Friendly staff allowed me to check in early.
Room not particularly clean. Window cill (where kettle is) had coffee stains (which wiped off easily with damp toilet roll).
A bag of rubbish from previous occupants was left on the bunk bed.
Room only serviced every 4 days, so why do they only leave 2 portions of tea/coffee in a 3 person room?
No hairdryer in room (a limited number available in reception).
No in room safe.
Rooms very compact. A ‘wet’ room for bathroom. Small double bed with a single bunk above. Quilt much smaller than double bed and only two pillows to share between both beds.
A small desk which a chair hangs from. If it was on the floor you’d struggle to get past it towards the window and open wardrobe.
3 hangers available. No net curtain despite ground floor overlooking car par and bike racks.
Had to keep blind closed most of time & lights not particularly bright.
Was there for a conference. I believe food was ‘catered’ as they ran out at dinner times with not enough to feed everyone.
Bed comfortable.
Staff friendly. A reasonable area and around 20 minute walk to centre.
Left luggage on last day due to late flight. Luggage store is downstairs and can be accessed by anyone, so not particularly secure.
All in all, compact room OK, apart from all the issues mentioned above.

The mattress was very dirty and covered in crumbs. I always check for bedbugs whenever I stay somewhere, but I couldn’t tell if there were any in all that mess. There was only a shampoo/body wash combo, no hand soap or anything else. No hair dryer either. Very thin walls. Otherwise it was very comfortable. Everything aside from the mattress and sheets was clean. It was a small room, but didn’t feel claustrophobic, and the tv was very cozy. Breakfast was nice and the staff were very friendly. Okay for the price.

Staff very courteous Rene in particular was with my zillions queries

Location is great , close to Tivoli , Central Station , City Hall . Close to Metro lines.

I had slight issue with my room. My room was in an end of a hallway and it was freezing cold. There was radiator that didn’t work . Rene tried to fix it , nothing came of it.

And WiFi just didn’t reach my room . I complained about it as well . But most people were on holiday and it didn’t get sorted .

So I spent most time while in hotel in the lobby, instead of my room , when I was not out exploring the city.

When we went to our room there was hair all over the bed and the shower and it looked like it had not been cleaned. Additionally the room looked nothing like the photo of our booking, and they gave us a smaller room. I had to go down and tell them the room needed to be cleaned and there was hair everywhere.

Good hotel next to Forum

The hotel was good cannot find any major faults. The gym could be offered for free though especially when considering the price of the room. Luggage room was offered for free (unlike other hotels in Copenhagen). The room was rather spacious considering (i guess i was upgraded) but the bathroom room small but clean. The shower room had a curtains only. It was sound insulated. The most annoying thing was the power sockets work only with the room light switched on. I could not charge the mobile on the desk or in the bed during night. Only option to unplug the TV and charge it there. The location is good too, perfect in my case as meeting was at Forum but if visiting center the buses and metro just a 4 minute walk away and very frequent. I walked it too a couple of times. Breakfast i did not try. All in all a good short stay.

Location is very convenient and useful for business travellers.

There wasn’t really any good food are the beds are comfy, but a little disappointed that the upper bunks didn’t have a fitted sheet on them and that they were very short widthwise overall, it was a lovely experience just wished that there had better plug spots for people that have to have medical devices And that they don’t have extension cords to help with people’s medical devices that need to be plugged in.. I was absolutely disappointed when I found out that there was no laundry facilities cause I did pick that hotel and it said laundry on the app saying that there was laundry and then to find out there was none and it was blocks away for the closest laundromat..

Just OKAY, but not wonderful.

I stayed with my 3 kids in a room and it was cramped! I knew it would be small from the photos, but it is TINY. The bathroom is about the size of an airplane bathroom and that includes the shower which is not separate from the toilet. So once you shower, the bathroom floor is wet. The bathroom smelled like urine even though it appeared to be clean. Everywhere else was fine and decently clean. The breakfast was decent and convenient. The parking seemed overpriced and the spots were very small. Overall I didn't feel it was a good value for the price, but it wasn't horrible. The people working there were happy and kind.

Bunk beds were comfortable and clean but room was warm; needed to keep door and window open to circulate air. Location is great: 5 minute walk to metro and 15 minutes to Tivoli. Soap, towels, cups, coffee, etc. are renewed by request at front desk. Breakfast is great but 110DKK (CAN$22) if ordered night before, 125DKK after.

The room we had was quite small and hardly any space for luggage. Ideal for two people not three. Bathroom is similar to RV style in that you take a shower right in the bathroom. Bunkbed over the other beds was comfortable. Hotel is a short walk from the train station. Tivoli gardens were also walkable.

Had no other place to stay they were able to accommodate me very quickly and staff was great. you have to pay for breakfast but not a problem the room had free coffee and tea I highly recommend. The window did not seal fully so at night you can hear the street pedestrians and cars other than that great stay great location in fredriksburg

The Hotel was located in a good location and was convenient as far as public transport was concerned. The Hotel offered 24 hour cgeckin and had a variety of takeaways available for odd hour arrivals. The Breakfast was good with a variety of choices and hot options as well. The only complaint I had was that the shower did not drain fast enough and all the dirty soapy water took 3-4 minutes to drain fully. Reception was made aware j the first day, but I am not sure whether the issue was attended to or the drain was just normal. Rest of the stay was good and comfortable.

Perfect for traveling solo or with 1-2 others. Location is ideal for affordability and walking distance to main attractions. Less than 5 min walk from Metro station, which was one stop away from Norreport (where most tourist attractions are). Staff were fluent in English and extremely helpful! If you need a blow dryer, don’t be afraid to ask the front desk. They also have a baggage room to store luggage if you need to checkout before your flight.

Good budget option x great location

It was nice pit stop for a few nights before a 2 week trip elsewhere in Denmark. The staff are really lovely and were always available to help.
I was mindful of the negative reviews but I was on a budget and didn't want shared bathroom facilities that similar budget options seemed to have. Yes, the shower / wet room is dated, but it was as clean as an old shower room could be. The bedroom was also very clean.
Of course the rooms are tiny! It's part of the design and budget package so anybody who complains about this needs to up their budget elsewhere.
I had a small complaint on the 1st night as it was unbearably hot - turned out the communal heating was still switched on which didn't match the sunny weather that had only just arrived. The front desk team notified maintenance the next day after several complaints and the room was very comfortable after that.
I didn't opt for breakfast as I wanted to try the incredible brunch options in the neighbourhood anyway.
Location is great and overall, I would recommended for few nights max.

Cabinn stays are always just the basics, but work when you don't intend to spend any time in the hotel. My room was very very cold with two outdoor walls and a large window running the length of my bed that blew cold air on me. I had to borrow two electric heaters to keep up with the cold draft. I do wish they would allot more than one pillow and towel per person, but I knew what to expect as this was my second time in a Cabinn

There aren't many cheap hotels in Copenhagen and this seemed to be one of the few decent ones for the price. The room was small but workable with a decent view and not too much in the way of traffic noise. It was close to the city centre.
The bathroom took some getting used to as it was basically a wet cell with a wash basin and toilet in it. When the tap came on, so did the shower head. But still, it was better than having to share a bathroom.
The staff were reasonably friendly but not particularly nice either, quite different from what I encountered in cafés or restaurants.
Overall, I had a good night's sleep in a convenient area so I was happy with the price I paid, although I would probably spend a bit more and treat myself to the next category up on a future visit.

For Copenhagen this place was pretty cheap. But you get what you pay for- and in this case it's not much. We had a tiny room with three single beds, two were bunk beds. The bunk bed was not made up. The tiny bathroom with shower has no ventilation. The room itself had no ventilation apart from a window. We were on the first floor with a low roof just outside the window so I didn't trust to open it more than a crack. There was a TV with just ten local channels. WiFi reception in the room was pretty poor. Only two main sockets worked - none of the ones near the beds. The room was made up once in the four nights that we were there.

Room tended to be a bit overheated even when window fully open. Be aware the shower and toilet are essentially co-located.

Breakfast was not worth the cost - better value in the area.

Absolute disappointment with rude front desk staff

This place is an absolute disappointment. We called a day in advance to request an early check-in and were informed by a courteous gentleman at reception that it would cost 100kr per extra hour, which we were willing to pay. However, upon arrival, an extremely rude brown individual at reception refused to offer any rooms and made us wait for four hours, despite many guests checking out in front of us and the official checkout time being 11am. He was adamant about not providing any rooms until the standard check-in time, even though we were prepared to pay the additional fees. This delay disrupted our travel plans, causing us to miss several city attractions as we only had one day in the city.

Upon finally accessing our room, I was relieved not to have paid extra because it was in appalling condition—cramped, with barely any space to move around with our luggage. The bathroom/toilet was so small that it felt more restrictive than a standard ferry cabin. As an architect, I found the entire design felt wrong, with no regard for space or comfort. I would strongly advise avoiding this place if you are travelling with someone or looking for comfort.

Great things come in small packages!

The hotel is SO easy to get to- walk from the city centre or get the metro (Forum) which is a 2 minute walk away.

Room is small & quaint, very clean & tidy. Bathroom is perfectly sized for it's needs. Dosen't feel cramped or too small at all.
The bed was massive & delightfully soft, & the duvet warm and cozy.

Breakfast buffet is standard continental, fresh breads, meats, hot itwms such as egg & sausages. There is also musli, yogirts, fruit , jams, teas, coffee and juices.
My only recommendation is that at breakfast there is an alternative milk to cow's milk so it opens up the option of musli, cereal & dry fruit to all.

There is a free luggage store room which was amazing as my flight was not until 10pm that same day!

Highly recommended! Cheap, cheerful and a blissfully peacefully quiet sleep!

Although the room was small, it was all we needed for 4 days stay. The larger bed was very roomy and the bunk/over bed was not needed in the end. Bathroom is compact but clean and functional. Surprisingly quiet for many small rooms on our floor. Hotel very clean. Location was very quiet, 10-15 min walk from Tivoli and Central St. Didn't eat at hotel but went to local coffee/bakery for breakfast. Only gripe was that the booking showed us in another smaller part of the hotel down another street when in fact we were in the main part, so there was some to'ing and fro'ing.
