Rooms were way too small for what you pay. Staff weren't too helpful at all. They should at least offer some sort of breakfast. Rooms were smelly with poor ventilation. This place was horrible.

Good stay at the property. Close to the central station and near many amenities. Most staff were helpful. Not many options for people with allergies in the cafe. Also, took a while to get an allergies menu at breakfast.

This Wakeup located close to central train station and Tivoli Park. The room is small but designed efficiently and kept clean. We found it worked well for our short stay. Staffs at reception are very helpful and knowledgeable, patiently answering all my questions. There is paid breakfast that has many choices with good price. The hotel is very strict with check-in time (3pm). If you go there before 3, you should be prepared to wait until 3pm in the lobby or pay additional fee to get into your room.

The location is good, but the room is extremely small. The bed is placed against the wall instead of in the middle of the room, making it very difficult for the second person to get in and out of bed. The room is really only suitable for one person. Considering the size and layout, the price is much too expensive. The breakfast is also very simple and offers very limited choices. The breakfast didn’t include. Need to pay a fee.

Not the best experience. The room was shockingly small for two people, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable. One of the towels appeared to have someone else's handprint on it, which was very off-putting. There were also no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room. Overall, it was a disappointing stay and poor value for the price paid.

Wake up Copenhagen is near to most attraction that we need to see (tivoli, Nyhvan, the municipality, and shopping/souvenir areas). You can walk to the central station, can take the train to airport, hop on hop off bus 2 blocks away, places to eat nearby. Easy and safe area, walkable.

Check in fast and easy.
To store the luggage it’s not free.
Location not bad it’s more than 12 minutes walking. Rooms are tiny, and bathroom/shower area too small. Maybe this Scandinavian style, noticed it in Norway and Sweden too.
Lower levels especially the ground floor rooms on the road side are noisy and can hear people walking/talking nearby.
Curtains are little bit short, the sun rays enter the morning.
The internet not stable, it gets off and on frequently, need to re-log most of the times.
The breakfast decent and on top floor with nice view of the city.

There is a very basic budget hotel. The reception area is nice, the buffet good but the rooms were very small.

It is the only hotel I have ever been in where luggage stowage was an extra charge.

They charge extra for everything. Not even a place to put the bags for few hours, even no complementary early check, as we arrived 20mins before 3pm. Room was not very clean, and extra pillow at extra cost. Few places to eat nearby. The wifi was terrible, distupting every 2 mins. We reported this to the frontdesk and no solution, even not believing us. Not recommendable.

Very conveniently located for the Central Station with accessible bedrooms. We had a 4 night stay and the hotel was very quiet at night. We were on 3rd floor at the back of the hotel. There are no kettles in the room but you can request hot water in a cup at Reception.
Also there are no irons in the rooms but an ironing room in the basement. It served it's purpose but after a long day travelling with a small bag only using packing cubes I'd have preferred one in the room! The hairdryer is fixed in the bathroom but has 2 speeds.
We had breakfast every day as it worked out as £11 each which was good value compared to food prices in a cafe etc. The staff were very helpful and polite but we did find the charge to recieve the wheelchair we'd ordered for my husband unusual.
We'd stay there again as its very near the boardwalk for the water and nice flat walks into the centre. There is also a Netto round the corner and a large shopping centre is about a 15 minute walk too. The panoramic view from breakfast on the q0th floor was lovely!

We had the smallest room, which was fine for our short stay. Other people have noted the size of the rooms, so be aware! Our bathroom shower drain was unfortunately clogged, and the shower door didn’t close properly, so the water would pond in the other areas of the bathroom. The location is very convenient and quiet.

This is an incredible value in Copenhagen. Perfect location. Walkable. Social but not loud or unsafe.
Room was perfect for one person. Comfy bed. Nice view with a window (that actually opened! which was perfect for the weather).
There was a check-in-fee to check-in one hour early. Housekeeping only upon request.
TV has very few channels, but no big deal.
I would definitely stay here again.

Nice location and helpful staff. Unfortunately I dont remember her name, but the lady from Romania in the fromt desk was great and very nice with us. The wifi is very bad, keeps disconnecting every 2 minutes and not possible to reconnect after 10 minutes. The hotel charges for everything. No place to keep luggages, only in the basement but through extra expensive charges. The room was not very clean, it was obvious the corners are very dusty.

Nice atmosphere, helpful staff, but the rooms are TINY! A double is about the right size for a single person and is very bare bones. I would say 2-star hotel for 3-star prices, although the breakfast buffet was very nice.

very small room. Not event kettle for boiling water let alone coffee or tea. Has to get hot water from front desk and staff will give you hot water without holder and it can burn your fingers. Double bed is against the wall, needs to climb in and out.

Very comfortable and convenient stay
It has everything needed for a comfortable accommodation.
Rooms are clean with private full bathrooms.
Absolutely beautiful top floor restaurant with a lovely breakfast buffet and drinks with an amazing view.
A full self service luggage stowing floor that will keep your mind free of worry during your last day of travelling.
A lovely lobby cafe with plenty of cosy seats to sit and relax and charge your phone and work.
A 24-hour very friendly and helpful staff.
An awesome location by the water, Tivoli and central station & walking distance from pedestrian street.

I wouldn’t consider twice coming back here and always staying at Wakeup for my upcoming Copenhagen visits.

This is a great hotel for exploring the city. Location is ideal-just blocks from Central Station, Tivoli Gardens etc.
We stayed in the standard rooms because we weren't really hanging about during the day. They were perfect for a girls trip as we each had our own room. The showers/bathrooms aren't very private so this was ideal for us.

The hotel area, transportation, restaurants and recreation are close.
The only complain I have is that the room is too small for a couple, the orientation of the bed is the main problem at least for me, if two peoples are sleeping one have to move over the other one to go to the bathroom.
We stay for just one night, but if I stay for more I will look for another hotel

The Wake Up cabinn Bernstorffsgade was a perfect stay! The hotel location was perfect as per the description. Near Tivoli Gardens, the center metro station, Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek art museum. All within a 5-10 min walk. I highly recommend this location for your travel stay.

The room was everything I needed, as a single traveler. The room is small, keep that in mind, which can be a turn off for some, but for me, it was perfect. I appreciate the way the room was put together to maximize its efficiency. The shower is a nice size. and I loved that I had a nice window that overlooked the outside area, facing the traffic - didn't even need a sound machine.

The staff were super nice and helpful with my only 3 requests: an adapter because I needed a 2nd one, an extra pillow for this sciatica, and they even helped me out when my 2nd skin came off after a long walk. Kudos to the front desk agent there that night, you saved my new tattoo with your help. SOOOO appreciate you. :-)

The location is ideal too, close to stuff but away from the chaos.

Money well spent. Will 100% stay there again on my next visit to Copenhagen.

Really conveniently down the road from the main station. There's secure lockers in the basement to store your case if you get there early (cost around £5/6 for 4 hours, they also offer 1 hour or a day rate). Easy to check in and use the app as your key card or you can get a physical key too at reception. The rooms are as pictured / as small as you'd expect - no space for cases - absolutely fine as a solo traveller but not if there's more of you.

You only get one small pillow per person. The toilet and sink were spotless but the shower absolutely needs a deep clean - I didn't want to use it. Room has heating but I ended up switching it off - hotel is pretty warm on its own, was comfortable to sleep.

TV has a couple of news channels to watch but you can mirror. Although not much space in the room would like to see a recycle bin somewhere in the hotel.

Some sandwiches and drinks available to buy by reception but not much. I found a local shop and Lidl to buy water etc otherwise around the main station they want £3/4 for drinks and small snacks.

Absolutely fine for a short stay - just give the showers a good clean and maintenance.

Bed only made with one single duvet and pillow but found others in drawer under bed.
The bar is nice with a decent choice and good coffee.
Staff were very helpful.
We had the app to use for the lift and room key but it did keep glitching so would advise to turn off WiFi and use data as the WiFi wouldn’t always load out the room. Enjoyed our stay and would go again if in Copenhagen as in a good location to reach station/Tivoli and centre.

First floor, street side is noisy. Street side rooms are small. Recommend the larger room. Overall, great value and comfortable beds. Breakfast option is ok, but better breakfast options elsewhere. Convenient, yes….but better Danish breakfast options are nearby. The pastries at breakfast were lame.

I would stay here again and this is my second time. Just somethings to consider and the front desk is very helpful.

I could kind of understand it as a standard but surely upon request you should be able to get another, I even offered to pay but no. Also, the app key cards were very inconsistent. There were several issues with the room, black mold in the shower and surrounding area, no soap in the dispenser, dusty fingerprints on chrome In shower.
