone allergic to milk, eggs, and peanuts. It made for a wonderfully inclusive trip.

This hotel was very close to the central station and. Walkable to tivoli and other sights. Only problem we had was that our window faced one of the busier streets and we were on the first floor so it was very noisy. Kids were also celebrating their high school graduation which in Scandinavia involves being on a big truck and playing loud music and whooping and honking which they did until very late in the evening so it made it much louder then probably a normal day. I’m sure it’s not as loud if you have a room facing the court yard or further up. Breakfast buffet was nice. Staff was excellent and very helpful and welcoming. They had stuff for kids to color and a foosball table in the lobby. They also had a social hour in the bar when we got there and got a free beer and free soda for the kids which was nice.

There are not enough stars for the staff at the reception desk! Any question, big or smile was answered with patience and consideration and it started with day 1 of our 6 night stay. Husband fell at the train station at the airport. We arrived at Scandic Weber with him needing medical attention (after the long flight from California). The gentleman at the desk, Peter, made the necessary phone calls, called for a taxi and off we went to an \"urgent care\" medical facility where he received a couple stitches in his head, cleaned a large open wound on his arm and received a tetanus shot. Fortunately our trip improved dramatically after that 1st day. Great help at the desk for suggestions on places to eat, walking to sights, etc, etc.

Extremely helpful staff. Husband fell @ airport train station and got banged up. When we arrived hotel, they assisted us by contacting urgent care, called for taxi and off we went. Ba couple stitches and a tetnus shot later back.at hotel. Peter at the desk was compassionate and helped us out. 5 stars for sure for the outstanding staff. Oh breakfadt they offer is excellent also.

I very much liked this property for several reasons. That said, the breakfast buffet is itself worth the price of admission. Excellent selection and quality. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Having the Espresso House attached without going outside is nice, too. I would make one suggestion: When a guest doesn't have the needed adapter for the electrical outlets (especially a guest who prepaid a 12-night stay), provide a loaner instead of making them buy one.

Showerscreen increased rather prevented water to wet the bathroom floor, meant bath mat got soaked and bathroom needed mopping everyday. although the room was a wet room with drain, it wasn't sloped for water to run into.

beds/ pillows were are bit dated in mattress style and comfort. breakfast was amazing though, and service was excellent, location was very convenient although the Saturday Tivoli garden firework display at 23:30 did wake us in a panic of a terrorist attack!

I stayed in a 1 bedroom at this hotel. I expected it to be small as it was but the bathroom was not the best. The toilet bowl needs proper cleaning as there is a stain in it which is a turn off. Also, the bathroom is so small i barely was able to move around let alone use their shower. Lastly, there internet was slow, i barely could get connection from my room.

Well located hotel

Scandic Webers was very easy to find, near Copenhagen main railway station. It is within walking distance of many of the tourist sites.
The reception staff were helpful and friendly. We arrived by 1100 (rooms available at 1500) and left our luggage free of charge.
The room was a reasonable size with 2 chairs. It overlooked the large central courtyard area so there was no road noise. The bed was comfortable.The bathroom was adequate.
Breakfast was plentiful but the range of things was limited.
I would stay there again.
But it was Copenhagen prices so seemed a lot of money for an average range hotel.
