The receptionist Sam was terrible rud. Refused to help us with WiFi issues and called us stupidity!! It’s the worst hotel experience of my entire travels. We also asked for an extra pillow and they said no.

Normally I enjoy stays at this hotel but this visit was a disaster. First the room was insanely hot all the time with no ability to turn down the temp. Cracking the window in negative degrees just meant the room got extremely cold while sleeping. Secondly, there was some pipe or other knocking noise intermittently all night every night and loud enough it would wake me most times it kicked on. Probably on and off every fifteen minutes. Result, some kind of sleep deprivation chamber. Finally, not necessarily cabinns fault but added to the experience, some idiot pulled the fire alarm at 330am one night. The entire hotel had to empty into the courtyard for about 45 minutes in negative degree weather. Overall terrible 3 nights here. Not typical but worth noting

There are many CABINN properties in the Copenhagen area so be very diligent in your choice. This property is in a very convenient area after all, however not the intended location ( my fault) so the photos were not clear regarding the reality . This is a very basic room, thin walls, thin rugs, no frills room with a wet room shower and toilet all in one flimsy walled bathroom with barely enough hooks and thin towels. Decent room for sleeping and getting out for the day to a wonderful city with excellent transportation! The cleaning lady found it difficult to understand why I wanted an extra trash bag in order to get rid of the trash that was piling up, that was a little weird.

Room and sheets were dirty. When I asked for the sheets to be change they weren't and had to wait for three days for them to be changed. The amenities were dirty as well, paper cups in the room one had been used and the wooden stirring stick was used as well. Clearly no cleaning happens at this hotel. Staff were pretty unhelpful and unfriendly. I asked if I could use a plastic fork they had behind the counter, of which they had a bag of hundreds and they refused, especially annoying considering the room has no utensils at all

I understand that this is a budget hotel but the lighting in my room was poor (apart from the bathroom) and the room was uncomfortably hot (the thermostat didn’t seem to work). The fridge made intermittent noises that woke me in the night.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel last week. The room was small for a twin room but as it was just me, it was just fine. There was plenty of storage space for two and the beds were comfortable. Outside the hotel was super quiet, however I was slightly unlucky because someone in my corridor decided to play music on via their phone speakerphone at 5am whilst walking down the corridor. The doors have to slam to close, which was also a disturbance trying to sleep in a bit in the morning. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. The bathroom, however could be improved: the shower/ shampoo is in sachets and there were 2 sachets for the whole of my stay. That would not have worked had i washed my hair. Also, there were some suspicious brown stains on the shower curtain in a location where it's not impossible that it would have fallen inside the toilet, had the lid been left open and the toilet itself unflushed. Other than that, no complaint, the hotel was easy to find from the main train station, super close to the local suburban train stop, near a coach station and a big Ikea and couple more shops. I mainly walked into town from there, which was quick and easy. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again as the \"issues\" were either not the hotel's fault or easy to fix. and the price was a bargain on this occasion.

Standard room a dorm room experience and tight for 2 adults. A decidedly average experience for a not particularly budget price tag.

The hotel was at a prime location near Tivoli gardens. The room was small but for one person it was fine. It was loud the friday to saturday with people slamming doors all hours of the early morning 1-5am but it was the weekend the Tivoli gardens open for the Xmas season. I spoke to front desk about the issue they had said if the noise continues to let them know and would move me rooms. It wasn’t as bad for the rest of my stay. Happy that the room had a fridge, microwave, kettle and utensils where I can buy quick dinners/lunch etc. The room I got included breakfast which was helpful as well. It is near a shopping mall with 2 grocery stores, ikea and 711 are all within walking distance.

I was worried about the size of the room from reviews but I think the space is used well and didn’t feel too small.

Great value for money. Tiny bathroom but perfectly acceptable for the price of the room. Everything was very clean and the staff were efficient and welcoming. Minor issues knocking one star off: no hairdryer in room and shower gel/shampoo combined was in tiny single use sachets, one per person which was not nearly enough - and not great environmentally. Advise you take your own toiletries, but I would stay here again if back in Copenhagen.

Really shocked about this hotel. During the 1st night of our stay the fire alarm went off. Everyone evacuated from the builidng. Didmt see one staff memember navigating or communicating with us. No one informing us it was safe to go back into the building. Try speak to reception next day nothing! We had dirty towels in our room asked reception for clean towels. Didnt help. Really badd communication. I am not happy, i suffer severly with PSTD and for the fire alarm to go off at half 3 in morning with no commuincation what was going onn whether ot was safe is really terrible for a hotel company!

So this place is a great location 10 mins walk from the train station. Staff are helpful and do their best.

Here is the downside. The rooms are Tiny. You cannot swing a cat for real. Just barely room for a bed, small table and a wet bathroom. There was also no hairdryer in the room, which you need in Denmark, because it is cold outside. When we asked the front desk for one, they said they only sell them. Other than that nice clean facility. but no restaurant or place to eat after breakfast unless it is snacks that are sold at the reception.

For me I found it a good value basic accommodation. 15mins walk from Copenhagen main train station. Had the bigger captain so good size, comfy bed & warm room. Room right by door from lift so could be noisy, but didn’t disturb too much. Used the gym, which was better than expected even if rather tired and tatty. Used the locker to store luggage for a few hrs pior to check in. It cost around £7 for 6hrs for a large locker. In all, was a cheap & cheerful stay.

Good location, roughly 10 min walk to Tivoli gardens, the city centre is a bit further but a train station & bus stops are nearby; Plus you have the option of Uber. Room was a bit small but it was enough for me because I didn't stay in the room that much, it was just somewhere to lay my head a night. Bed was comfortable as well.

This was a budget option, the room was clean bathroom was tiny but had a good shower(makes sure the shower curtain is completely closed or the or everything will be soaked) The room was really basic but it's very close to all amenities. Comfortable bed, just minimal room to move, we we're there 2 nights, any more than that would be a struggle , especially if you had lots of luggage.

The hotel overall isn’t bad, but one thing I’d point out is that they don’t provide a hair dryer in the room — they only sell them for 100 DKK at the reception. So remember to bring your own, or be prepared to spend extra time letting your hair air dry.

I arrived very late at the hotel as I had a late flight from London. The receptionist was very rude when I could not really decipher the number he wrote on the key card. He just would not write it clearly and did not give clear instructions how to find the room. I went up and when I could not make out which was the room number I went down to reception again and tehn he re wrote the number clearly. The next day I was told I could keep the same room for teh second night but the cleaner removed all my stuff and I had a shock upon entering the room and seeing all my stuff had gone. Eventually the stuff was found but a pair of socks made from alpaca wool and given to me as gift was lost. The reception area is chaotic and the reception does not know what theya re doing. Terrible, people should not be staying there.

This hotel was a 10 minute walk from the railway station and Tivoli gardens. It was quite a walk to the main centre and restaurants but in a quiet location.
Good clean rooms that are basic, but if all you want is somewhere to sleep, then it's perfect. I would definitely stay there again or at any other Cabinn hotel.

All fine, only dealing that I had with any staff was when I bought a beer one night. I was given a can of beer, which is fine, but when I asked for a glass I was told that they don't normally give a glass for beers. I said that I would like one and was rather reluctantly given one. If I wanted to drink out of a can I would have gone down the road to a supermarket and bought one for a third of the price ! He did also say that I wasn't to take the glass to my room. Wasn't impressed with the attitude really, quite surprising for Copenhagen.

The property was right next to the train tracks, about 20 20-minute walk to the station. The reception area was huge, but you had to take a number to talk to anyone, even if just to buy a bottle of water. I went to the other Cabinn at first by accident, and they tried to help me recheck to theirs, but no one picked up the phone at this Cabinn. Absolutely no availability to check in earlier, and if you came earlier, anything over 1 hour, you had to check in your own baggage for a 6-hour fee in the self-serve lockers. The room was basic with no separate shower, mine had no waste basket, and the remote was not working. I would never go back to that Cabinn

This was a perfect hotel for a city break. It has everything you need - a comfy bed, bathroom facilities and great options for breakfast.

The only negative was that there was no air conditioning, the dial on the wall did not work in either of the two rooms we booked, so it became very warm at night. We left the window open at night to have some cooler air, but the train tracks are right outside of the hotel so the train noises woke us up at 4am.
