Simply outstanding in every way! Staff were all so attentive & friendly and made us feel so welcome. The service, facilities, bar and restaurants were all 5 star. Don’t hesitate to book as you won’t be disappointed. It was an amazing, unforgettable experience swimming in the warm rooftop pool surrounded by snowy rooftops. We can’t wait to return and bring the family.

Great live music in the evening, and the rooms were spacious and to an excellent spec. Unfortunately didn’t have time to try the outdoor pool!

We were visiting Copenhagen for the first time and were considering a few different hotels. I was initially hesitant on the location, but once we arrived I knew it was a great choice. It’s conveniently located next to the train station, and walking distance to just about anything in the town. The room was clean and spacious considering the usual room sizes in the city, and service was very friendly. We appreciated the bar and the bakery next door (we visited Rug almost every day—it was just that good!). Would definitely return back the next time we visit.

The location of this hotel could not be better. Just steps away from the central station, making it incredibly convenient for trains and exploring the city. Despite being in such a central spot, the rooms were quiet and comfortable, allowing for a great night’s rest. Staff were welcoming and efficient, and check-in was a breeze. Perfect choice if you want easy access to everything without compromising on comfort. Highly recommend!

It works!

Downtown Copenhagen in August heat! Aircon works and there’s a pool -this is far Beyound the std. of many other Copenhagen hotels.

Nice hotel, until check out day. Checked out . But then told can’t use the pool area (for a drink’) because I’ve checked out and no longer have a room key! Every other hotel I’ve stayed at lets you use the facilities until leave. Wouldn’t recommend based on this.

This hotel made our stay in Copenhagen nearly perfect. The location near to Museums, restaurants and Tivoli made it easy to go back and enjoy the rooftop pool when we needed a break. The rooms were lovely and the lobby was a great place to gather with our family and play cards. The food at the hotel was delicious - my only complaint would be the prices were very high and breakfast was not included.

Hotels.com Error?

We booked a Superior Plus King room and when we arrived we were given a room that on the Hotels.com website looks like a Superior King. The hotel said the pictures on the Hotels.com website were inaccurate. However the hotel staff, especially Carla, fixed the issue and gave us an upgraded room. The Key difference is that the Superior King is 20 sq. meters and the Superior Plus King is 24 sq. meters which is not noted on the hotels.com website.

**Disappointing Experience Despite Early Booking**

I booked this property **11 months in advance**, expecting a smooth check-in, but upon arrival, I was informed that no room had been set aside for me. The staff assured me they would provide the **\"best room,\"** but unfortunately, that was not the case.

The room we were given was **an internal room overlooking the bar**, which meant no natural light or privacy. A **street-facing room** would have been a much better choice if they were truly offering the best available option. Additionally, our room was located **right next to the staff service room**, resulting in constant noise **day and night** from banging doors and activity.

While the staff was polite, the lack of organization and the disappointing room allocation made for a frustrating stay. I expected better, given how far in advance I booked. Would not stay here again unless guaranteed a proper room in advance.

Don' stay anywhere else... 10/ 10 stars

Amazing hotel, probably one of the best I've ever stayed at for price vs location and service. Hotel itself certainly has a wow factor with the glass roof and other quirky little extras providing a memorable setting. The indoor courtyard is extra special in the evening under the stars and warm environment creating that Hygge feeling. Bonus is the location right next to Tivoli and central station making transport easy. Overall wonderful stay, 10 /10 and will definitely recommend and revisit.

Great hotel with amazing pool and bar, but beware… Rooms were very small and we had to change room due to air conditioning not working. We went in December and could still not sleep due to the heat. The staff were great and moved us, but the air conditioning is eco and is basically not great in general, so we had to sleep with the window open and a very noisy road outside. Not ideal but would return if our room was not on the road.

Really quiet, clean and fabulous staff. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever experienced, fresh amazing pastries baked in front of you plus a huge choice to fill you up for your day exploring the city. Brasserie again excellent, extremely high quality and delicious food and the courtyard for drinks and snacks had such a lovely atmosphere. The hotel should be so proud of their staff at this hotel they were all so friendly and genuinely wanting to help. Extremely efficient with check in and out. Would very highly recommend.
