Cabinn hotel had great staff at reception desk. You had to grab a ticket (like at a deli counter) to stand in line for help. There is a locker room to hold your luggage when your flight arrives earlier than checkin time ($9 USD for 6 hours). The hotel motto is All You Need To Sleep and that’s what the room has. I reserved the Captain room that had one king bed, two small closet spaces with about 5 hangers each, a desk with two chairs, a reading chair next to a lamp, and a small bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. There is a TV but it only had a few channels or you could hook up a laptop to view your streaming services. There is no air conditioning at the hotel (temps were in 60’s to low 70’s in early June) but you could open your window or ask for a fan at the reception desk. Bathroom had just two towels, one hand towel and a mat, hand/body/shampoo soap, a few rolls of toilet paper, and a squeegee to wipe the mirror from steam. The bed, which was overall very comfortable, had two pillows and two twin blankets.

It appeared very clean, but the number of people coming and going had an airport feel and every action required taking a number. I was bitten in bed by what appears to have been a spider, by the hard half-dollar-sized bites on my legs. The euro budget hotel idea is great in that it can greatly reduce costs, but I had a very bad experience.

Fun place offering lots of public areas to lounge, eat, or work. Breakfast buffet was good. They sell some foods throughout the day also. Convenient enough to subway and busses - 4 to 11 min walk away. Room was clean and relatively spacious. The hotel is right behind the tracks to the main train station in Copenhagen - if you like the window open it gets loud during the day - fine at night. Staff was superb.

1. The hotel said they do not do room cleaning everyday, but every 4th day, but I stayed for 6 days ( from Tuesday to Monday), there is NO room cleaning up at all.
2. The rome has toilet flush issues, as with pushing the button each time, there is only small amount of water coming out. I went to reception desk twice, they wrote down the issue, but nothing been done. So after using the toilet each time, I had to stand there for several minutes and push the button multiple times to flush it.
3. There is only a plastic curtain between shower and toilet/ sink area, so it's wet everywhere after shower.
4. There is no air-conditioner in the room, have to open the window, then all the noise from train/ subway rush into the room, try to get a good night sleep is impossible.

This hotel was good value for money and the breakfast was fairly good for the price. I wanted a cheaper hotel at the end of the hotel and this fitted the bill. Bedrooms basic but perfectly adequate. Walking it’s 15mins from train station / Tivoli and 30 mins from Nyhavn. Bar prices are really good for drinks after sight seeing. It’s a little noisy if you open windows as the trains run until about two and start again about 6, they are quite loud. It’s warm in the rooms if you don’t open window though. Staff are helpful if you ask. If you want a cheaper stay in Copenhagen this suits perfectly, there’s also a shopping area across the main road and walks along the river front.

This is fine for short stays, or one person travelling alone. The room is only a place to sleep and shower. However , it was quiet, the breakfast was quite good, and the location is closed to the water, buses/trains and centrally located.

The location and staff were excellent. However, the room was not properly cleaned. The carpet had two large sticky spots, which appeared to be from drinks spilled by previous guests. I reported this to the reception, and they offered to move us to another room. However, we had already unpacked our luggage, so we decided to stay. The air conditioning was also very poor and barely worked. The room felt hot and uncomfortable, and as a result, we did not sleep well.

This was a great place for comfort. The staff was super approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean, well-kept. However, the room was small. I had a handicapped scooter. I had to pull in, close the room door and back-up to the door to have enough room to walk to the beds. Don’t get me wrong here, we were quite comfortable. And, we’re from Texas, where everything is big. But we did sleep well, it was nice and cool, and we did enjoy it. So if you’re looking for a well kept hotel and size doesn’t matter, you won’t go wrong staying here at Cabinn Copenhagen.

The location is fabulous, within easy walking distance of train. The room is no frills but as the wall said, it's everything you need. The beds were comfortable, 2 pillows per adult. The bathroom is very small but doable. My husband and adult son didn't mind the wet shower, I elected to use the gym shower. I think it's fabulous there is an alternative if you want a normal shower. There's quite a few \"gathering area\" which are very nice and comfortable. There's a theatre room we didn't use but would have if we stayed longer. Also wonderful to have onsite luggage storage and shared laundry facilities were great because you could do more than one load at a time.
Only con, a few more hooks in the main suite & bathroom would have been helpful given tight quarters. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

I called the hotel several times prior to my flight to request a one-hour checkout extension, which was granted by the hotel staff. However, upon arrival after a four hour delay, I was denied to stay for an extra hour. This isn’t good service.

The location was great.
We stayed twice. First was two nights when the TV did not work but as maintenance staff do not work weekends, no one cared. Breakfest was cold/empty shelf. The room was like a cgeap camper with the toilet in the shower. No tossues.
Secont stay they kept us waiting from 0820 till 1455 to check in while other clients were checking on earlier.

Despite being a little concerned with the negative reviews Cabinn has received, I had a positive experience overall. As I was travelling solo, it was important to me to be in a central location. There are no frills with this accommodation but as such, I believe it is appropriately priced. My room had everything I required and was good as a base for getting around the city with ease. When i arrived to check in on the Thursday afternoon it was a little overwhelming as Reception was crowded, however, I easily navigated the automated check in (and the same for the checkout arrangements). I did not have breakfast (as there are so many lovely places to eat in the city) so cannot comment on this. Do not be put off by the negative reviews. If you want a fancy hotel with personal touches this place is not for you. If however, you just want somewhere to rest, freshen up then get out and about to enjoy everything that Copenhagen has to offer, this accommodation is ideal.

A very budget-style hotel, functions well enough, but a bit tired - looking. Rooms and bathroom in particular, wet-room style are very small. The supply of breakfast products was not good, the variety was good, but the availability was not. This particular hotel was further from the city centre for a tourist than desirable. Would I go back? Probably not.

It was nice that this hotel offered luggage storage. The check in was horrendous! Tons of people waiting to check in, and rooms weren't ready. Got to the room, and it had crumbs and stains on the desk.
The bathroom was a great size, but a divider between the toilet and shower would have been nice.
I would stay again, but with the knowledge to not check in until at least an hour after check in time or maybe 2.

This space is exactly as described, so people who say it's small need to read the description. It states the size of the cabin in sq metres.
For us it was affordable, more so than a youth hostel and we didn't have to share a bathroom. It's well placed right next to the bus station and within a 25 minute walk to the old town.
We also had a lovely view of the canal.
For budget accommodation in Copenhagen we couldn't have asked for better.
Yes it's small but functional and clean.
I would stay again.

The hotel is not centrally located as advertised, which was disappointing. The hallways had an unpleasant smell throughout my stay. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful.

I was surprised to be charged for luggage storage, as they only offer paid lockers. The soundproofing is very poor — you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, including very intimate noises, which made the stay uncomfortable. There is also noticeable noise from trains outside.

Overall, the hotel does not offer good value for the price.

The walls are quite thin - the bathroom is like a public toilet in the room. It goes quite high and I think my Captain’s room was on the 10th floor or so which wasn’t great. Location was decent and within walking distance of the metro.

Easy to find and check in late, but that's about it for pros. We knew that it would be a simple room and we were fine with that however we left after one night. Room wasn't that clean, window was stuck open a crack so there was a draft all night, and there was no sound protection between rooms and the corridor. When I went down to the desk to ask for drinking water (the sink in the room was way too small to fit a bottle under) staff were not very helpful.

Good location and wifi.
The rooms do not come with hairdryers, you would need to pay 100 DDK to buy a hairdryer.
They only clean the rooms when you tell them the night before at 10pm. We arrived past midnight the night before and left early in the morning, so was not made aware. Also, we were often out early in the morning and arrived past 10pm. They were incredibly inflexible despite requesting politely.
They charge to store luggage as well, whilst most hotels usually offer for free.
Rooms were small, but understandable for the budget.
Overall, the lack of consideration and flexibility over cleaning rooms made it a very negative experience.

Short walk to and from the Old Town and central railway station. Staff very helpful (especially Erik) with food recommendations. Bar had a happy hour! Breakfast was plentiful and included. Room was small but had every needed amenity. Only complaint was that we were too hot - our fault as we only realised we could open the windows in the morning! Given that Denmark were playing at home that day it was thoroughly enjoyable.

This hotel have laundry room, it’s a surprise for me, I traveled about 20 days for many countries, no hotel have laundry room, at the hotel, room too smal abut the laundry room recovered everything. Just for me, because I need wash my clothes so badly! Over all food!
