They had painters painting the wall immediately outside my door during my stay, which brought in dangerous fumes inside the apartment while myself, my wife and infant were in. We were inhaling VOCs and ultimately had to stay at a different hotel during part of the time we paid to stay here.

If I could give this place more than five stars, I would. The apartment is well situated, walkable and well equipped. There is a grocery store within a five minute walk, and most of the major attractions are within a 15 minute walk radius.

In addition, the hotel staff are wonderful! They promptly answered my emails and were happy to accommodate a special request.

This is our second time staying here, and I look forward to a many more. It's a perfect hotel if you are spending time pre/post cruise. It's a short walk to the main train station which makes it accessible to both the port and the airport.

Great job, and thanks for all of your help with this trip!

Very convenient to tourist spots. Quiet neighborhood. Large rooms, kitchen is well stocked of plates and flatware. Refrigerator froze vegetables and ice built up at the back of the refrigerator.

Wouldn’t recommend apt 12 of Daniel and Jacob 👎

However small the bath area is a shower curtain is a must. This bathroom had none. Thus everytime anyone showered the WHOLE bathroom was wet.

The wooden floor creaked and window blinds rattled all night long.

All utensils including cups and glasses (as we checked in) smelt of eggs!

The bed room door was a loose fit thus if shut it (which is the most important purpose of a door) then with wind it rattled like a train track.

The communication was outstanding. The property was in a great location! Easy to walk where we needed to go and lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We were six and the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable. Still highly recommend it!!

Bright, quiet apartment near central train station

The apt suited our needs for a family of 4. Apt was about 10-15 mins from central train station. Grocery store was near. Comfortable beds. Quiet.
A few quirks:
-the shower was clogged/did not drain well so water pooled and overflowed into bathroom floor. Contacted the hotel but did not hear back from them about this.
- washer and dryer units are different from ones in guidebook. They must be new- need new instructions. But it was great to have access to these. Thanks!
- only one tiny garbage can in whole apt. I contacted hotel about this and they just said they didn’t know how many garbage cans are in unit. We were only there for 2 nights, but we had to empty trash and recycling multiple times due to no place to keep trash in unit. The door to the courtyard to empty trash locked me out of building and code did not work to re-enter. I had to call my family to let me back in. I contacted hotel about this but they said the original code should work and asked me if i tried it. …
Overall our stay went fine.

Spacious apartment well located

The contactless check in and out was very convenient. Apartment was more spacious than expected.
There were a few things that would have improved the stay such as coat hooks in the entrance hall, a dishwashing cloth to wipe surfaces, another sofa for everyone to relax.
Overall a well located apartment for a great city break. Everything within walking distance and a Netto just around the corner.

It was exactly what I expected. I had an Apple TV which meant I needed an Apple ID to use the additional apps. I don't have one so was only able to use Netflix. Not a major issue as I wasn't there to watch TV however it would have been better if I had the option.

The apartment met our family needs well. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure in the showers was fantastic, the kitchen was stocked well enough and the location was close enough to the major sites and the metro.
A few extra things in the kitchen such as sugar would have been helpful but overall, it was just what we needed for our trip.

There was no place to put anything (toiletries) in the bathroom. No instructions to use the stove. the elevator will only let one person and one luggage fit at a time. Lots of construction out front of the building. It is in a central location near all the tourist things you might be interested. No able to figure out how to use the TV. If you just need a place to sleep, it will work. Probably will pick a different location next time.

Great location, comfortable stay.

This apartment is in a great location - walking distance to Tivoli Gardens and several metro/train stations. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the kitchen was adequate for our needs, 3 bedrooms gave us all the space we needed. Having a washer/dryer on the same floor was nice, however one of the two dryers was out of order, so it was a bit of a race to do laundry some evenings. There was quite a bit of street noise, but we were able to drown it out with the fan and our white noise machines. Except for Saturday night (our first night), when it was insanely loud at 1:30am…it sounded like someone was dragging garbage bins into the courtyard below and the noise lasted for 15-20 min. Otherwise the city noise didn’t bother us. The management company was extremely responsive and very helpful.

Stayed three nights and we had everything we needed here.

Netto, supermarket was within 5 min walk and you can buy food/drinks to make your stay more enjoyable.

All communication was done via email and no issues.

There are multiple doors to go through to enter the place and all requires security code. However, we found the procedures to be trouble free and easy.

It was actually better since I didn’t have to carry keys or entry cards when entering/exiting.

Now a couple of things that we noticed while we stayed:

1. Since the place was located near main roads and a business district, it isn’t the most quiet place around. It didn’t bother us much, but you will hear ambient noise during the day and gets better at night (except police/ambulance sirens going by)

2. We had 4 pillows total and all were felt tall for us. It would be better if pillows had different thickness (so we can mix and match to find out ideal neck height)

At any rate, we enjoyed the stay and would visit again.

The location was great, and it felt very quiet and safe. Communication for checkin etc was excellent. Only small issues were there were a few dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived, and the blackout shades didn't quite cover the window.

Stayed here for 5 nights. The apartment was clean and spacious. 2 large bathrooms, one with 2 sinks and 1 shower, the other with 1 sink and 2 showers - go figure! There is 1 bedroom with a door while the second bed is in an alcove off the sitting room. Both beds were very comfortable. It was very quiet as the apartment is off a side street with hardly any traffic. We walked everywhere, as it's pretty centrally located. It's a 10 minute walk from a metro station on the way to or from the airport, and the sidewalks with their cobblestones are not suitcase friendly! But with patience, you can do it. Communication was great, with a site that has all the info you'll need. I would highly recommend this place of you don't the 2nd 'bedroom' layout.

This is a great, well maintained room that has a kitchen, table, and comfortable sofa bed. As shown in the pictures, there isn't a door between the sleeping area and the living area, so it is basically a very large studio apartment. Getting in and out is very easy, and the in-building laundry was very convenient.

This is a great place to stay. It's clean, quiet, very thoughtfully decorated and had everything we needed. It was very walkable to the old city and we had no problem orientating ourselves. There were grocery stores within a 10 minute walk as well.

The elevator is a bit of an adventure, but not in a scary way. We got stuck once but trust me, Hotel management has clear instructions how to navigate it, and if you follow them you'll be fine.

It was our first experience with not checking in through a front desk, but it was painless and easy. Management responded to my emails without delay, and the whole experience was transparent and stress free.

One thing I would recommend is that you not use the baggage storage app that the hotel offers and store your luggage at the central train station which is at most a 15 minute walk away. The reason I'm saying this is that the app won't tell you where the storage places are located until after you've booked, and you waste a lot of time trying to locate one. Also, the storage place that we booked asked us to pay for luggage insurance on top of the storage fee - which made us question how secure it was in the first place. Save yourself time and grief by renting a locker. We came off a cruise very early in the morning, took a cab to the station, checked our bags and walked from there.

It was a great experience in a wonderfully beautiful city, and I look forward to my next stay.

We booked a ‘1 bedroom swanky apartment.’
Pros: convenient location; clean; comfortable bed; relatively quiet for location
Cons: NOT ‘swanky’, more like ‘low rent’ with sparse Ikea-grade furnishings; king bed jammed into the bedroom with little room to get in or out; flimsy coat hangers; no chest of drawers; small bathroom; no shower surround - if you take a shower you will get the entire bathroom wet; no toilet paper holder; no towel rods to hang wet towels - since there was no place to dry them, we threw our towels on the floor and used both sets provided; kitchen provides bare minimums; 45 minutes after we arrived the dishwasher popped open - lo and behold, it was full of dishes, having just completed its cycle - so we empited out the dishwasher and put away dishes, not something I expect to do while on holiday; poor state of repair - light bulb missing from one of the living room fixtures; no blind in the dining area - appeared the blind had fallen out; apartment on the 5th floor and the materials provided advise not to use the elevator as it is unreliable - be prepared to tote your luggage up and down five flights; we used the elevator once and can report it is unreliable - it refused to let us out after reaching our floor and we had to follow a set of ‘emergency instructions’ to free ourselves;
Bottom line: we cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay again.

The property is conveniently located in walking distance from downtown. The only thing I suggest is the map from the closest railroad station to the apartment. We are the tourist from US and mob. Phones did not work. It was a bit confusing to realize that the apartment in 3 min. Walking distance, but you don’t know which way to walk.

Lovely small studio flat (one king size bed and one pull-out sofa). Clean and in excellent condition. The building is older. The street is somewhat boring, but the location is good. Shared washer/dryer in hallway. Only minus was the bed, which was extremely soft (uncomfortably so).

We really appreciated how clean and well-stocked the apartment was. However, the elevator situation was very disappointing. We stayed for 3 nights and it was only functional once. Even though the host was very responsive and sorry about the situation, we were forced to carry our bags and stroller by hand throughout the trip. This was quite exhausting and not what we expected

Apartamento bem localizado, self check In fácil e rápido (não tem porteiro), elevador do edifício normalmente não funciona mas foi explicado claramente como dirigir a outra entrada. Cozinha equipada com fogão de indução, cafeteira nespresso, forno, lava louça, frigobar. Banho com espaço amplo e boa ducha. Ficamos em 3 adultos, quarto com cama de casal confortável e sala com sofá cama que daria para 2 pessoas tranquilamente. Self checkout fácil e comunicação com locador por e-mail sempre com informações uteis
