Excellent location, just opposite the train station and a stone's throw from Tivoli and the shopping/dining area. Room was small but clean and well-maintained. Only drawback was the strict adherence to check-in time and lack of baggage storage facility.

Idag har klinikhunden Lumi varit pedagogisk och lärt vår elev Kira lägga tassbandage! Det blev väldigt tjusigt pga mycket duktig elev. Och på köpet blev vi av med lite hörapparatbeige vetrap som vi inte brukar tycka är så festlig på våra patienter, vem vill ha det när det finns så fina mönster och färger 😍

Lumi var mest väldigt lycklig över allt tubgodis med lammsmak som hon fick lapa i sig under tiden och brydde sig inte nämnvärt om att få på sig en liten boxarhandske ❤️

In general the beds were great. I have nothing to say avout that. However, the mold in the showers were realyllt gross, the equipement was all rusted and I had to go niy my own shampoo because the one in the shower dried up my hair after one use. It woyld also be nice to jave places where to put our stuff when were in the toilet room because I could clean my face without putting my stuff on a wet counter or the floor, which the cleanliness in that area is always questionnable.

Disgusting and a health hazard

Do not stay here for your own health.

A positive: the location

The negative: this place is filthy and unhygienic.

The bedroom: sheets, towels, and bedding had dead bedbugs, black bedbug \"leavings,\" a blood smear, and human hair. Mattress had a lot of questionable stains that looked like urine.

The toilet: overflowing garbage can, a broken board with nails sticking out of it on the floor, garbage in the sink.

The showers: the floor is filthy!

Messaged management through hotels.com and also called them to let them know I wanted to cancel the rest of my stay (no answer on phone). After my reservation was finished, they let me know they did not receive my call and there was an error with hotels.com. I sent pictures of everything including the bed bug bites on my face from sleeping here. They offered me $30 off of the $300 booking instead of a refund for the days I didn’t use.

It’s not in the location that it shows in Apple Maps, making finding it difficult when first arriving. Showers smelled like piss like other reviewers commented, when I went out for a run the first morning, I was immediately confronted by a homeless person, trying to open the door and asking to use. And drunk passed out homeless people would sleep on the stairs you walked by. The door stop in the room is also positioned perfectly to stub your toe on. If you’re going to Copenhagen and can afford better, definitely look elsewhere! Don’t cheap out, because it did feel unsafe.

Location is convenient for the train and Tivoli gardens!

A few problems with the PIN code

Had a few issues with the PIN code for entry: I first didn’t receive the email with the PIN code on the checkin day, so had to call them to be able to get in. They said this could be due to a communication problem with Hotels.com. On the day of checkout, I left my capsule at around 7:30am to go to the bathroom, and found that my code didn’t work anymore when trying to go back in… had to call them again to sort it out. Fortunately the issue was always sorted out quickly by phone but I think this problem of PIN codes expiring before checkout should be fixed. Another person had the same problem as me an hour later, and had left his phone in his capsule, so he had to ask for someone’s phone to call them.
Apart from that, the capsule was clean, spacious enough for one person, and the experience was very good for the price.

Oplevelsen var ganske fin. Der var pænt redt op i min kapsel da jeg kom. Det var også dejligt at jeg kunne tjekke ind når jeg havde lyst.
Der er primært to grunde til det ikke er 5 stjerner - Den ene grund var at badeværelserne gør brug af håndklæder efter at have vasket hænder. De var ret ulækre og godt våde efter andre, da jeg tjekkede ind sidst på dagen. Den anden grund var at en i kapslen skrådt for mig, ikke kunne få sin lås til at tænde. Derfor kunne han altså ikke komme ind i sin kapsel da klokken passerede 1 om natten. Det skulle vi andre jo lige hører for, da han bankede og slog på både lgen til sin kapsel, og til selve kodesystemet.

The capsule was bigger than expected and was spacious. Two power sockets with little area for storing small items like watches, wallet, or mobile.

The shared toilet is a bit too small and there are only two cubicles for shower.

I dont like its the same code both in the street the door and for the rooms😅 whats the point of multiple locks then?? Spooky.
It was nice and chilly, the window was open all night, and was windy, so no idea if the air thing people complain about works or not.
Sadly if you wanted to talk at all you would have to go outside because inside its quiet zone.. felt akward.
It said my “room” wouldnt get service which i was fine with to not get interupted, yet the cleaning lady opened my cabin in the morning, but she quickly locked it again when she realized i was in there..
otherwise fine, okay for the price, pretty clean.

Prøvede denne gang et værelse fremfor capsel, kæmpe forskel. Fint værelse. Dog lige problematik omkring at der befandt sig en kvinde i det rum jeg havde booket. Så måtte selv skifte sengelinned og lufte ud. Men manden i telefonen var hjælpsom.

Kommer helt sikkert igen. Hvis den skulle have en stjerne mere, skal rengøring i brusekabinerne være bedre. Var den første til at benytte dette efter rengøring, og der var hår på gulvet og et afrevet plaster på sæbedispeceren.

I highly recommend this hotel for solo travelers looking for an affordable and clean place to stay. You have your own bed in the cabin, which offers privacy even if you're sharing the room with others. The shower and toilet are also thoroughly cleaned. The conversation with the hotel staff was smooth. Overall, this stay provides great value for the price.

Super ulækkert værelse, pletter på sengen, sengetøj, gardiner, gulv. I et Basic double room, kunne man ikke engang åbne døren ordentligt pga sengen. Der knap nok plads til 2 mennesker derinde, tror ikke muligt hvis man er plus size menneske. Dog er placeringen rigtig god ifht, hovedbanegården, metro og aktiviteter.

カプセルは広々していたし、リネンは清潔感があってよかった。
共用部分のトイレとシャワーはあまり使いたくない感じのメンテナンス具合だった。
あと同部屋で、明らかに一つのポットに2人で泊まっているカップルがいて驚いた。始終話し声がうるさかった。
場所は最高です。

Du Kommunikation bzw Amweisungen zum Zutritt sind klar und einfach.
Das Zimmer war mit einem Doppelbett war völlig in Ordnung.
Es stehen jedoch nur 2 Toiletten und 2 Duschen für alle zu Verfügung und keine separaten Waschbecken, nur auf der Toilette.
Alles ist extrem hellhörig und die Türen müssen beim Zuziehen knallen.
An Schlaf ist dann kaum zu denken.
Die Lage ist top, besonders wenn man mit der Bahn reist.
Ich kann die Unterkunft (DZ ist nicht günstig) nicht empfehlen.

Pretty nice basic hostel

Two bathroom lf which one has two stalls. As a fat person only the stallös were just about big enough for me to use them. Beyond that it was easy to get to the room with the code for two outer doors and two internal doors. The stair way isnt great if you have a heavy/big suitcase. No elevator or reception to get help from with the luggage. Very close to the Copenhagen central station. It did get a little loud at night and in the morning due to issues with closing the doors both on our side and the side of other guests coming and going.

Eine von 2 Duschen auf Gang (fuer das ganze Hostel!) funktionierte nicht.
Waschbecken nur Kaltwasser 2-3 Sekunden auf Druck (beide Haende waschen schwer)

Tagelang keine Antwort auf Frage, obwohl telef. Mailadresse erhalten, an die meine Anfrage gerichtet werden kann.

Mit Abstand schlechteste cost/performance, die ich in meinem Reiseleben erlebt habe. Nie wieder!

Super séjour à Copenhague

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Where to Sleep à Copenhague. Tout était parfait : les lits très confortables, les chambres impeccablement propres, et une ambiance agréable. Les espaces communs étaient toujours bien entretenus. L’hôtel dispose de 3 toilettes et 2 douches : nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème pendant notre séjour car tout était libre et propre, mais cela pourrait être un peu juste lorsque l’hôtel est complet. Dans l’ensemble, un endroit chaleureux et bien tenu que nous recommandons vivement. De plus le prix est très attractif.

Ingen elevator iflg beskrivelsen til selv indtjekning. Og tålmodighed skal der til ved indtjekning. For der er flere koder og beskrivelse der skal holdes styr på.
Døren til vores værelse virkede ikke optimalt. skulle smækkes hårdt i udefra, når vi gik fra værelset. ellers super komfortabel seng og udemærket til prisen. Lige ved siden af hovedbanegården!

God oplevelse!

Samlet set var jeg meget tilfreds. Beliggenheden var fantastisk, og jeg ville uden tøven anbefale stedet til en ven. Det eneste problem var toilettet, som desværre ikke var særlig rent, og der manglede ofte toiletpapir. Alt andet fungerede derimod upåklageligt.

Udmærket til prisen

Ganske udmærket til prisen, det er nemt at komme ind og finde sit værelse. Man skal dog lige finde den første keypad ved hoveddøren og gennemskue hvordan den fungere, men derefter er det smooth sailing.

Mattress was dirty and had a red lump (cant define what it was) under the sheet.
