Great location and nice hotel. We were able to leave luggage upon arrival as room not available for a few hours. Didn’t try breakfast as quite expensive and many places nearby to pick up a coffee and a pastry.
The young lady tending the bar in the evenings made delicious cocktails and was friendly and sociable. Would stay here again. The room was nice, not sure I’d call it superior but bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

Booked through Expedia an executive single room. Asked for a quiet room.

Didn’t get an executive single with an espresso machine that I paid for. When asked the hotel why, they said they had sold out.
So no espresso coffee machine in the room which was why I booked this hotel.

First room had a very strong sewage smell and when the toilet lid was lifted made me gag. It was right next to the lift so not quiet and I asked to move

The second room was in an even poorer state! I got stuck in the bathroom as the door wouldnt open once closed. What I didn’t realise was that it was at the back of the hotel above a very noisy restaurant that had a party so I got 0 sleep. Following the party there were glass bottles being emptied in bins and the next night the bins were dragged over the parking area from about 4 in the morning. I was utterly exhausted!! Two nights of no sleep. Made worse by no coffee machine.

The hotels answer was to give me one complimentary coffee!

Nice central hotel but booked a Deluxe Single in order to get a coffee machine , to be told on arrival that although it had been confirmed they had re sold room, so i had a standard single , No coffee machine.
Sounds silly but this hotel was booked as i rely on coffee ,so very disappointed indeed.

We booked the premium suite and it was lovely. The balcony was great and the location was super - walked everywhere! The facilities were really good, tea and coffee in the room as well as a mini fridge. The staff were polite and helpful. Umbrellas were provided which was essential for our stay. We recommend this hotel - a fantastic stay.

Lovely hotel and great location. Wish we would have know there is construction going on for our Oct 2025 trip. Housekeeping could be better as there was a dirty sock on the floor in our room. Also the vanity area is too small.
No free coffee or extras, so expect to pay for it.
Nice bar, but the luggage holding room was absolutely packed. No map of area or info given to tourist.
Very reasonably priced, though.

The hotel was in a nice area and we were able to jump on the metro with no problem as it was a few blocks away. Great cafe on the corner for breakfast. We had requested 2 rooms on the same floor if possible. My friend was put in an outside room. She had to literally go outside to get to the room and it was pouring down rain. Although this room is probably lovely in good weather with a nice view, getting to the room left my friend soaking wet! The staff were helpful in moving her to a room on my floor. Would stay here again.

Wonderful hotel!

This hotel is great for solo travelers. It’s in a quiet location, but walking distance to everything. The room was small but perfect for 1 person. It was clean and very modern. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Also, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I highly recommend.

Not sure the deal with coffee machine in the room - were coffees included or a part of the mini bar? Coffees also in pods which isn’t ideal for a hotel priding itself on being sustainable.

The location of this hotel is excellent for all the sights in Copenhagen. 5 mins from central train station. 5 mins to Tivoli Gardens, Town Hall and main shopping streets. A very chilled vibe. Excellent breakfast. Continental but lots of choice...meats, breads, cheese, hot food (eggs, bacon, porridge etc) and juices/tea/coffee/

Reasonably priced, great boutique hotel near all

Very nice and comfortable stay at a centrally located hotel in Copenhagen. Walk to everything. Reasonable pricing. Couldn’t accommodate three people in a room (at least at the time of our booking), so had to book a second room for my daughter.

Wonderful stay

Stayed in a balcony room on 6th floor. The bed was very comfortable and the room location was quiet. The best thing about the hotel was it's location. We were able to walk to everything. Also the breakfast was excellent. We were able to store our luggage before and after our stay and felt our luggage was safe in the luggage room. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We stayed on the side of the hotel next to an outdoor music venue - so thumping bass until 2 am on Sunday night / Monday morning.

Our relatives faced the other side and had no idea - so I’m not even sure why they allow guests into the rooms on the venue side on concert nights??

We chose to upgrade to a private balcony room before our stay and had a very nice room. You entered from the outside. It was charming. Lots of storage/shelf space in the bathroom. Wish the shower got a little hotter.
Very clean and comfortable and the lobby/bar was very cool. Gym had a couple of bikes, elliptical, and some weights. Overall, very nice stay and the hotel is near public transit and about 20 min from the airport.

Room smelled of sewage because of random bath in middle of room, staff didn’t care. Repeated attempts to resolve were ignored. Made us sit in reception to wait until the dot of 3pm even though room was ready earlier, despite long distance travel. Tiny bathroom, couldn’t close door. Nice breakfast.

This has to be one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Since my flight was in at midnight, I had to pay for a night that I did not use to be able to check in.. they offered no compensation for this and I did not ask. They did upgrade my room to probably the worst place in the hotel across from a club that blast music from seven to 9 o’clock at night. That was unbelievable… I posted an Instagram with the music level and told people to avoid this hotel and two question Expedia ability to find properties that are worth the value.. the air conditioning did not work in my room.
The first three nights here I did not ask for any type of service to clean my room . On September 5, I was gone the entire day to Sweden and left the tag that says please clean my room… I come back at 6 o’clock that night. There are no clean towels. There is no toilet paper and I’ve asked them to put another sheet on my bed. No one had even entered my room the entire day… when I left that morning they were next-door cleaning the room, so I didn’t say anything to them. I’m sure that they would take care of it since the tag said please clean my room…. I went to the front desk since you can’t call reception from their phones there’s no explanation on how to use it…. The gentleman said that he would have someone take care of it in a few minutes so I went to the bar had a beer came to my room and it was in the same state as I left it that morning…. He brought the linens, and I helped him change the sheets

We stayed overnight in Copenhagen Denmark, Bergen Norway on this trip. And at from n=2, it seems scandinavian hotel rooms are just much smaller than in the US, even NYC. Not sure why, they seem to have enough space. The wash basin in our Copenhagen hotel was the smallest I've ever seen - amazing water didn't splash all over. But excellent breakfast, superb! And very helpful staff, allowing us to leave luggage a day before our check-in date. They (suspect robot) emailed me twice on Expedia asking what wine we want in our room and I answered both times, but upon check-in, the front desk lady said she didn't know about this. She did provide the VIP-access drink credit as listed on Expedia. All in all, a nice stay, if only the rooms could be bigger.

Mediocre Hotel with NOISY Neighbor Across the Stre

A mediocre experience at the Wide Hotel:

1) the open air music/beer garden across the street is continuous until 21:00. Hard to enjoy time in the room during the day and evening.

Not whining, the music is LOUD

2) housekeeping is fair. Left soap in shower and tissue dispenser empty.

3) the listing shows an outdoor deck at the top of the building. No labeling to state the deck is only for most expensive rooms at the top.

I chose this hotel with expectations of enjoying the desk

Well situated for Tivoli, train station and main shopping street with Nyhavn a little further. Staff members were friendly and mainly helpful.
Breakfast was included and there was a good choice of food. The cost was DK 245, about £30 per person per day. Expensive and not worth the cost.

Room was small with no drawers for clothes and a small wardrobe. Bathroom was small, very small with a minute wash basin. The shower itself was good but again the ‘shower room’ was small and narrow. Oddly, there was no security chain on the door but there was a peephole.

Opposite the hotel there is a bar and music venue open April to September (according to their website). The ‘music’ can start at 5.00, or earlier, and only stops at 9.00. It is loud, very loud and whilst we were there was ‘house’ music, so no melody just a thumping drum beat. I did complain but the person I spoke to showed no empathy and suggested, in not so many words, the landowner can do what they want in Copenhagen.

I will not stay here again due to the noise and small room. I do not recommend this hotel.
