An old hotel with tons of charm! Leaned that many famous people have stayed there over the years. My family and I only stayed one night but would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Copenhagen. The location is fantastic. Literally right across the street from the central train station and walking distance to many sites including Tivoli Gardens. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options. What a unique, fun elevator! Our room was spacious with two small balconies to get some fresh air. We enjoyed some espresso and hot chocolate in the room to start our day. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. Overall, very pleased with our stay.

Every time we stay at the Plaza, it is a delight! The professionalism of the Plaza’s staff is unbelievable and so so appreciated. Everyone from the front desk to the staff taking care of the rooms is 10 out of 10; the restaurant is outstanding; the chefs are magicians. The Plaza is right next to the train station; it could not be more convenient!

This hotel was in ideal location. This main station and metro are just opposite. However this has a disadvantage as the room we had overlooked the train lines so was disturbed my train noise every few minutes. The room itself was lovely, spacious and had lots of storage.

Pro: The Hotel has a nice quiet atmosphere, close to the cit and transport stations.

Con: At the beginning of January it was very cold outside and and this rooftop rom was cold even the heating was on maximum. The bathroom was even colder, specially its tile.

I stayed over New year period, the hotel was well positioned for the main city square fireworks

The big draw back for this hotel was noise from the train tracks to the back of the property , the hotel even provide earplugs, whilst they don’t run all night the stretch of track behind the hotel has lots of screeching sections

Reception was very friendly on check in, I was staying with a friend he thought his room was very tired and in need of renovation but when I saw it it was much better proportioned with a balcony than mine, I had an attic room which it looked like it had been renovated but was very small and noisy
We both paid the same

The hotel doesn’t have a bar for guests but it does have a very popular Library bar which had queues most times of the day. Being a resident gave no priority, I found the staff quite rude until you got in and sat down then they were attentive.
Historic hotel but the noise and room would stop me staying again

I loved it so much ! it is just beautiful. It has this cozy European vibe that I enjoyed so much. I loved my room, cozy and comfortable. The location was just perfect !! central station is a stone throw away and all the shops and beautiful places are right at your door step! If I go back , I will book this hotel again

The best position for a hotel. Loveliest of staff. Rooms a little tired in places - but I loved my view of the station and the kindness of leaving earplugs ( which I did not need).

From check in to check out the staff were so helpful. Was given a room in attic overlooking Tivoli. It was great, had to watch head on the beams. Breakfast was excellent and coffee superb. There was a great sense of being in a previous generation especially in the bar. We would return again

I would listen to the negative reviews on the hotel. The staff were really nice but the room I had did not look like even close to the pictures. The mattress was maybe 3 inches thick and buckled in the middle when you were laying on it. My room had one lamp for lighting and nothing overhead. The location was great but the room was old, dirty and dark.

Excellent choice for our 4 day break in Copenhagen. Right next to the Train Station, room overlooked Tivoli Gardens which I loved watching, day and night. Could not have chosen a better location. Lovely large, well equipped room that was comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful.
Breakfast had a lovely selection and was refreshed often by the staff.

Clean room, literally right across from the train station. TV wasn’t working as I only mentioned it to staff when I was checking out as I was not there to watch TV but explore the city. Breakfast is open from 7-10:30 am and has loads of options. I would stay here again for sure if I come back to Copenhagen. Friendly staff, don’t arrive too early before check in as it seemed frowned upon even though the room was ready.

Incredible location, right next to the train station and Tivoli. Very comfortable bed (I wish I could get one for my house). Great breakfast at a reasonable price. They couldnt get our air conditioning to work though so it was a tad warmer than I prefer but we were able to open the window. Would definitely recommend.

Staff was very friendly. Bridge at Reception was very accommodating when we told him our room was cold. He gave us a floor heater that worked really well. The hotel is an older bldg & the heat takes awhile to reach the top floors. Besides the lack of heat, the room was very comfortable, the bed was perfect & the amenities were fine. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful. Great location to train stn.

Location is great. Right next to central station, bike rentals available, and easily walkable. It is loud because of the trains next door, but they provide earplugs. Breakfast in the morning was good. Didn’t have dinner here but we did go to the Library Bar one night for a drink which was nice

Very convenient, clean, and aesthetic. The hotel is located across the street from Central station Kobenhavn H; straight from the airport you can take the train to the station and walk 2 minutes from there to the hotel.

Furthermore you are in between many areas where just walking to them is very easy to get too. The hotel has a very classic and old school vibe that art enthusiasts will enjoy; The staff was wonderful and speak great English, my hotel room was cleaned everynight and none of my valuables were taken after being left out in the open. That's how much trust I have of not only the workers of this hotel but the people of Denmark! They are also very accomdating to tourists from non english speaking countries. I personally did not get to try the Library bar and the Italian restaurant but both look very good! The bathroom has high pressure flushing and the shower has effiecient heating. Don't let price deter you from booking this hotel; it's worth the money for convenience, privacy, and quality living.

Shoutout to the hotel staff! Klara was a huge help for my tourism experience in the city, I will definitely be back to rebook this hotel for my next vacation period.

We really did enjoy our stay in Copenhagen but given the hotel is rated 4 star and the price we paid, it was lacking considerably in many areas. The majority of the staff with the exception of the breakfast team were aloof and although polite did not appear welcoming or friendly. The beds are terrible and you could not have a good night’s sleep and went away with a bad back constantly, they are way too soft as are the pillows. The rooms are dark and outdated, they were not hygge. The library bar is fantastic but it’s a shame they do not allow hotel guests priority and do not promote the bar to hotel guests. The breakfast was nice but nowhere near as good as what you could obtain for similar price outside the hotel. The location of hotel was fantastic.

The location was great. It is right across the street from the train station and 1 block from Tivoli gardens.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

The beds were comfortable and the room was very quiet.

It is easy walking distance to restaurants and the heart of the old city center.

I can’t think of a single negative thing to say about this hotel.

We loved our 3 night stay at Profilhotels. Our first night was a Saturday and we were able to watch the Tivoli Gardens fireworks from our room. All the staff on duty while we were there were very friendly and helpful. The other best part was the location. Right by the Central station which can take you straight to the airport. It is also close to the hop on hop off bus stops if you are planning to take that during your Copenhagen stay. We recommend this hotel 👍

I stayed at this hotel twice on vacation (checked for a night to visit family). Had two different rooms. Both were clean. One was updated and was considered a preferred room. The other was older and charming. Both had comfortable beds, were clean, were located in a great spot for sight-seeing, and were right by the train. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is next to central station so you can access trains and metro easily. It is also opposite Tivoli. It is a traditional hotel with an excellent breakfast if required. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable of Copenhagen
It also has a really nice bar in the evening.

The hotel is old and have a rustic look. Therefor, there are no air conditioning, just air flow from outside. Some rooms facing the railway station are very noisy, even at night. The breakfast quality is very dependent of the staff making it. The first days were good and the last very bad, not the same person making it. The reception quality of staff is also not consistent.
